My first time coming here to get a hot drink. I've been into chai teas a lot lately since I decided to give up coffee indefinitely and also as my Lenten sacrifice. So today I came here to get a hot drink and to my amazement they have so many options for chai tea latte. I opted to go with a healthier option as all the other choices involved a chocolate or caramel drizzle and the one that popped out to me was the Lavender Chai! Ohh-em-geee...it's so good and am hoping it's much healthier than the others. We got 2 drinks, the other one was a small annihilator. I love coming here, especially if I'm craving my favorite drink. I love coming here. They are conveniently located on sunset behind the quick stop gas station. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. This establishment has several different drinks to choose from not just coffee. they have Red Bull drinks, smoothies, and much more. They even have milk alternatives so if you don't like regular milk, they have oat milk and other milks available And they also have cold foam in case you don't like the whipped cream they have the cold foam which is OK but I prefer the whipped cream. This establishment is super friendly very energetic. They take their time and provide great customer service. This is one of my favorite Dutch Bros to go to in the area. Greatest establishment friendly employees wonderful grease if you have not downloaded it I would recommend downloading so Dutch froze copy app And when you sign up, you get a free medium drink at every time you scan your phone at any Dutch Bros you earn points towards free drinks for example when you get 250 points, you could choose through Jean for a medium drink if you get 325 you could get any size drink you like who doesn't like free and on your birthdaythey give you a free birthday drink which is great. If I could give zero stars, I would. My boyfriend and I both ordered a peach green tea with lemonade--something I get all the time. When he picked them up, he said his drink tasted off. I took a sip to check, and that's when I realized it had coconut in it. I'm severely allergic to coconut, and my throat immediately started to swell. I had to go to the emergency room. This was a terrifying experience that could have been life-threatening. I'm extremely upset and disappointed. I always order the same drink specifically because of my allergy, and I have no idea how this mistake happened. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I truly hope Dutch takes allergies more seriously moving forward. read more

Today's experience was also super good. took my order and was very thorough and made sure that both of my drinks were 100% what I wanted them to be. Make sure to even include a special note for one of my drinks to make sure it was right. He was super kind and very efficient. I stopped into the Rocklin Dutch Bros this morning off of Sierra College boulevard, and I asked for a large iced sugar-free double rain bro rebel with the shine that is being promoted. Number one the employees were insanely unpleasant. No good mornings no hi, no how are you? Just what do you want and that was it. So I'm given my drink and I didn't pay too much money to it because I had to get to work. I get to work and I noticed there's absolutely no shine in this cup and none of the flavors are sugar-free. I paid $9.17 for this drink, the prices of the drinks are absolutely astronomical as it is and then you go and make a drink that is absolutely completely wrong and you don't even provide the SHINE that is being promoted. Normally I Love Love Love Dutch Bros, but today the gal taking the orders chatted up a guy in his RAM Truck for over 15 min before moving to the other 4 of us, and did not move him up either with Cars piling into the street and no cars in front of him . Staff were VERY friendly per usual, and the people inside were helpful since I was on foot this time. Yay!! I finally got to try Dutch bros! Since I live in the Bay we don't have these :(. My family and friends in the central valley always raved about this place so finally after coming back from Reno with my family we stopped at this location. Every location always had a long line but the way they structure the logistics of their drive thru is awesome, two lanes! So it makes that long line not really that long of a wait. When we pulled in we were greeted by Mitch where he took our order. We told him it was my first time, he was super nice and super patient even with a line behind us. I already knew what I wanted to order as I scoped out the menu ahead of time. When we got to the window for our drinks the girls repeated our order then started making the drinks. I love this. This means your drink is literally made to order and it's fresh. Mitch actually came in to assist with our drinks too. If I lived in the area I'd for sure come back to this one. " Tip or skip". Thats what I hear every time I come here. You've only taken my order. You didn't make my drink or anything "above" your job description. Today especially was bad. I place my order, employee flips the screen for the tip. I touch the screen and it opens something else. The employee couldn't get the screen back. "Well I guess I just don't get a tip" That was the last straw for me. My family and friends only pay cash now here because of the "tip craze". I will be leaving Dutch until they realize that tips are earned not EXPECTED. Do better. read more

As a $BROS shareholder it pains me to leave a review like this but the amount of ice this location is piling in my drinks is criminal. When we pointed this out in the drive-thru, the young man working the window was incredibly sassy. If you are going to compete in a market like the 916, you need to remind staff that they are in the business of coffee, not ice. I look forward to management rectifying this situation by setting coherent ice levels on beverages and not simply affording deference to the drink crafters. read more

Stopped by here on our way back home from Tahoe...so I think 3.5 stars would be a more accurate rating. I'm not too sure what the hype is about...or maybe we didn't order the popular things? I spent almost $12 on 2 drinks that tasted a lot like Dunkin' Donuts flavored iced coffees. I got the annihilator and my husband got the cold brew version of the annihilator. They also put a ton of ice in the drinks so even though the cup is massive, it's literally half ice anyways. Service was friendly and the line moved very fast for a drive-thru. I am willing to give it another shot, but need suggestions on what to try next time! read more

Both lanes get super backed up at this location, and can easily block traffic/the intersections. Whereas, I've seen other locations move the lines a lot faster. This location was not busy when I got my coffee today. It was very nice to pull right up. This Dutch Bros is in my neighborhood and a convenient stop on my way to work. They have 2 sides to a small drive thru you can pull up to. Neither side moves faster than the other. Each location has a way of perfecting your drink. They want to know what drink you want. Iced, blended, hot.. if you want flavor added, whip topping, the drizzle... extra shots. Today, a girl helped put my order in before I got to the window to receive my drink. She seemed to be a little inpatient as she asked me what all I wanted to add to my Medium Iced Keto Cold Brew. Sometimes, I get asked questions about adding cream, which throws me off because I just order it and no one has asked me if I want the cream that already comes in that drink. When she rudely replied with "nevermind," I ignored the attitude, swiped my payment, and she signed my name without asking if I wanted to leave a gratuity (since they do a contactless signature, they do it for you.) I moved up to the window and was greeted with smiling faces. Everyone inside the shop was in a much better mood. Even the girl hosing down the floor mats as I drove off happy with my drink. Let me start off by saying we frequent DB and totally understand that it gets busy & the lines get a little crazy....this is not my complaint at all! We pulled into the parking lot and to my surprise there seemed to only be one car in front of me. As I pulled in more, I could see that there was quite a traffic jam going on. A lady had pulled up when she wasn't supposed to and blocked 2 cars from leaving. Usually a runner will let the car know or ask them to move. But not one of the 3 runners said anything. As I was looking around at the runners, I noticed a young man talking to 5 young girls. My first thought was that he was training them. But then realized they were all too young. He was actually taking all 5 of the girls orders as "walk ups" in the parking lot. So to get this straight, NOT the "walk up window" (cause that IS no longer available as an option due to COVID) and NOT at the actual window (because walking up to order in a drive through ISN'T allowed) but in the parking lot. And to top it off, all of them paid SEPARATELY! (Side note: if it had been a group of boys I guarantee they wouldn't have been able to order like that). When we get to the window, the girl working got our order wrong 3 times. She finally asked what we ordered. After telling her, she said the machine was broken and it would be a while cause they have to double blend the drinks. She finally went to hand me the drinks and the lid pops off. My youngest's blended rebel drink had straight ice cubes in it (NOT A BLENDED REBEL BY ANY MEANS) and our Birthday Cake Frost was missing the white chocolate flavoring (tasting of pure almond rocca, so my son refused to drink it and said he's never going back there). Like I mentioned earlier, I've been here with huge long lines, long long wait times, etc. but today's visit was THE WORST experience ever! Seriously the worst!!! read more

As a person who does not live close to this establishment I crave it when i am in an area that has it. I love that there are so many options and i love that they have so many sugar free options as well. I have been many times and it has not failed to provide great customer service consistently across many different locations. Each time i sound like a newby customer and ask a ton of questions and they are always so patient, accommodating, and eager to get your drink right. I've even been when it was over 100 degrees outside and the girl taking my order apologized to me because her iPad over heated while standing outside to take my order. They told us to go park and walk up to the window when it was the time on the app and when I went to grab my drinks they didn't pay attention to me at the window.
