This past Saturday, while my mom and I were on our way to my dad's house, we made a quick stop at a Dunkin' off the highway. What we expected to be a routine drive-through visit turned into an experience worth sharing. Hugo took our order, and from the moment he spoke, his tone stood out. He was pleasant, patient, and never rushed us. You could genuinely hear the joy in his voice. It was the kind of customer service that makes you pause and take notice. Living in the city, I don't always encounter that level of care, and my mom and I both agreed that his demeanor alone would make us go out of our way to return. Then there were the donut holes. Fresh is an understatement. I regularly visit Dunkin locations in the city, and I've never had donut holes taste this fresh. Typically, I store mine in a plastic bag and reheat them the next day. Not this time. I woke up the next morning, and they were still soft and fresh, just as if we had purchased them moments before. Between the exceptional service and the quality of the food, this experience exceeded expectations. It is rare to find both done well at the same time, but this location delivered. This was a super convenient stop on our road trip. They were fast, the man at the front was super nice, talkative and willing to modify my order. Stopped in tonight to pick up a bag of their original ground coffee (cheaper than the grocery store) and left with ice cream scoops and coffee cake muffins for the morning. It was a gorgeous summer night, and my hubby coaxed me to cheat on my diet and join him for a scoop of ice cream. Our intent was to go through a drive-thru somewhere, since we're not comfortable waiting in lines too close to others. When we arrived, there were only two other customers inside, so we went in. Though the flavors were somewhat limited (pretty sure 31 flavors doesn't exist anymore), the single scoops in a cup were ginormous! They were incredibly generous at this location. We opted for Snickers and pralines & cream. Yum! I also noticed they had a few vegan/non-dairy options as well. When we got up to the counter to pay for coffee and ice cream, we couldn't help but notice the coffee cake muffins were freshly made. We snatched up a couple of those for our kiddos, since those are their favorite muffins. All the employees were wearing masks, and they have plexi shields over the counters to keep everyone safe. I probably would have given them 3 stars, but after reading all the other reviews I can see a pattern that doesn't seem to have changed much with this place. When I walked in there were some young women servicing customers and cleaning up behind the counter and one of them took my order for a Caramel Macchiato. The barista made it quickly and I went upstairs because I had some time to kill. Maybe I got there just after the morning rush because there were only 2 or 3 customers when I got there, but all the tables and some of the chairs needed to be wiped upstairs. (While I was sitting up there, one of the young women did come up and wipe down everything.) So far, no big deal. But then I took a sip of my drink and didn't taste any caramel. I brought it back down and told the barista. She pumped 4 squirts of caramel into it which made it better. But she didn't apologize that I wasn't happy with the drink (like Starbucks would), I'm not sure she even spoke to me at all, and after 4 squirts it finally tasted like I imagined it should have the first time. (Did she forget originally...?) If I'm in the area again I won't hesitate to stop in this place, because it's Dunkin Donuts and they have delicious stuff, but management should take a hard look at the quality of product this place is delivering if they want people to visit for the drinks as much as they do for the donuts. read more

I come here every few months when I take a drive out of the city to the burbs for some sightseeing. Honestly, there isn't anything too memorable about this particular Dunkin, however, they always get my order right, they have a drive thru if needed and I'm seen in a timely manner. During my most recent visit, they had the necessary precautions up for covid : place markers on the floor, a shield between the customer and employee and hand sanitizer. These guys are amazing. We ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday online. When I got to the store to pick it up it was not there. Kind of stinks. The team members worked with the manager to try to track it down. It was nowhere to be found. This tea made things right and the birthday went fantastic. We have always like DD as a family and they made me realize this store has an amazing team, willing to do what it takes to make things right. In a nutshell: Google can make cars drive themselves 1,000,000 miles with 0 accidents, but this Dunkin Donuts can't properly sweeten a coffee. The people that work the drive-thru are great on a personable level. Super friendly and orders are always correct. HOWEVER, there are huge issues with how this location prepares coffee. 1) What coffee purveyor doesn't know that sugar fails to dissolve in iced beverages? Other Dunkin locations are able to sweeten iced coffee. At this location, you end up with a quarter inch of sugar at the bottom of your cup. 2) Stir the sugar! Even in hot drinks, all the sugar is at the bottom of the cup. 3) If I order a flavored iced coffee at any other location, it is delicious. Here, it always tastes like sour burnt bacon. It's like corporate accidentally stocked this location with butter milk that only gets used on iced flavored coffee with cream. This is probably just a product of #1 above, but I felt it needed it's own callout. I don't go to Dunkin for the quality of the coffee. I go when I want sugary caffeinated goodness. Therefore, it's important to me that the sweeteners are handled in a manner that meets the most basic requirements of modern civilization. read more

I was excited at first, thinking that this new DD would be a great option rather than risking my life trying to get out of the parking lot my at the DD down the street on 41. Wrong. Horribly designed, parking lot is tight and awful. Store has been opened 2 days and curbs are already full of tire scuffs. They built this in too small of an area. When you get inside, the "ordering area" is tight. Absolutely no room on the first floor. The second floor seating area is pointless. It will fit a few HPHS kids, and nobody else. Filthy interior for being open only 48 hours. This store is strictly a drive thru in my mind. Poor planning by the owners and poor planning by the HP board. Coffee and donut were fine. read more

The person that takes the order is always polite to me, I usually never intend on getting hashbrown but because of how pleasant the service is, I usually get some when asked. I have rarely had to wait because of how amazing the staff is. Look, I appreciate coming to this location for my morning coffee. Do yourself a favor and try going to a local bakery. This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant has very unprofessional, flippant, immature teenagers working there. After placing an order and them getting it wrong, we waited in the drive-thru for over five minutes. As I honked my horn to get there attention, they avoided the window so that they would not see us. Made a quick stop at this location on our cross-country road trip. After about 14 hours of driving nonstop and at 11pm, my husband and I both needed an energy jolt to keep us awake until we got to our destination. We were debating whether we should wait to find a McDonalds, but we decided this was closer. Going through the drive-thru, we were not greeted. In fact, we had to ask multiple times if anyone was even there. When the employee finally answered, we ordered a large vanilla latte with whipped cream. The employee repeated our order to us once, and then a second time: "Just to make sure, you said large vanilla latte with whipped cream." Alright, cool, this guy is triple checking, no big deal. Well, we get our large coffee and drive off. A few miles down the road, I take a sip. Black coffee, no sugar, barely any cream and no whipped cream. You would think after repeating our order to us twice that they would get it right. Nope. Oddly enough, we were still charged for a vanilla latte with whip. Wow - this is like stealing from the customer! I went through the drive-through this morning. They were busy, but this was unacceptable. As I left the drive-through and lifted my coffee I noticed it felt a bit light. I open the lid to find it a third empty! I am very unhappy with this Dunkin. Dunkin Donuts is my favorite coffee place, and after coming to this establishment I am very turned off. We had a group of 4 with two separate transactions. All four of us had our coffee orders made incorrectly. We notified the worker and they made them again. The second time the orders were still wrong. I ordered a medium iced blueberry latte. The first time I received a small hot latte. I then notified the worker and she remade it, and was given a medium hot latte. Our friends orders were also wrong and told the workers. I love the employees in the morning, but the pond scum they hire in the afternoons and evenings are serious scam artists. I drove to the drive through speakers and I had to ask the guy to speak normally because he deliberately slurred all of his words to the point I couldn't talk to him. I ordered a banana royale and drove out after receiving it and I didn't see any topping other than bananas and whipped cream but I thought maybe they put it on the bottom. After driving 5 miles, I was far enough through the sundae to realize that there wasn't any toppings at all. I drove back and they two a...holes in the store said that I must have eaten all of the toppings because he put them on. The other guy swore he put them on, but I gave him the sundae and I told him to point out where the toppings were. They told me that I had eaten them and I was lying and just trying to scam them out of another sundae. It is a law of physics that when you put a liquid like caramel or chocolate on something in a cup, it will drain down and there will be residue on the bottom. No residue.
