I used to love going to Dutch Bros before covid. Now I'm super unimpressed. I've discovered The Fix coffee - they have a similar concept as DB and great coffee! AND they stamp/honor their rewards cards. The fix also offers coupons in the clipper ad and the other coupon mailer twice a month! Love this place!!! Staff is super friendly always! And even though the line always wraps through the parking lot it usually goes pretty fast! I'd say 1-2 cars through a minute. One day they were getting 2 cars through a minute. The drinks are much tastier than Starbucks. And I love that all tax is included. They also do stamp cards so every 11th drink is free. read more

I'm a big fan of Dutch Bros (I have an embarrassing amount of check-ins at the location by my house). I just wanted to do a quick review to highlight this location. This area is weird. I live less than 20 mins away from this part of town, but only find myself over here once a year because the guy that does my taxes lives in this area. I decided to stop at this Dutch on my way home and its' the same friendly staff & delicious espresso you'll find at all Dutch Bros. It wasn't busy at all (granted I was here in the afternoon and not the morning rush), but when I talked to the baristas they said this location generally isn't as busy as a lot of the other stands. Just left this place, coffee is great as usual. Asked the girl at the window what types of precautions they are taking during the pandemic, and it didn't seem like they were doing anything. Drank a full medium hot coffee when I felt something large and squishy in my mouth. Spit it out into the cup to find it was a bee. This is gross. It's absolutely disgusting. I can't even figure out how a person can let this go unnoticed and serve to customers. Tried to call the store but nobody would answer. Absolutely awful service. Had to wait 20+ extra minutes to place an order through the drive thru, the customer up front must have worked at this location because the worker and customer talked for 20 plus minutes, she didn't drive up which created a huge line behind us, then another girl came out and instead of taking our order, went and talked to them. Finally they finished the conversation, we eventually got helped, and then after more time of the same person holding the line up talking to co-workers, we finally got our drink. I came here on a Saturday afternoon so we were able to pull right up to the window. I'm sure this location can get pretty busy on a weekday morning, but the direction of the drive-thru doesn't seem obnoxious and can probably accommodate a lot of cars. The staff was friendly and told us about some deals that they were having later in the week while I perused the menu board. For a coffee joint, there is a lot to choose from and for a drive-up, reading the board is obnoxious. I usually just go with my old standby iced coffee but thought I wanted to try something new. Luckily a line didn't form behind us. As the baristas were making our drinks, one let another know a drink to get ready for the car that was now behind us. That's pretty cool that they remember their regulars. I will def be back, but next time I might just go to the walk up until I have the menu memorized. read more

They've never gotten my drink wrong and it's a custom and intricately worded drink I always ask for. The atmosphere makes my day. I had only gone to this stand once and yet the next day when I returned the girl excitedly asked me for an update about what I had told her the day before. They listen and care. I absolutely love the culture of Dutch bros. Nothing beats their espresso. It wakes me up in a way that not even a quad shot anywhere else can. I am new to the area, but as I was exploring the city, I kept driving past a Dutch Bros and it always seemed busy. So I decided to give it a go one day and I now understand why it's always so busy! Not only is the coffee amazing, but the menu is huge and has so many options, the portion sizes are generous, and the staff are always SUPER friendly. They even have someone outside to take orders to move the line along. But it's totally worth the wait! This is officially my new favorite place to get an iced coffee and I am obsessed. Great place for coffee or teas, period. Very energetic people work here. Seems to have a very steady stream of cars going through. They give you a punch card so when you buy 10 you get one free. I don't think they charge for extra flavors like the other big coffee place in town. The coffee is always spot on. Never had a bad cup or grounds in my coffee. I used to be a regular at this location a few years ago, and then I moved away. I just recently joined the gym in the parking lot and decided to stop by for a coffee. I will admit, I got in line 15 min before closing, but the line seemed to be moving quickly so I decided to still go for it. I haven't been to a Dutch in a while so I asked the girl taking orders in line a few questions about dairy free and sugar free options. She was super helpful and I enjoyed talking with her. I ordered my drink and seemed to hold up the line, so I hurried to the window. There were 5 or so girls inside and as I pulled up all of them had dirty looks on their faces. I tried to ease the tension and was like "oh my god, I'm go sorry I held up the line right before closing." Usually my experiences with Dutch is always happy and smiling, the girl at the window was like "oh the line isn't the problem, it's just really hard to pull decaf this late at night... we just cleaned the machine." I said, "I had no idea I'm so sorry." (The girl taking orders could have told me that decaf wasn't available and i would have been fine) I handed her my money. She handed me 3 fives back as change and said, "it's okay, we won't be mad if you throw a couple of those in here." And she pointed to the tip jar. I laughed uncomfortably because I work in a tipping industry as well and I have NEVER asked for a tip, especially not with an attitude like that girl had. She handed my drink to me and told the girls in the back there was still 5 cars behind me and one of the girls said "f*** my life" I get it, closing late sucks but the dirty looks from the girls and the disrespect from everyone inside makes me never want to visit this location again. read more

The customer service was dreadful. The only reason I choose Dutch over just buying a red bull/monster at the gas station is because of the amazing customer service; the second you get in line, you feel like you're making a new friend :) it's always been lovely but the past few times I have gone to this location, a brunette girl with a bunch of rings (snake ring and a crying one specifically) has made me feel like I walked in on a conversation between friends. Every time she is on window when I go there, she always starts a conversation with me and then ropes a coworker in and doesn't acknowledge me at all. i.e, tonight (May 12, around 8:40pm), she complimented my cars decor, but then she started talking to her coworker about cars like that and then they got into a convo about her coworkers friends or something and completely made me feel like I was intruding. Then she asked me if I wanted straws and I said yes, but she never handed me the straws. I can just tell that she only really cared about her coworkers and not about the customers. read more
