We did a mobile order for the first time and we didn't expect to have to sit there and wait the full 11 minutes when the drive thru was completely empty... They told us to go park and walk up to the window when it was the time on the app and when I went to grab my drinks they didn't pay attention to me at the window. This location is always struggleville when we go. Parking lot is chaotic, waits are always abnormally long. The workers inside don't seem to interact like they do at the other ones (not a big deal). The reason for the 2 stars is somehow they always get the most basic orders wrong. Today I ordered a hazelnut truffle mocha cold brew, and after a long wait I was handed a hot coffee. When I told the worker she said yeah it is but it's toasted. I was very confused, and she hesitantly remade it into a cold drink, which is what I expected when I ordered a cold brew. The coffee never tastes as good as the other locations either, and I go all over NorCal as I drive a lot for my job. I guess I'll just skip this location and go to the one in Roseville that doesn't seem to have the same issues. read more

Shit was bomb, even when they messed up my order. It was probably messed up, because they put their nice lovely employees outside in 103 degree weather without shade to take our orders. I ended up with the salted caramel. It was delicious. Very very delicious, even when I don't like caramel coffee drinks. Usually, caramel drinks are too sweet. This one hit spot just right on the sweetness level. The texture of the freeze drink was very smooth and consistent throughout. It reminded me of Coffee Bean. I wish they didn't forget my extra espresso shot in here, cuz now I need to get another drink. But besides this, they get a 4 star, cuz they were super nice, super cool, and the drinks were delicious. Pulled into the busy Dutch Bros line waiting patiently to place my order just like everyone else. As I'm next in line for the outside cashier to take my order, here pulls up some big haired blonde lady cutting right in front of me like nothing. WOW! Really!! As I'm honking at her. What upset me the most is that the cashier proceeded to take her order right in front of me and the 8 cars behind me. They giggled and laughed like nothing happened, I confronted the cashier about what just happened. Response was, oh I'm sorry yes I seen she cut in front of you Oops. As a business owner myself, customer service and fairness is my #1 priority. I will never give my money to poor service! And this Dutch Bros. Deserves zero stars for that. read more

We pulled in to this Dutch Bros and due to the parking lot lay out we accidentally drove the wrong way for like, 40 feet, but still managed to get in line just fine and correctly. It's hard to explain but since we were one of only TWO cars at Dutch Bros in this moment, you can imagine that the fact that we went one way when we were suppose to "go around" yet still pulled in line correctly, in the right direction, and without issue ..... it's not a big deal! Well, it was apparently a big scary and fearful deal for the young gal who took our order. She scolded my husband and told him he could have caused a car accident .... in an empty parking going two miles per hour with no one around. What the hell? So my husband told her, "No, I wouldn't have gotten in a car accident because I can drive and can see and also there are zero cars or people to get into a accident with." Which is true, had there been a lot of cars or obstructions we likely would have driven accordingly and avoided a collision, duh. But beyond a teenager telling my 40 year old husband (who has 20 years training/certification/experience driving CODE 3 ambulance & now a police car daily) how to drive, the kicker was that after he told her he would not get in a car accident in this empty parking lot, she snapped at him, "you know what? You can just order at the window" and stormed off. You're probably thinking he was rude in his response to her. But, with our three kids sitting in the backseat looking forward to their hot chocolates and with all of us just looking forward to enjoying the evening together we were all in great moods and he just replied to her very calmly and matter of factly so her melt down as a result was a bit shocking. We love Dutch Bros but we will definitely be avoiding this location for a long time. read more

I don't think I've ever seen a Dutch Bros. chain not have a gigantic line at all hours of the day and this one is no exception. My son ended up dragging me here and as someone that does drink coffee on average was excited to have more of DB's. But oh man the sheer variety of things that they make is unbelievable. I got a drink called the Kicker which apparently has more coffee and it sure did taste like it. The line? Totally worth it after I got my drink. Pretty sure it was a shake from a coffee chain but I'd definitely go here again and again just to get it. I'm giving DB's 5 Stars for quick service and excellent coffee. read more

LOVE Dutch Bros. It's a staple when we're on a long road trip! (aka 3 hours or more) and need a quick pick-me-up to keep us going on a drive! There are two lines on either side of the Dutch Bros here and there was a hostess taking orders before you got to the window (efficiency like In 'N Out!). Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have or give out suggestions. Everyone that works here really seems to love their job. What a great atmosphere. Another thing that I really like about Dutch Bros is that they always seem to give back and help the community or things that happen nearby. Like the recent fires for example. On a trip home from Reno we looked on Yelp For a coffee place and seen Dutch brothers coffee. I tried it on the way up to Reno in Fairfield and was hooked on Dutch brothers coffee after just one cup pretty strong stuff. I got the 911 which is A blend of Irish cream with six shots in it. It did the job cause just got back to San Jose and it really did the job cause I'm writing this review. The Baristas here are awesome and really nice, friendly and super helpful. On a road trip traveling thru Rocklin today, we were completely surprised to find Dutch Bros here! The customer service we received from Canyon and Makenzie blew us out of the water! When we first pulled up, we had expressed to Canyon how happy we were to randomly find the Store because we'd never been to a Dutch Bros. He greeted us with so much energy and enthusiasm we immediately forgot how long we'd been on the road! He took his time to walk us thru the menu. After completing our order, we noticed the gear he was wearing and he politely referred us to the website for more cool gear! But then, surprise! He gave us his own fresh and unopened shirt as a souvenir! We were in complete shock! Not only did this guy give us detailed and precious minutes of his time walking us through the menu, but he still had the heart to give us something to remember our first time! Then, as we pulled up to the window to grab our drinks, we met Mackenzie and immediately she was all smiles! The care she gave us was paralleled to Canyon's! We were in complete shock how everyone here was super happy to have our business and could not believe the way we were being received. Just before we left, she over heard my wife saying how jealous she was of the Tee. Hearing this, Makenzie jumps into action, and also made sure my wife had just as much of a great experience and gave my wife her own fresh unopened Tee!! WHAT!?!?!? For our very first time here, and after all the hype we heard, not only were the drinks fantastic, but the customer service went above & beyond. These 2 were genuinely really great people and they demonstrated that they couldn't be happier to receive us, and that is what speaks more volumes than the product. Because sometimes it's not just the product you remember, but the hard working people; that no matter how many orders went by, they are still willing to do everything within their power to make you smile. Believe it or not, I have never had Dutch bro's. Today was my first experience as I was asked to get my boyfriend his order on the way to the dog park. At 11:30 there wasn't a crazy wait which surprised me. Max took my order and I told him I had never been so I don't know what to order for myself, (the menu online is a little overwhelming) and I told him what I usually order at another caffeine supplying establishment that cannot be said. I've come here to order drinks that are only seasonal, but they never hesitate to recreate them for me any time of the year. The lines here are very irritating, not only do they get very busy but because the lanes are arranged the way they are, traffic backs up more than it should with a loop in both directions. I wanted to like this place so badly, but the experience was not good. I came by for my first ever Dutch Bros Coffee visit on Saturday around 11:30 pm to caffeine fuel up for a long drive home. The stand had 2 different line options with a worker directing the traffic, it was quite busy. The worker came to the window for my order but being it was my first time and there was no menu in sight, I really didn't know what to order. I quickly pulled up the menu on yelp and picked the first thing that sounded good. The worker seemed to text my order and then walked away. There were 2 cars in front of me, and the wait was about 20 minutes, not exaggerating at all! The car in front of us must have been a regular or employee or something of that sort because we sat there while what seemed like every employee came to the window to chat with the driver, this went on for over 10 mins after they got their coffee, seriously annoying. The coffee was really good and I would love to try out some other drinks in the future but this location would not be my #1 choice. read more

This is the only Dutch bros I go to and I live an hour away. All of the employees at this location are great, however favorite would have to be Mattie. She always gets my order perfect and recommends me new drinks as well :) I make sure to leave her a nice tip, customer relations skills really does make a big difference. read more

Yesterday Wednesday the 23rd of June, the guy taking my order approached my car and said "what you want" in a straight forward tone. There are three Dutch Bros in my area and this one is BY FAR the least impressive. The lines are always beyond long. It's to be expected at Dutch Bros, but it's clear that this chain is more due to being slow than an influx of visitors. I've come here several times because it's close to work, but I'll probably start going to another and driving the extra distance. Every time I get a drink here with espresso, the shot is burnt... and burnt rather badly. I gotta say, the other two Dutch Bros in the area are far and away 5 star coffee joints. They're absolutely wonderful, but something is way off with this one. Maybe they need new espresso machines or maybe they need a full staff re-training on how to pull and not burn a shot. I know coffee shops are busy and there is a level of grace that's required for baristas when they're slammed. But when I show up at 7:35 AM and I'm late to my job at 8 when it's two minutes away and I'm the third car in line, there's an issue. Everywhere I go I'll try cold brew or nitro cold brew coffee. Since I've moved to Rocklin, Dutch Bros is right by my house, 2 min away. It takes only 3 min but I'm skeptical about the coffee. Finally i gave them a try. Kinda surprised that they have nitro cold brew too. I got one mango peach smoothie and one nitro cold brew. It came out wrong with ice cold brew instead of nitro cold brew. Long lineup! Okie screw it! The mango peach smoothie is lil too sweet for me, it makes me thirstier. Ice cold brew saved me though. Lol The girls here are really cool and nice. You can't get mad at them even though you got a wrong drink after a long line under the super hot weather. Cool! Definitely be my grab n go coffee place. Specially they open 247. Can't ask for more. I have never seen customer service as great and consistent as these guys! I went twice during my stay in NorCal, and both times they were unbelievably nice. They are very accommodating and friendly people. If your drink doesn't come out the way you like, they'll take it back and fix it up until you do! And while waiting in the drive through they make convo with you while waiting. They're such nice and friendly people! And best of all their drinks are amazing!
