I've also always had a great experience with the employees. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and even when the line is long, they have almost an assembly-line system that keeps things moving really quickly. Mine had just the right amount of raspberry flavor without overpowering the coffee. I actually liked my girlfriend's tangerine matcha even better though. It sounded like a strange combination but it worked really well. The tangerine flavor with the oat milk came across as an orange creamsicle type of flavor and I really enjoyed it with the matcha. The baked goods we got were pretty standard, nothing particularly noteworthy but good nonetheless. I enjoyed the drinks, but the price and overall business were a bit much.
