I recently relocated to Redlands and am new to Dutch Bros Coffee! As a result, I'm currently working my way through the menu to compile a list of my favorite drinks, and I haven't received any service that has left me disappointed. Lina served me on my most recent visit. She was quite attentive in assisting me in discovering not only a new drink, but also a personal favorite! She was able to explain any changes to my drink I was curious about, in addition to how they would affect the composition of my order. Not to be forgotten--she was polite through and through (tysm girl!!). As I got to the pick-up window, the staff maintained the same enthusiasm and vibe: wonderful and pleasant! So when it comes to the Redlands location, and I haven't noticed this at 4 other locations, only here. The product is good, no worries about that. But 3 times I've been there, where staff are talking to their friends or fellow employees in the cars, in line, to the point where they're holding up 1 line, and the other line is able to benefit and go 2 to 4 cars ahead. Oblivious to anything going on around them outside of the conversation they're having. Other than that everything is fine Will give Redlands 1 more shot. Happens again, going back to yucaipa. read more

I'm not going to lie. I was going to Yelp this place yesterday (the day they opened) with the intention of being the FTY (First To Yelp); but alas.. was a bit bummed to see someone had beaten me to it. Oh well... onward!! So there are some places that seem to have cult followings. Chik-Fil-A is one such place. Honestly, I don't understand *that* cult. I mean, its JUST a chicken sandwich, people. Come on!!` Dutch Bros. coffee is another place that seems to have a cult following of rave reviewers. The chain is relatively new to the area and I will admit I've only been 3 times, once to the Yucaipla location and twice here yesterday. And, I kinda have to admit...I think I can see myself joining this coffee cult. This spot is located off Alabama on the periphery of the Mountain Grove shopping complex; near the Harkins Theatre. I honestly think this location was built and opened in record time; around 2 months. Impressive, that. So first I'll talk about the parking situation. One of the complaints I've heard about Dutch Bros locations is about their incredibly long lines and the wait time. I'm here to say that both of the times I've visited so far; this was not the case. The parking lot is very intelligently laid out and very roomy. Pylons help guide the cars into two parallel lines. What *really* helps is that they have workers go up and down the lines handing out pocket menus and getting the customers prepped for ordering. There's also at least 1 employee going to the cars to take their orders and accept payments right there on a tablet. Adding to this efficiency is that you often won't even get to the drive-thru window, as employees come out through a door and deliver the orders to customers as many as 3 cars away from the window. This helps the line move along VERY fast and is quite appreciated! Of course, everybody probably knows by now that their locations are either drive-thru or walk-up businesses only. I admit I would like a lobby to be able to sit and enjoy my drink and maybe jump on Wi-Fi, but this chain is all about drinks on the go. Now for the drinks. The first time I went I ordered a Midnight Rebel (Pom/Raspberry) energy drink, sugar-free, with a lime soft cap; and my mom ordered a Frappe-type drink called a Wallabee. Let me tell you, these were YUM! The energy drink was delicious and refreshing and didn't have too much caffeine as to give me the jitters. I also couldn't tell it was sugar-free as there was NO aftertaste at all. Color me impressed. Mom's Wallbee was delicious as well. 2nd time I came here was with the wifey later that day. This was her first time ever to a Dutch Bros. She ordered a Dragon Slayer frozen lemonade and I decided on a similar Dragon Slayer black iced tea. Dragon Slayers have Raspberry and Blue Raspberry with Blackberry drizzle. Both of these drinks were wonderful. All of the employees we encountered here were VERY friendly and helpful and happy to make recommendations. This is something I encountered at the Yucaipa location as well; and from what I understand it's a trademark of the chain itself. If you've never been to a Dutch Bros; you need to know that there are a near infinite number of flavor combinations you can order from here; in not only their coffee drinks but also their teas, sodas, and their line of energy drinks called Rebels. There's almost no such thing as a "secret menu" here because is you name the weird combo of flavors you want; they probably have a named drink after it. Don't get me wrong; I love my Starbucks and my Coffee Beans; but Dutch Bros is a VERY worthy addition to the caffeine scene in Redlands. If you need a perk-up on the go; this is definitely your spot! read more

Service was good; the employees were upbeat, polite, and accommodating when taking the order and making modifications. Unfortunately, the line wasn't being directed (follow car x) and it ultimately lead to an increased wait and watery drinks. Cars that had gotten there later were approaching the service window before their drinks were ready and that caused overwhelm at the window. A car that had arrived after me left ten minutes before I got my drinks, and the melted ice in one cup and lukewarm coffee in the other were a testament to the chaos caused by by the oversight. read more

My mom took me here for the first time and came across Alex outside to take my order. She greeted me with a smile and was so nice and professional. She showed enthusiasm for her job. Came here before I went out to lunch with friends. I was always hesitant to try this location because all the reviews say they're slow but I actually got my drink fairly fast. It could've also been that I went around lunch time but make sure you don't hesitate going to the line on the far right. They take turns taking orders on both sides. read more

Love Dutch bros but EVERY TIME I have come here it's minimum 20 mins for 1 drink in the drive thru lane. They have 2 drive thru lanes but only 1 window to serve those lanes. Someone messed up on the design. Arizona Dutch bros have 2 lanes and 2 service windows. Hate to see that they gonna lose customers because of this.
