Literally every single time I have ever been here my orders been wrong. It's 5am.. I just got home from work and sent my man to get my food. Came home with half the order not there, one bagel burnt and one warm and barely cooked. I know these kids get paid like crap but their jobs wouldn't be so terrible if they made orders right the first time. Idk if it's miscommunication from the person putting the order in to the person making it or carelessness but needless to say it's extremely annoying to always have to have something remade or have to drive back a second time after already getting home. My fella and I aren't super big on Valentine's Day, but when we woke up on Saturday morning, I decided that I wanted to indulge the donut craving that he'd been having for weeks. Just the night before, we were on our way home when he noticed this DD location for the first time, and got super excited for a lemon filled donut. Well, I got up first thing on Saturday and drove over. The location is nice. It was clean on the inside, and smelled like home. (I grew up around the corner from a Dunkin Donuts back in Chicago, and would go every weekend with my dad.) Service was awesome. The woman at the register was upbeat, and very friendly. I ordered a lemon filled donut for my love, a double chocolate donut for myself, and a small salted caramel hot chocolate for us to share. The donuts came right away, but my hot chocolate was taking a minute. One of the workers asked if I was waiting on something, and when I told them about my hot chocolate, I got 3 apologies. I really hadn't even been waiting that long, but they were very apologetic about the wait. Well, when I got the donuts home, we both were very happy. Fresh, delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing. This could become a weekend ritual for us, since its so close to the house...they also have an app that you can download, and it sounds like you can get "rewards" and free stuff with the app, so I might be looking into that too. I've only had their iced pumpkin latte and a glazed donut. All I can say is, "eh, just okay." I'm normally not much of a sweets pastry girl so to me, a donut is just a donut. A glazed donut to me taste the same no matter where you get one at. Their iced pumpkin latte was SWEEETTTT!!!!! Good lords....me no likey. If you got a sweet tooth then these coffees would be right up your alley. I much, much MUCH rather stick to my beloved Starbucks...or a locals favorite, Madhouse Coffee. I haven't tried their flavored cream cheese and bagels yet. Once I do...hopefully I can update this and bump it up a star. And maybe next time, I'll try a different kind of coffee drink. I grew up in the Boston area and since moving to Las Vegas two years ago, I have not stepped in the door of a Dunkin' Donuts. That was actually a good move on my part. I was in this location this weekend late in the morning. and I listed several pairs of donuts, hoping to make up a dozen or so. The place was pretty empty except for me and another person approaching the front door. The young people were chatting among themselves behind the counter, and there was ever so slight a delay in noticing the presence of customers. I have a personal feeling of gratitude whenever staff in any establishment have the training or the natural inclination to at least glance in the customer's direction, even if finishing another customer's transaction, which this was not. The young lady who took my order seemed to memorize what I requested. I thought- "this is good"! I went slowly because I was looking at the various flavors and could not decide quickly. Uh oh- she was not memorizing anything: she asked me what was next, after reaching for one kind. Finally, there were eight of the doughnuts, though I could swear I had chosen ten, and we had a few spaces to fill. Once the bag of donuts was placed in my hand, and the young lady said "thank you" rather wanly, I had to remind her I had requested a medium black coffee. Ugh- seriously: who wants to drink out of styrofoam in 2017? And the coffee was not fresh. I am sure that the youngsters working here had a busy early morning shift, as evidenced by doughnuts, crumbs, and trash on the floor. Oops: dinged again. I would normally say that I would come back to give DD a second chance, because I sometimes buy bags of their coffee, but why would I take my business into a place where the customers get sub par attention (I would go to a place where the staff write down flavors to save time and take orders correctly, believe me) and styrofoam? The doughnuts were fresh, but I still got some I never bargained for. The doughnuts got a good rating but I subtract for customer service and for crappy coffee in styrofoam. I tried Dunkin' Donuts for the first time the day before at another location & I was so hyped when I passed by this place before heading home to California. We walked in & automatically the girl at the register looked so annoyed to have customers come in. We were trying to decide on what to order & she was tapping her finger on the counter really loud. I settled for 2 double chocolate, my mom got a dozen of the little glazed balls, my boyfriend got a dozen of the chocolate glazed balls & a large hot coffee. She took forever to get our order & when we checked, she totally got our order wrong. I mean, I know mistakes happen but she was just so rude to us & then she ends up getting our order wrong. Lame. I wanted to love coming here until the cashier gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me for simply answering her question. I asked for a butter pecan sundae. She asked if I wanted whip cream so I replied yes like the picture which called for an eye roll and dirty look then didn't even ring up my coffee cake. I'll stick to Dutch bros at least they are personable as no one here seemed to be happy about this being their job. I'm giving 2 stars cause at least the coffee is good. read more

There are plenty of Dunkin Donuts in Vegas but this is the best one. I go here sometimes before work and I must say the managers and associates always seem to know their customers; they're friendly and straight to the point. I typically come here most often during the summers because their medium iced coffees are like 1.62 after taxes. If I'm hungry I might even try their seasonal donuts or hash browns. Here's what I mean when I say their customer service is great. One time, they accidentally made too many hash browns so they gave me the extra. And another time, my drink was the wrong one but they remade it with no hassles. And it appears they're consistent with their quality, service and management. So I'll be back. read more

The employees are genuine and treat you like family, rather than a customer... and the taste of the coffee is none that you can beat! Also, well worth your bucks! The other day 10 people were waiting for orders and the workers screwed up every single one! The manager seems to have no clue how to run a crew. This was my favorite location until Today . I walked in and automatically noticed tension with employee's. Theyhad a few upset customers , orders wrong, forgotten , etc. So I ordered my $1.99 Hot Chocolate but asked a question about the 2 new flavors, when the Employee looked at me like I was speaking another language. She said it taste like almond joy I guess and it's coffee and hot chocolate? She was rude , very rude and everyone seemed to be in a mood. I LOVE Dunkin Donuts. Do I think they have the best doughnuts? No! Every time I come to Vegas, I always make a stop at Dunkin because there aren't really any locations near where I live. Service, the service is fairly friendly and efficient. You get what you want, you pay, and you're out. I like that. I always come for their Keurig K-cups, they have a more robust taste than their regular packaged coffee. Back to the donuts. I like that they have seasonal flavors like pumpkin. Their donuts aren't overwhelmingly sweet. The donuts are a pretty good size, so you don't feel too guilty for having 2 or 3 with your cup of coffee. read more

As with all chain establishments the product quality tends to be spot on because of the simple fact that they have it down to a science. I had gotten some iced coffee and it was great, just as it always is. I also purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts for my office and was told they were good as well. So I suppose what people would be looking for in a review about this place would be the other intangibles. The customer service was awesome! Even early in the morning you can find friendly smiling folks brewing coffee, taking orders, and cooking up breakfast sandwiches. Even with long lines this place is a model of efficiency. read more

Who needs plasma when there is a Dunkin around? It's not the donuts it's the Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! This is our main location although depending on what part of town we are in I have to make sure there is a Dunkin' nearby. Great service here too. Always friendly. We make a once a month order for a box of joe & 2 dozen donuts for our local fire station just to make sure they are primed and ready should the need arise. The staff there is always putting an extra donut in or doing a BoGo when they know its for the fire house. Wanted new pink strawberry drink. After driving to three different locations I went in and ordered. When I picked up my drink I asked there doesn't look like there is coconut milk in there. She stated we're out of coconut milk so I just made the regular refresher for you. I stated excuse me why did you let me order the drink if you were out of coconut milk and then take it upon yourself to make me what you wanted. This is complete garbage. Friendly service. We came a little later in the day so the donut selection was slightly limited but luckily for us there was one Pumpkin Cheesecake Square left. It was very good. It was filled with a pumpkin spiced cheesecake cream. Very good and very rich as one would expect from a donut. Wasn't able to eat it all because though it was good, I can only do so much sweet. Overpriced, microwaved, soggy flatbread. We got our drinks after a few mins of ordering, but waited 20 mins for our food, we were the only ones there and the microwave kept going off. When we finally got our food, it was really small and not worth the price. It felt and tasted microwaved. I would not recommend this place. You get better tasting food from a gas station. read more

The staff at this location is always new and they never get my order right. Putting bacon on my bagel for an order with egg and cheese only. Today I wanted an egg and cheese on a multigrain, the staff member repeated my order back to me and was correct. There was only ONE multigrain bagel, which always seems to be the case around 10 or 11 A.M. When my order was ready the other staff member said multigrain toasted with cream cheese. I said that isn't what I ordered and they didn't have anymore wheat based bagels. I am so sick of giving this location chance after chance, but they ruin it every time! The only great and wonderful reason for going in there are the donuts and Victoria. Maybe Dunkins should pay better so they can keep a competent staff. read more

Filled with people getting their morning or midday fix of donuts and iced drinks. I personally went there for the caramel mocha ice latte it being a blazing 100 degrees outside and for a croissant sausage and egg sandwich. until I find a better tasting croissant sausage and egg sandwich around I'll be coming to DD. location specific they were pretty fast with them being busy, there was a outside shaded seating area, and easy to drive in and out of the parking area not a lot of traffic and people to avoid. read more
