    Mango Pineapple Dunkin' Lemonade Refresher
    Keke T.

I haven't been to Dunkin in a while. I got the Mango Pineapple Lemonade Dunkin Refresher. It was definitely refreshing and tasted to good, especially on this hot day. I also ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese . Something about the taste of this did not satisfy my palate. I ended up taking the egg off and realized the sandwich tasted better without it. I must say that I am not a big fan of this sandwich here. Lastly, I ordered the mini everything bagels that were stuffed with cream cheese. This was so hot, soft, and delicious. I want these at home so I can make them every morning. Also, they make a great snack for anytime of the day. Don't like everything bagel season, they offer a regular stuffed version. Although, the everything bagel season is on there, it is not overwhelming or super noticeable. The service was good, my order was correct and came out the window fast, and the staff outside of the store was not dirty. (The menu could use a little wipe down and the box might need a little upgrade, but overall great) Very welcoming environment with a little crowd around lunch time. Glad to see I'm not the only one craving breakfast items at lunch. I will definitely be coming back for those mini bagels for my team at the office to try. Also, those refreshers are my new fav.

Oh my beloved DD, why art thou service sooooo slow? This is my favorite go to for sugar free frozen coffee because they offer several sugar free flavored shots. I also enjoy their turkey sausage wraps with egg and cheese which is a great lite breakfast to quell any hunger pangs. It's just unfortunate that there aren't many more DD's around because their products are really good. Sadly the two on the Westbank closed (for good reason) so many of us locals who love them are left to come here. On a positive note, business here has picked up tremendously for them during COVID-19, especially when they have more customers than their neighbor, Starbucks LOL but the service is extremely slow. Now, the DD in Laplace has faster service but doesn't offer almond milk in any frozen beverage, citing a peanut allergy...chile bye. I grew up with DD's and I just love their new and expanded menu options and now that many have a Baskin Robbins in them, I'm here more frequent, although I'm not a huge ice cream fan. There's a large ice cream selection in the photos below. Check'em out!

I've never had a bad experience here. Occasionally they will be out of a particular donut, but what donut shop doesn't? The folks that work here are always friendly. The prices are reasonable, and if you haven't tried the breakfast taco you are doing yourself a disservice.

amazing food & drinks me and my husband tried it from out of town and were super impressed and happy we stopped!

Granted, this was my first Dunkin' Donuts experience. And this particular store at 4300 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie Louisiana was spotless. Service was fast, and the guy even brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me. I wanted to see what all the hoopla was about regarding some of the supposedly best coffee around, and sure enough, it is really tasty. I'm wondering how Dunkin can afford to use 100% arabica beans -- maybe just by sheer volume of sales. Another secret to tasty coffee may be frequent machine cleaning, maybe even daily. Often, when coffee from a restaurant tastes bitter chances are the machine needs cleaning rather than the beans having been burnt during roasting. I also was amazed by how many other items are on their menu.

Love that I can have 24 hour donuts & ice cream!!!! (although I'm lactose intolerant, I suffer through every now and again). Oooooh and I love the free WiFi!!! I mean, how's a girl able to get work done without WiFi??? Walking in you're greeted with the pleasant smells of ice cream and dough!!!! Hello, you had me at HELLO!!! And in addition to that, there's ample space to move around and think, not that you need space to think, but sometimes ideas come better when you move about... I digress. Back to the donuts and ice cream... Today's visit I got a french vanilla iced cappuccino and an apple spice donut. Yummy for my tummy and getting the donut at 5p makes it even better... Did I mention 24 hour donuts? Oh yeah I did huh??? Lol. Friendly staff quickly processed my order and I was pleased at the swift processing of my order. I opted to sit near a window, so I could be a lookey-look when I took a break from my work (the secret to my success... Shhhhhhhhh don't tell) Only one thing that's displeasing to me: LOCKED RESTROOMS; arghhhh not too pleasent to run to the front counter to get the key, but if I must...

I ordered delivery from here and was completely grossed out The bacon was raw, the cheese was cold. The hash browns were cold and smushed, as well. The shake was warm and melted.

I usually only visit Dunkin' Donuts in airports while traveling, so this was my first time visiting this location. I was in the area craving an iced hazelnut latte and remembered that Dunkin' Donuts makes a good one (if ordered right). Keep in mind that if you want to taste the flavoring, you have to request extra flavoring. I ordered a medium and only paid $4.30. The drink was huge and I greedily drank the entire thing. It was so good! Worth mentioning, the drive-through line moved quickly, the staff were pleasant and they all had on masks. I'll most definitely be back!

I'm a big believer in second chances, and since all the DDs in the greater New Orleans area have closed, I gave this one another try. So glad I did! My macchiato was strong and sweet, beyond sausage sandwich delicious and not dry, and hashbrowns crispy and hot. Haven't eaten our donuts yet, but there was a good selection at 6am on Mardi Gras day. Got a few heart-shaped jelly and cream-filled. Will definitely return!

I picked: a large fluffy maple roll. The outside reminded me of a croissant in the best way with some mild maple sweetness and the inside was moist, pillowy, and rich. I heated it up in the oven next day which made it even better. A square coconut roll... crisp and flaky on the outside with the most delightful sweet coconut cream inside and flaked almonds on top. This was my favorite. Will get multiple next time. And a pair of taro rolls. These I was most excited for as I love taro, and they weren't bad at all, but were probably my least favorite of the 3, purely because they had an eggy aftertaste. They weren't overly sweet with a nice smooth taro filling. I also tried a taro milk tea with soy milk. These normally include lavender too, but I asked for mine without. The flavor was off the charts good. Strangely it was nothing like the usual taro drinks I've tried and I couldn't place what I was tasting, but it was rich and creamy and so satisfying. Only thing that bummed me out was that I ordered boba and there wasn't any. :(

The customer service was good, the staff were friendly. This would be a nice stop after shopper if you just want to sit down for a brief to enjoy coffee and a snack. The New Orleans Iced Coffee with Chicory. Chicory is a root, that is very popular to get in coffee in New Orleans. First, I love the tiny ice cubes used in this coffee. Why doesn't every single coffee shop offer the tiny ice cubes? They keep your drink cold, while they don't take a ton of volume away from your coffee! I love the chicory flavor of this coffee! It's naturally nutty and a tiny bit chocolatey without any syrups. This area at Whole Foods has some yellow bar stools for seating options. If I was in the area I would keep an eye out for French Truck Coffee.

The staff were friendly, and the $9 croffle, which came out hot and fresh, was truly excellent and the highlight of the visit (a tip I got from another customer, not the staff). Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. I ordered the Shokupan (Japanese milk bread with ice cream and strawberries), which the menu clearly listed at $13. I was charged $15 on the receipt. When I brought this discrepancy to the associates, they explained that the price had been recently changed and the manager was "not good with technology," making them unable to correct the digital board. I explained that having a misleading price displayed at the point of sale is false advertisement and requested a simple $2 refund for the difference. The associates stated there was "nothing they could do" and suggested I speak to the owner. The owner came forward disgruntled. When I explained the situation, he did not apologize or attempt to de-escalate. Instead, he flatly stated there are no refunds, told me the price was $15, and tried to reprimand me for not accepting his verbal price correction after I had already been charged. He said it's not a big deal, prices change all the time, all this over two dollars, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The sheer lack of professionalism, transparency, and simple customer courtesy was staggering. The owner's refusal to honor the price they were actively advertising left a sour taste that no dessert could fix. To add insult to injury, the Shokupan itself was underwhelming and in my opinion, not worth the $15 I paid: just a big chunk of dry bread topped with a scoop of ice cream. While the croffle was a treat, I cannot in good conscience recommend giving business to an establishment whose owner is willing to cause a scene over a $2 error of his own making (although he eventually gave me the $2 refund) demonstrating a clear disregard for community and honest business practices.
