Aqua berry rebel?????????? Never had this one before but it sounded sooooo good. On this visit my kids had a aqua berry lemonade and me and my husband got the aqua berry rebel. I asked at the window if this was aqua berry they said yes , drove off and was really disappointed since it tasted like straight energy drink. Went back and they remade it and it came out exactly the same with no flavor at all.I even asked another guy in line what color it normally comes out and he said blueish being that he ordered the same thing . I don't know if they were trying to be funny or what but after tipping 10$ when my bill was only $15 I expected a little more of some effort . Every other Dutch bros in the valley has such nice workers and makes the drinks perfectly. Every time I have gone to the Dutch Bros on Stephanie, they don't try to make and effort to connect with the customer or make the drink correctly. It is never really big mistakes but when you brand yourself on being able to customize drinks, you would think to get the right flavor, correct size, having light ice, extra shots, etc. would not be a problem. It is very disappointing considering the Dutch bros chain is wonderful. Maybe it is something with the newer locations that they aren't focusing so much on their customer interactions anymore. read more

The ladies there were SO SWEET and friendly!!! It was my first time going to a Dutch Bros, and so happy that this was my first experience. I'm from Houston, and know that when I head out to another state, I can't always experience the southern hospitality when going out- but these ladies were so sweet I felt like I never left home. read more

This location has its good and its bad when it comes to the location it sits in the area. The thing that doesn't suffer is the product they provide. Some days I will drive right past if the line winds around the parking lot but for the most part I will wait as the staff does it's best to get everyone order in and keep the line going. For now this is the closest location and I will continue to support them. read more

I've had this drink dozens of times. I know there is usually foam at the top not for nearly 1/4 of the cup. When it was handed to me I asked the girl "where's the rest of my drink was?" And then giggled. She didn't giggle however, she decided to stand at the window and make a continual excuse after excuse in hopes that I would buy the BS. I usually easy going and would have been chill had she actually offered to fix it but she didn't. Just continued with the excuses. That's what pissed me off. Train your people better. It's usually a long line but worth the wait. We have never had anything that was less that delicious.

It's my First time here, there's a lot of people ordering drive thru the line is too long but when i got in to the counter I don't have to wait for too long the service was fast. When i tried the coffee it was so good. The crew was great. read more

Love the coffee here, regular coffee is actually a Cafe Americano so it's freshly made when you order. It's a bit more expensive but worth it and their loyalty program chips about 10% off the price you pay. read more

All the recent reviews are on point, when they first opened they were amazing. I was so excited to have one right down the street from me but they have declined. It takes a good 20-40 minutes to get through the drive thru line, idk if they're understaffed but somethings wrong because they'll only be 1 or 2 people taking orders when the lines way out. I've also had my drink made incorrectly a couples times and nothing seems to be consistent. It's really unfortunate, I've never had a bad experience at Dutch bros till this location came around. read more

The staff informed me there was only two girls working some people have night jobs to get too and waiting 30 minutes for coffee when there's no possible way you can even leave the line is ridiculous you guys need to hire more night time workers read more

I don't come to Dutch bros as often as I'd want to but every time I go everyone is always extremely friendly and has such a great personality. I used to just get coffee until I tried the lemonades and man are they good. The tigers blood and fire lizard are amazing, especially blended with some rebel. I always love the little drawings that they sometimes draw on or smiley faces they put on the cup. read more

Was so excited to finally have a Dutch bros so close to me but do yourself a favor and drive to the one on pebble and eastern. This location, the staff isn't as friendly and my drinks have been inconsistent each time. Not sure what's up with the staff here--but today at the drive through the young gentleman who took my order made no effort to be nice, didn't ask if my preferred tip was ok. He barely even allowed me to order before cutting me off to say anything else? He did however go hang out with the gentleman in a white truck for awhile. Very odd. Pebble and eastern or serene and spencer will get my business from now on. Hopefully they can get friendlier staff soon. 2 stars for the one friendly girl who handed my drinks to me at the window. read more

Came on a Sunday around noon, thinking it wouldn't be busy, boy was I wrong! The drive thru line wrapped around the entire building BUT they have two lanes which are organized as well as ladies in the parking lot taking orders. 10/10 for keeping people in check! Great coffee too read more

Or just go to another store which is so much further from my house but recently the store by my house wants to shut it down 15-20 mins before closing. I went every night and now they are closing down b4 I get there. If it says 10pm then that when they should close. Should really have a location that is open at night. Huge fan of Dutch! This location rocks. The employees are always so sweet and they work at a very fast pace so that they can get customers in and out. I have really enjoyed Dutch bros for a long time, but today I was disappointed. The parking lot at this location is horrible for having a line, and the employees working there were very slow today and seemed like they didn't know what to do, and it took me 34 minuets to get through the line so I was disappointed. I've given this location plenty of chances hoping each time they'll finally get it together. But after enough chances and having to even go back today because my drink was awful and not what I ordered at all. I finally am just DONE with this location! This one is closer to my house but I will for sure go out of my way elsewhere from now on due to the quality here. My drink isn't complicated I just add in 2 shots and Carmel and 9 out of 10 times they mess it up. I've been given the wrong drink all together about 4 times and end up paying for something I didn't order but who has time to wait in line all over again to get the correct drink? So I've had to just waste my money several time because of their lack of knowing what drink is what. Can't tell you how many times I pull up and they ramble the order and I have to stop them and say nope not my order then they start rambling again and I have to say nope not my order "oh sorry what did you order" when finally I asked them what's up with the service and informed them I keep being given the wrong drink or my drink is. It made to what I ordered and paid for (they charge for extra shots etc, so it's annoying to pay for something you're not getting you're basically stealing my money). All I ever hear is oh sorry we've just had a lot of cars today lol uh ok! This location def needs to step up their management and oversee what is going wrong here I can see once or twice an order being wrong but this is now about the 8-9th time and I shouldn't have to drive back to get the right order and then I had to stand at the window for 10 mins for a "remake" finally the wait was ridiculous so I went back to the window and say my "remake" sitting in the window by this time I was melted lol and the employee says oops sorry I forgot! Wow so you screwed up the first go round, then I have to drive back, wait. And then you forget and screwed up again! That's awesome customer service right there.
