I'm really tired of Starbucks giving you a cup to put your personal cup in and then not give you the $.10 discount for bringing in your own cup. It's just another way large corporations are nickel and dimming the customers to death. Raise the coffee prices and then don't give the discount when you're obligated per your policies. Staff needs to be updated on the fact that personal cub get a $.10 discount!!! And this isn't the only place that happens. Entered the drive thru and had a pretty long line. The barista taking the order was very polite asking me what I would like to order. I ordered my caramel brûlée latte... favorite during this time of year. Surprisingly the wait was not too long and I was at the window in only a few minutes. After I used my app to pay My drink was given immediately after and of course I decided to purchase a tumbler that was sitting right by the window. This has to be one of the worst locations. My order is always a pumpkin cream cold brew. The workers always forget to put the pumpkin spice powder on top and I can tell they don't add the pumps of vanilla syrup to the cold brew. One time they even gave me a latte instead of cold brew. The drink was so white before I even mixed it, there was no way it was a cold brew! When I asked them to remake it the worker seemed annoyed. This location is a massive disappointment I'd rather drive the extra mile to go to the next one. read more

This location had improved, but it is back to where it was. Extremely slow in the drive thru. When the line backs up to Rainbow, there's a clear problem. There is training always happening on the window in the morning. I understand training, but not at the morning rush. If you mobile order, they often don't place food out by the time of pick-up. Super disappointed with the staff at this location. The male worker who took my order in the drive-thru was extremely rude. I was not aware that certain products had been discontinued (pistachio latte) since I just ordered this product yesterday. Xavier is the sweetest thing to walk this earth! I live really close, so I put in my mobile order from my driveway. I always leave time just in case it is busy. It was busy. There were only two cars in front of me but I think they both ordered a good amount of drinks to the point where there were 4 or 5 cars behind me. Like I said, I was not in a rush. I got to the window, and Xavier was so upbeat. In the nicest way possible, he basically said he was having a rough day. He didn't let it change his customer service. He was nice, sweet, and has an amazing personality. You can tell he's a hard worker and enjoys what he does. I'm in the restaurant industry, and it's hard to find people who care like that. I always go to this Starbucks because of the convenience of it being next to the freeway. Now I am going to more because of him. Just knowing someone who cares makes me know my drink will be great. I got a strawberry frappuccino, and it was delicious! I tip in the app and added more to my tip after my experience with him. read more

This is my favorite starbucks to go to. Like any place there are times when something gets messed up but no matter what they've always fixed it when brought up. The people there, especially Connor, have been a joy to talk to. They've helped make my day on multiple occasions. Everyone there is so nice and polite. Was overcharged by an arrogant person, I ordered a double shot which is normally $3.20 he charged me $4.55. When I asked him about it, he said that includes tax, but that is not correct because tax is only $.27. I would've just left without being upset other than the Eric attitude. This review is almost entirely for JANELLE (I hope I spelled it right) the manager. She is truly an exemplary manager - provided A+ customer service. When I had an issue with the app that resulted in my order being messed up, she not only said she would make it right (despite it being an issue with the app NOT due her or her staff) she REMEMBERED ME THE NEXT DAY and had my coffee ready for me when I walked in. I was blown away, as I had appreciated her kindness the day before but didn't really think she'd remember me or actually do anything about it (trauma from other customer service experiences at other stores I guess!!) anyway, this Starbucks is the closest to me, but even if it weren't, I would still drive in order to go here just because of her and her level of customer service. Been here many times and the food & drinks are consistently good. The drive thru speaker needs to get fixed though. Customer service here is always great. Dylan let us know we were there during happy hour and all we had to do was show our app to get one of our drinks free!! Cool! Who doesn't love freebies! I am not sure why this particular Starbucks has such low ratings. I have been frequenting this location for years and it has always been consistently good. At times when they are busy, service can be slow but that goes for any Starbucks. This location has recently been remodeled and it is always kept very clean. There is a beautiful dine in area and patio to sit and enjoy your coffee. It also has a drive thru and is very close to the freeway which is excellent for convenience. In well over 100 drinks I have never had a mistake. I definitely recommend this location! read more

Drive thru here is quick. Most of the time they make the drinks great, but sometimes you can tell they're moving at the speed of sound making it cause there's syrup all over the side of the cup. The people that work here are great. Sometimes the cashier, the older woman, has a bad day and she's pretty grouchy, but nothing offensive, for me anyway. I've stopped at this outlet a few times and I enjoy it quite a bit. There's a good amount of table space and the wifi is available as it is at all Starbucks. The only drawback to this location is its location. It's a pain to get in and out sometimes because you have to cross traffic on Rainbow Boulevard. You also have to know to come out a different driveway if you're going north on Rainbow. Once you know, though, it's OK. read more
