Great location, nestled in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. Staff were super friendly, drinks were on point. Not crowded at all. Just another great Dutch Bros experience!

Did we just become best friends? Red Cup Day? Who is she? We don't know her. On the same day that mermaid was slinging out free cups, Dutch was handing out friendship bracelets. Get two free friendhip bracelets with the purchase of any two drinks! You know my crew went crazy. We're Swifties, we're Dutch bruhs, and we're full of caffeine! As Dutch Bros lovers, it was a no-brainer who would be getting our dollar bills for the day. You're not getting the best cuppa, but you're getting delightful conversation, a sweet drink, and good vibes. Stay golden, Ponyboy.

Pros : they offer decaf espresso , line usually moves quick , drinks are customizable , service is friendly usually . Cons : no matter how I try to modify my drink it is almost always too sugary for me, the small size is overpriced ( makes you feel like you should just upgrade to medium to save money but it's like twice the sugar in your veins at what cost ) This particular location is a drive through right next to downtown Gilbert and has parking close by with an indoor walk up window . The indoor and outdoor seating was clean and comfortable .

Today was our first time at this location and we had the BEST experience ever!!! Luke was absolutely amazing!!! He was very informative, very sweet, and really made our experience feel valued!!! He's one of the best Broistas we've ever had (and trust us, we'd know!). Cant wait to come back to this location again!!! Thank you so much Luke!!!

My go-to order: Medium Flapjack with mocha milk and a caramel drizzle. I told the barista that I was looking for a drink with a vanilla and caramel flavor profile and this drink was recommended to me. And now, it's my go-to drink whenever I stop by Dutch Bros Coffee. The service has always been great from start to finish. The baristas are super friendly and know what they're doing. I will say there was one time where my bf had ordered a Chocolate Milk with banana and caramel flavors and the caramel was honestly non-existent. I'll call that a fluke since all other times, the drinks were made to perfection. I also did try the Golden Eagle and unfortunately, it didn't hit the spot for me. I look forward to coming back here to fulfill my Flapjack needs!

Talk about a long line for a drive thru! BUT, they kept it going really fast so we didn't wait too long which was awesome. My boyfriend's cousin suggested this chain, so we wanted to try it out. Service was really great. Though the line was so long, they wanted to carry a nice convo with you. Such nice people! We ordered the Dutch Frost and White chocolate Lavender Cold brew along side with their chocolate chip and funfetti cookies. The drinks were average, not too out of the ordinary. I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie over the funfetti one. The funfetti seemed too dry for a cookie. I also thought the pricing was a bit too much. It was a nice customer experience, esp during COVID times. I would come back here occasionally when back in the area.

This was my first Dutch experience and it went very smoothly! I stopped by for my birthday because I had heard they give you a free drink. I ordered a large OG Gunny Bear Lemonade. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. My cup even had a little birthday note on it which was very sweet. I would definitely be back if there weren't always like 20 cars in line ... I will have to try and find a time that it is not as busy. With two babies, the screaming starts as soon as the car stops so I have to keep in motion.

Who doesn't love drinks from Dutch?!! I know at the moment I'm O B S E S S E D again. I have gotten to visit this location several times over the last two weeks. So of course I figured I would actually write a review now about my recent trips.. Employees are definitely much more chattier here, over the other locations I've been too. One night we sat in the drive thru for about ten minutes. The employee was flirting with the guys right in front of us. She didn't even say sorry or anything when we pulled up. They apparently don't do puppachinos here, and we were just given a milk bone when I asked for one. (Yes I'm that one person that asks for a treat for my furry friend) Puppachino = small cup with whip cream with a milk bone for your dogs. A few days ago we stopped by again and we were able to hear the employee interrogate the car in front of us. He literally asked them everything about their work life. (Where they work, what time, what's their favorite thing, who works there) The employee was getting waaaaaay too personal. Drinks of course are always good and the flavors all stay pretty consistent. Drive thru can be slow especially when you have the baristas asking you a billion questions. Parking is tricky and the drive thru gets busy busy!

    MY DRINK WAS ALL ICE
    Erin H.

MY ENTIRE DRINK WAS ICE AND THEY WERE RUDE. Way overpriced already and they filled it to the brim with ice. Not only that two girls working at the window were extremely rude and unpleasant to me tonight. I tried to be nice to them as they rudely took my order and I went home feeling very upset by my experience there. She also mocked me when I asked if they had any stickers and she told me they never have them even on the sticker days??? Overall terrible experience there, it was my boyfriends first time trying it and we did not appreciate the rude females at the window.

The second you walk in, you're surrounded by a romance book-lover's dream. The ambiance feels like stepping into a cozy Hogwarts library. It's warm, magical, and the perfect place to get lost in a book. There is also a vintage-style Photo Booth that will print out two photo strips for $5! I also love the story behind this place starting online and growing into a physical bookstore that now carries such a fun variety of books, plus the cutest hip and trendy merch (hats, book pins, shirts, and more). The coffee is good, and their menu is surprisingly extensive. I ordered the cookie butter latte and was genuinely impressed by both the size and the taste. On top of all that, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether you're looking to study, find community, or just yap with fellow book lovers, this is such a fun and inviting space!

The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

It's just some steamed milk dumped on espresso in a paper cup. Any time a barista puts a cap on your cup (paper cups are generally a bad sign, but some are very good, but still not as good as glass cup poured versions) it's clear they intend to hide the lack of microfoam head, the art itself is how you build this drink. I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.
