There is also frequently no one at the register. I've seen a line form with multiple customers waiting while no one is taking orders, and this has happened on more than one occasion. Honestly, it doesn't seem like there is much direction or organization among the staff. It feels like everyone is just being told to "make drinks," but sometimes they appear to be making more drinks than there are customers in the drive-thru or inside the shop.
