I was on my way to Sacramento and happened to stop by here after getting gas. I'm a coffee lover and this place made me forget about Starbucks. It was about 100 degrees and I was craving iced coffee so I got the Irish kicker with light ice. I fell in love the first sip! The lady that works here was very helpful. my dad went to dutch for his birthday and granted he didn't have the app to show his birthday (he's not very tech savvy) , however the barista was very rude and said that he had to download the app, which he started to do but then she informed us that he had to wait 6 months to get his free drink?? he even offered to show his ID. he's 56 bro... like come on. so much for friendly service. read more

Like this place a lot! Came through the drive through, ordered 5 drinks with ease. No mess ups or anything. Drinks tasted so amazing and the teas are strong. Yum! Ordered a Nonfat Caramel Freeze with caramel drizzle and whip cream n i got a mocha freeze with no caramel drizzle and no whip cream and the drink was dark like chocolate and when we told her I wanted caramel drizzle and whip cream she just gave me whip cream in a cup and I also asked w by it was dark and they said cause I asked for nonfat milk. Driving from the bay to sac, so I had to stop and see what all the fuss was about. Everyone has been raving about this coffee. I ordered a tall iced Caramel coffee. It was just so so. Not too sweet, not too strong. I just didn't think it was amazing. The young man working was one of the nicest, sweetest people ever. Kept me engaged while I waited for my coffee. We've been in line for fifteen minutes with two people in front of us. Additionally, my boyfriend asked them to put his drink in his personal mug which they had taken inside. Once we got to the window they didn't have his mug and served his drink in a regular cup. They had to search for his mug. I've never had such a poor experience at a Dutch bros before. read more

Every time I go there which is a couple times a week I always have amazing customer service! Everyone is always friendly, and seems happy to be working there and patient when taking your order. I like when they come to your window as it makes the line move pretty quick. I would give 5 stars but they keep raising prices by 25cents to 50cents almost each month or two it seems like..and give way more ice then they used too, which makes you take 5sips of a iced medium and you are done! Pretty soon at their rate for a small drink will be $7 and a large will be $10+ and at that point it will be time to stop drinking it. read more

I'm so disappointed in their order system. Today on New Year's Day for my fist time I decided to try this new coffee shop. Well I saw this huge car line so I said to my self. I'll just get off my truck and order on the window witch should be faster. Even tho it was 55 degrees I just wanted my morning coffee.. So I had to write this yelp review because I just left Dutch Bro's in Dixon, and was extremely upset that I was the second car in line, I waited approximately 5 mins before the girl at the window finally finished chatting with the car in front of me which had already gotten their drinks. This Sunday got to Dutch about 8:50 am and have been held hostage in line for over 27 minutes only one line open , this has happened before but I didn't need to be anywhere and now I'm going to be late for work when I would have had plenty of tiMe this morning , there is no excuse for this ! And there should be a emergency exit in these lanes for stuff like this ! Ridiculous won't be back anymore with all the issues at this location ! This was my first visit to a Dutch Bros, and what a GREAT experience it was!! I was pleasantly surprised to have a nice young lady come to my car, to take my order, even though there was only one car ahead of me. When I got to the window, Alex the super friendly and helpful clerk, took my credit card. I told him that this was my first visit to a Dutch Bros and he handed the card back and told me it was on the house!! He also asked if I wanted a punch card, so that after buying 10 coffees, I would get one for free( great idea). We briefly chatted and he also gave me a free window sticker and then introduced himself and asked my name. The superior customer service exhibited by this place will keep me coming back, whenever I'm in the area! Oh, and the Carmelizer drink I got was VERY tasty!:-) It is SO NICE to find such a pleasant place to go, especially when one needs caffeine and might not quite be awake yet! I ordered an iced coffee and a white chocolate mocha. I also asked the person taking my order if they had any food. He replied that they had muffins, so I ordered one. The iced coffee was light brown, weak, and way too sweet. The white mocha was so light (and weak, and sweet) that my wife suspected they forgot to add espresso. Rant...There's no menu while you're waiting so when they come up to your car to take your order, you don't know what your choices are... Huge Rave: but since it was our first time, they asked what we like (iced, sweet, lots of caffeine) and made some recommendations. When we got to the window, they handed us our FREE drink and said we were good. So all in all, super good customer service. Hubby really liked his super sweet, super caffeine (6 shots wth?!) iced coffee. I still don't know what the options are, but hubby was happy with his drink. Will come back for sure! read more
