I I used to frequent Dutch Bros in Idaho when I lived there so when this location opened I was ecstatic, I felt like I was at home again. The service is always great but one team member seems to always stand out. Isaiah's customer service, professionalism and smile are always such a breath of fresh air. This place takes forever. Went at 10am on Saturday to try it out. I usually go to Starbucks but wanted to try something different. By the time I pulled in the drive thru to the time I was driving away, it was 42 minutes. And the line wasn't as long as it has been in the past when I've passed by. I went to Dutch Bros on 2/22 & 2/23 in Yucaipa. I am a huge Dutch Bros fan and my Aunt was with me and she found my nephews mask and put it on. The guy taking the order was busting up the people at the window were very rude and pretty much tossed our drinks at us. That's fine I get it they weren't amused. The next day I was there by myself, and once again the lady taking the orders was awesome. However the people in the shop at the window were rude. No mask no issues, and the gentleman handing me the drink not even a hello or how are you! I waited almost an hour for my drinks - 5 of them. When I got home, my large was a medium instead. The dragonslayer was a blue drink that my daughter couldn't drink. When I went back to let them know, they did nothing. I have been to over 13 different location for Dutch bros. It is my favorite place to get drinks. First of all, I want to preface this with the fact that I love Dutch bros. I've gone to several locations in Nevada, and have loved all the drinks there. I don't know if it's because this Yucaipa location is still really new and has brand new staff, but my past two visits have disappointed me. Both times I got 4 different drinks, and all of them were really watered down. I couldn't tell the flavors between any of them. Today when I went, I even found this piece of plastic floating in my drink. At first I thought it was part of my straw wrapper, but when I picked it out, it was certainly blue plastic. So far, so good, kinda. I have been here a couple of times now and the drinks are pretty good. Some of the juice flavored drinks are a little too sweet for me, but their different caffeinated drinks (coffees and teas) are great. This place is always busy. So prepare to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to over an hour depending on the time and day. The actual ordering process is a little confusing if you're not use to it. Their employees walk through the drive-thru to take your order before you get up to the window so check their website or app and be ready. Oh, and other than the drive-thru, there is only a walk-up window - no actual area to sit or hang out inside. The weird part is there is no set uniform so they're all wearing something different, holding their own Dutch Bros drinks, and kind of just walking around when they're not busy. They can easily be confused as being customers. Overall, I prefer their drinks over Starbucks any day and would highly recommend giving them a try a few times. It was my first time here and let me just tell you that Sam in drive through made my experience amazing. She helped with the menu and explaining what the store offered. I'm not a coffee guy and she helped choose the best drink for me. As soon as I pulled up to the window to pay, Mila greeted me politely as did Sam.
