Stopped by this Dutch Bros location to satisfy our cravings. Our last visit at this location was several months ago. Whenever we're in town Dutch Bros is our must visit and must stop place for coffee and specialty drinks. We love Dutch Bros as they always provide excellent customer service and delicious drinks. This visit we ordered Mocha, Kicker, 911 and Pink Flamingo Shake. Our experience during this visit was unusual and different from our previous ones. They not only upsold us with the 911 drink they forgot to include what they charged us on. They didn't include the soft top for the 911 drink. We just noticed it as we were driving away. We decided to drive back and ask for the soft top. We waited about 5 minutes for them to place the soft top on the drink. We won't be frequenting this specific location anymore but will definitely visit other Dutch Bros location. read more

I came back for another try and cups good now, no leaks! I found out this location is now selling food as well. It's actually really really good! The slider is perfectly toasted on the bread and the banana nut bread is on point with being warmed up. Service is amazing as well! They were very attentive to making sure everything went smooth and quickly. Ambiance that they bring is always up beat and with a smile. They recommended these two new menu items as well. On my way to work I was craving a sweet treat. I pulled off the freeway and saw this Dutch Bros location. I got in the drive thru and waited for my order to be taken. A young lady with a beautiful smile and huge glasses came up to my car. Despite it being 7 in the morning she had all the energy in the world, she was a ray of sunshine. Her name was Angela S, it felt like catching up with an old friend. She took my order, asked how my morning was, and complimented my suit. Shortly after when I received my drink (Horchata chai w/ caramel sauce and two shots of espresso) I had seen she had wrote a motivational message on the lid. This set my mood for the rest of the day and if I didn't have to go to work I would have gone right to the back of the drive thru line to experience this again. read more

Even on their busiest days they always try to get us through the line quickly. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always order coffee or iced tea but I get to customize it because their menu is so big! I've only had my order wrong but they let me keep it and gave me the right order addition to the other coffee. Decatur is a convenient location, that area is usually busy. -Not normally a horribly long drive-through line. CONS: -This isn't always the case, but I've waited ~10 minutes for service at the walk-up window. That's just to take my order. -Typically slow service. Much slower than the Craig & Rancho location. -Difficult to reach going northbound on Decatur. You have to make a U-turn. -Young employees that I've seen outside talking to their friends and just hanging around instead of working. Overall, a Dutch is a Dutch. And as long as they serve me coffee, I'll be there. read more

I've been to many locations across town and I can say by far this is the slowest one. I do my best to try to avoid coming here, but sometimes I don't have a choice and I regret it every single time. Be prepared to wait in line for a minimum of 20 minutes. Half the time my drink is made wrong here but I don't have extra time to wait for them to remake it so I have to take it as is. Something really needs to change because every time this line is absurd and I constantly see people backing out. I saw 4 different homeless people approach the window and ask for iced water, which was rapidly served; and she even asked them if they wanted a straw. I thought that was pretty cool . Unbeknownst to us we visited on the ever popular fill the tray day which meant mile long drive through lines and extensive waits for walk up. We placed our order for four drinks after the barista kindly explained the deal to us, but then ended up waiting approximately 30 minutes for our four drinks. The people waiting was deceiving as many went back to their car to wait. During our wait, my partner noted that it was so popular that many high school students even commented they were skipping school to take part in the fill the tray promotion. Once we received our drinks, we immediately knew one was incorrect, so took it back, and they promptly made a replacement for us with no issue. What we didn't realize though was that one of the additional drinks appeared to be made incorrectly as well. It wasn't a huge deal as all four of the drinks we got were delicious, but more of a nuisance and reflective of the hectic-ness of fill the tray day. Would I try again? Probably. Would I try again on fill the trade day? Absolutely not. read more
