We rushed here ten or 15 minutes before closing because it was my cousins last day here in Vegas and Dunkin donuts is just not available in California ... The moment we pulled up the lady was cleaning and as soon as she saw us she said "crap"and just looked angry rushed the drink orders tasted pretty flat my cousins were pretty disappointed ... I know it was late but we only took 5 minutes in and out the service and drinks could be better ... The donuts didn't taste fresh either yuck! Go to the one next to the outlet mall here the service and drinks are way better! Don't waste your time and taste buds here..My husband is a business owner and even though customers come in two minutes before closing he doesn't get mad it's money he serves with a smile and makes the drinks with care... read more

I'm very partial to their coffee here, it's the only coffee I'll order when I'm not at home. That said, I like their seasonal donuts, iced vanilla or caramel coffee, their sandwiches, and their smoothies are very good as well! I'm basically a customer for life lol read more

Visted the Dunkin' Donuts on Tropicana and McCleod just before we were to trek back home to California. My wife, a native NYer LOVES this place, as do I. We were very satisfied with the service of a young man, named DANIEL, at this store. He was patient while we assembled our thoughts for our order--we were using a $30 gift card, and wanted to make sure our order came out to the right amount. He had a very pleasant demeanor, and even offered us a taste of some donut holes, to "burn up" the last couple dollars on our gift card. I wish EVERY counter employee I've ever dealt with had the professionalism and attitude of this young man. The store itself was very nice, and our meal was fantastic!! I came here late at night after a show to have something in the room that was sustainable and junk food. The best friend had some drinks at the buffet and we wanted something as a safety net for the hangry. The line up was long with drunk party people on a Saturday night which honestly was part of the fun and amusement. I bought two basic glaze donuts and a black decaf. Poorly organized! The specially made sign on the door clearly stated that Valentine's week is their busiest week. That tells me they are aware of the volume and demand for their products. I get there at 4:58am (sign says open at 5:00a) and another customer is there too. They finally open the door at 5:08 and guess what?!? They only had 3 types of donuts ready! So much for a dozen assorted. By the way, the other guest, left at 5:05 he said he was going to be late for work. And these franchisees wonder why their businesses fail?? Duh! Usually when I go here everyone is cool! They are always friendly. Today Sept 8. 2020 went in with my husband and was ready to order. The cashier that had a manger tag I her but do not think she was the manger I ignored me looked at me then looked at my husband asked what he would like . I have never been so upset with this location at all. Usually it is polite and friendly. Don't know the woman's name but her bright orange dry hair stands out. Do not know when this location made crack heads managers. Won't go back and will tell my daughter who is a regular to make a complaint to the real manager/discredit manager! read more

Needed a pick me up halfway through my shift. Thankfully this location was on way to post so we stopped in to grab a quick drink and snack. I ordered a iced mocha and a munchkin assortment. Not only did it satisfy my craving for something sweet but the coffee helped wake me up to continue the rest of the day. I love how the restaurant always smells good. I love this Dunkin' Donuts! They are always so helpful and patient. I come in, frequently, with my 6 year old, who is very particular and ssllloooowwww in picking out what he wants. The staff is friendly but both times I've gone to this location the cashier who also happens to be the manager got my order wrong somehow. When I told her it didn't look/taste right she was confident that she made it correctly but took it back to "fix" it but it still wasn't right. I didn't want to be a nuisance so I still took it. But the times my mom or sister went and brought a drink back for me they were fine so I guess I'm just unlucky. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty decent as well. read more

My experience this morning at dunkin was very distasteful, and by that I dont mean the donuts, I mean the service. Shaunay was vey rude and had attitude about everything I was asking him. He stood there twiddling his fingers and had no smile on his face what so ever. He didnt even say hello or good morning to me. Im really disappointed about my experience here this morning. I stopped in for a delicious hot cup of coffee. Enjoyed it! Great pick me up and I prefer the Dunking Donut coffee black over any other coffee shops. So i went here with a friend visiting from out of town who absolutely loves dunkin donuts. Now I'm more partial to specialty bakeries cause that just me. But i would like to say that Dunkin has definitely come up a notch. The employees in the store have a lot going on, the only reason for not getting a fr not getting four stars. I have been there three times in the past three days and only had to pay for donuts once. its interesting they give you these green coupons and if you fill out the survey online they give you FREE DONUTS! Yup you heard right- FREE DONUTS! What more could you ask for. The chocolate munchkins were just moist enough and so delicious. The lemon filled jelly had just enough- but not to much bitterness in the jelly. read more

The lady Marianne working behind the counter seems to be a very nervous busy body that causes issues with accuracy. Her two co-workers seem to very calm and maybe they should be the ones allowed to take the orders.
