First time at this Dutch bros location and always happy to see Dutch continuing to grow. I placed a mobile order and ready within a few minutes after arriving. Not too busy inside and plenty of seating for people to hang out. I ordered the double rainbro rebel and it was delicious like always. This is my first time at a Dutch Bros. Coffee and most likely my last. It's not that the quality is bad here, there's literally nothing on the menu for me. I'm not a big sugar fan. If you've never been to a Dutch Bros, 90% of the menu is just sugary drinks, teas, and a few coffee items. Food wise they only offer muffin tops. I ordered a black tea with sugar-free peach flavoring and my kids both got their sugar bomb lemonades. My son got the electric blue and my daughter got the rain bro lemonade. I did sample each of my kids drinks, and wow! These drinks are just sugar water with a dash of lemon. Normally my kids love sugar loaded items, but this was not the case with their Dutch Bros drink. It was even too sweet for them! My black tea with sugar-free peach syrup was just OK. Nothing really special, just plain peach tea. I did order a muffin top and it was good, but it's literally just a giant chocolate chip cookie. We took the drive-through and it was packed, but surprisingly fast and the service was very friendly. If you like your sugar with a dash of coffee, this is the place for you! read more

As a new member I went in store to receive my free drinks. I wasn't asked if I wanted them hot or cold and I received them cold. I don't drink them cold so they remade them. I waited a very long time before getting the first drinks. So long that my husband was coming in as. Wad exiting, because he thought something had happened to me. It wasn't a long wait before hot drinks were delivered. Your coffee is great, better than Starbucks. However, the extremely loud rap style music was horrible. I would never invite my friends to meet me at your store, because we would not be able to hear each other. I don't go through drive throughs for coffee, so I can't see myself ever go back. I do meet different groups at Starbucks and will continue to do so. You do not provide me another option. read more

Love stopping at Dutch bros before our 3 hour drive home back to the SF Bay Area. For a general iced latte- you're looking at a Golden Eagle. I like to think of it as the most popular drink at Dutch Bros because it's easy on the palette. It's milky, sweet, and slight coffee flavor (in a similar way that a Starbucks drink tastes of coffee). I like to grab a coffee and a rebel drink for the road trip. Crazy? Probably. But the Rebel is very similar in taste to a Red Bull. They can also make the rebels into a slush which is a nice frozen drink for a hot day. read more

Every time I order on the app the drink is still not ready when I get there. Most recently it still wasn't made 25 minutes after the app said it would be ready for pick up. Whats the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait 10-25 minutes after the drink said it would be done?? Also the online pick up line is always almost out the door inside because there's only 1 person working as the cashier and getting peoples drinks out of the fridge. The staff members are not welcoming, never greet you and act like they don't want to be there. This is completely different from any other Dutch bros I have ever been to. If I could give it no stars I would. I go to Dutch Bros every single day the other Clovis location usually off of Fowler and have had nothing but the best experiences people are friendly and nice. This location, however I went today and extremely disappointed in the service, the attitude of the short haired blonde female at the window. I specifically asked for something creative and not on the menu proceeded to give me a drink That is one of the regular secret menu items. Not creative in any way shape or form when I asked about it she rolled her eyes and said they took it off the menu so it's not on the menu. After I Expressed dissatisfaction and she replied with have a good day. In the most rude and snide tone ever will not be coming back to this location, and the manager needs to reevaluate the staff They are placing at the front end. read more

I come to this location very often since it's so close to my house however each time I come the customer service is slower and slower. The employees are nice but clearly care more about their personal conversations rather than getting drinks out. My husband and I sat at the window for literally 6 minutes waiting for 2 drinks but the girl was just talking to a guy about her boyfriend and their relationship? It really gives off lack of management or supervision over children... rather than being a professional business.. read more

Ordered on a salted caramel latte with light ice on the mobile app and picked it up within 10 mins of placing the order. It was extremely bland and watered down so I asked for it to be remade and it tasted just as bland the second time! I couldn't taste any of the syrup and couldn't understand how both drinks were terrible and I could only taste milk. read more

Three of the four people behind the counter looked at me but never acknowledged my presence or wanted to take down my order.
