Placed a mobile pickup order, when they gave me my order the drink was wrong and resembled a small plain matcha. Told them it was wrong. I'm guessing they reused the same drink and added milk and a scoop of strawberry. Drink was watered down and had hardly any taste of matcha. Tasted like milk and strawberry surprisingly with the minimal amount of strawberry used. Disappointed for paying almost $8 for this drink. Glad I didn't tip. It's been 84 years... Just kidding but it kinda felt like it. This place has been under construction for a couple years! Took forever to open but it's finally open. I let the first few weeks pass before I decided to hit them up. Went there on a Friday afternoon with minimal wait! The staff were friendly, so friendly one of the baristas came out from inside and asked me if it was okay if the soft top wasn't with almond milk. Drinks came out fast and tasted great. I drove a good 15 miles to see what all the hype was about. After waiting in the drive through line for a half hour, I ordered a blended Cocomo. The worker who took my order was nice, as was the worker at the window who handed me my drink. She was very apologetic about mistaking two other orders for mine - it seems the 2 lane drive through sometimes makes things confusing. I didn't mind. They made my drink on the spot. I sipped it, excited to try it for the first time, and was sorely disappointed. It tasted like a bucket of sugar in chocolate milk blended with ice with the slightest hint of coconut. Awful. Looking at the other drinks on the menu, I suspected this would be the case, but was hopeful. I took a few more sips thinking maybe the syrup was just concentrated at the bottom. Sadly, no. I use my app to order my drinks because it'll usually takes a while to order directly at the location. I ordered 5 drinks drove to the location and walked to the pick up windows. The guy said they ran out of cup holders. He was apologetic and asked if I need help bringing the drinks to my car. I declined because I had my partner to carry all 5. One of the drinks I ordered was spilling out and my partner said why does it look like that. I told him maybe hot water spilled over because i thought Americano was mostly hot water. I arrived at my house, took off the lid of my drink, it wasn't what I order and another drink was just hot milk. Drove 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back. Staff is fine per the normal drive thru. Coffee is bad, nothing on the menu says coffee about this place. Its more of diabetes drink stall, everything is loaded with sugar. Coffee barely made it on the menu really, for a placed with coffee in their name. I cant say I will come back, the wait was pretty long for two basic Coffees. Rumor got out on Facebook that they were giving out free drinks on Wednesday before the official opening on Friday, which is a great way to get publicity. We hustled over to the new location. I thought it might be a dumpster fire because of the free drink promo, but I was very much proven wrong. These folks already have a system going! The line moved VERY quickly and in an orderly fashion. I got my favorite, the blended Golden Eagle! It was perfect. The cashier took our order on an iPad and there were also employees handing our paper menus and stickers. Everyone here is super nice and happy. They had dance music blasting (it's kind of a thing at Dutch Bros.) and overall the vibe was very upbeat and fun. FYI, the drinks tend to be sugary although they can be made with sugar free options. I think this place tends to cater more to the tastes of younger people. I've spoken with a few older folks and some of them find the drinks too sweet and the multitude of drink options a bit confusing. You can still order a 'regular' coffee here if you want though. I love, love, love Dutch Bros! I've never had a bad experience at this location. All of the employees are super nice. I will say that you need to have the app on your phone because there is so much you can add or the secret menu items that you can't see from the website or the physical menu. I love their iced and blended coffee drinks. My cousin loves their lemonades but they aren't for me. That's fine I will just stick to coffee. If you're in a hurry it's best to order online on the app then the drink will either be waiting for you when you get there or you won't have to wait too long. read more

Dutch bros is a weekly Saturday morning stop , and has been since this location opened . The people are always so nice and informative . I've been in on packed weekdays and long wait weekends but the service is always prompt and the done with a smile. It's also really fun to hear what they've got playing on different days . I know like mostly everyone (too many to name) and they are all so cool and personable (really hard to find with this younger generation) and they work really hard. Whoever did the hiring here did a Freaking Amazing job. I don't know if this is normal at all Dutch Bros., I've only been to a few locations, but I'm glad this one is so close to home. I've had mostly everything on their menu, but I really appreciate their frozen/blended coffees. They are like Starbucks' overpriced inconsistent Frappuccino's, only they actually give you what you want. By that I mean, you can expect it to consistently taste the way it should, larger size, totally customizable (different flavor shots), and the Broistas will even chat with you. On 1/21/26 I put in a mobile order at the Concord store. Usually the baristas are super friendly and smiling. Today I received the exact opposite . My order was supposed to be ready at 8:15. When I got there the person at the pick up window help somebody else and then help me. He asked me for my name and I gave it to him. He looked for my order and then came back and then said what's your name again and I told him my name again and then he made me wait 15 minutes to actually get my order and helped other people. Another barista was asking if I have been helped and he blatantly told her not to help me. Before I could get my order he attempted to stare me down as a scared tactic.....I finally got my order at 8:30am and as I was walking away, he sprayed me with a chemical that hit my skin and my jacket. When I went to make a complaint about it. The store manager A would not release his name nor will she validate the fact that he purposely sprayed me with a chemical because according to what he told her that he accidentally sprayed me when he was wiping off the counter. he had wiped off the counter when I left. Road trip just to try this place. I like how it's small but packed with some much selection for coffee and non-coffee lovers. From the drive Thur order to picking up at the window the customer service was fantastic, was very helpful for my 1st timer party. They make it not just a delicious experience, but a fun one. 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt because our first time visit was on a freebie drop day but man... Ordered ahead, pick up for 515. Drive-thru situation was confusing. Still not sure if there is a dedicated parking lot/how to get to it? Ended up parking at a nearby establishment and walking over... Waited in line and didn't get our drinks until 550. Drinks were lukewarm by that time and the drink covers randomly smelled like strong flowery perfume or cleaner or something. I like Dutch Bros as much as the next gal but this experience was very off putting for this location. Would've been good to maybe have someone out directing traffic... or clearer signs on drive-thru vs parking? hoping some things get cleared up around this location so we can visit when we're in the area. read more

Only knocking this place down a star due to location. It's like your classic Dutch bros where all of the drinks hit and the broistas are super friendly and attentive. However the location could be better. The parking lot is pretty narrow and when I went there were no cones or signs set up to show where the drive thru line starts.
