to begin, i would've given five starts to this phenomenal establishment and franchise but the only thing denying the fifth star is that the closest dutch bros to my house is approximately 15min away. as frequently as i go i would love to have a location slightly closer to my place of living. but all in all i love the drinks more than bland starbucks or any coffee based shops. 10/10 would attend again read more

Dutch Bro's coffee has always been decent with a huge selection of flavors. I normally get either the Annihilator because it is a nice mix of macadamia nut flavor with chocolate, or their nitro cold brew, black with no cream or sugar. The Annihilator is very smooth and I like to get a couple extra shots because it adds just the right amount of coffee and balances the flavor nicely. Their nitro cold brew is probably my favorite cold brew. Getting it without cream or sugar lets you really enjoy the unique flavor. It's strong, as all cold brew is, but the flavor is smooth and almost a bit nutty! I like how you can buy it in cans so if you are going on a road trip, take a few with you so you can enjoy good coffee in a pinch where there are no choices. I have not tried everything on the menu, but so far the only thing I am not crazy about is their chai products. The chai flavor is too weak for my liking because I like strong chai tea lattes. Theirs are pretty generic. As for the staff, I have always had friendly, heavily caffeinated employees that hare happy to help and chat! Love Dutch bros! My favorite coffee so far besides a few coffee shops in New York. The staff always tries to make you feel good and they are up beat. Sometimes a little too much but hey there's nothing wrong with it. The only bad thing is the wait. At times you are waiting 30+ min in the drive thru line even when they walk up to your window to take your order. I would love to go here everyday before work but I can't always wait that long. Instead I have to settle for the nasty Starbucks up the street. The drinks are worth the wait if I'm able to wait! read more

I am having a very bad morning and to make it a little better we stopped by this location and talked to the drive thru girl and just casually mentioned that I was having a bad morning. We get up to the window to find that she had picked up our tab. I never expected that and as lame as this may sound, it made me realize there are still genuinely nice and caring people still in this world. If this business is so popular maybe the management or owner needs to do more to get the line going. This store is always hustling and doesn't even chit chat forever like some stores so they obviously need something! Another machine maybe. Better organization. Another store in mesa. Idk. My ex worked for Starbucks and this would not be exceptable. No one should wait this long for a delisios drink. Never a bad comment about the staff though. They do a great job!! I was in the drive thru and the line was long long, but it was the first of the month, so what else to expect? The staff is always ready to make me smile and make me forget about my sh*t day.
