Visited this little spot last weekend because we were camping near by. The tik toks on this coffee place are definitely hyped. It's not "wow I need this" ran by a bunch of teenagers and okay service with okay coffee I give it a solid 3 stars. The line was about a 45 minute wait. Two lines once you pull up to the actual drive thru. The coffee was subpar. You could barely taste the actual coffee. Tried the featured drink the Campout. That's a cold brew chocolate macadamia nut with a soft top and chocolate drizzle. Not a fan. Too sweet. We also tried the Annihalator, that was better but still not too crazy about it. If the line is short, I'll wait, but it was too packed and not worth it. It's a nice clean location, brand new! But won't be returning. Glad I got to try the hype though! read more

Such good coffee!!! I've been a fan of this chain for years, so so exciting to see them open a location here in Yucaipa. Dutch Bros has so many flavors to choose from, making for quite a unique experience compared to a Starbucks or Coffee Bean. Plus, the coffee is good quality and you can tell in any drink you order- from the blended freezes to the hot lattes. The drinks are easily 10/10 and enough reason to stop by and try, but if you need more convincing, the staff is 11/10. Obviously this location is slammed due to its recent opening, but the staff was so incredibly efficient that the line went by way quicker than I expected (15 min, if that?). I went one morning while it was pouring rain and the staff was so friendly and still provided exceptional service. Tried the Annihilator and the Double Chocolate hot cocoa this morning. The lines are always super long and since I live across the street I waited until I had an early morning to try. Went through the drive thru about 10 minutes after opening and it was pretty quick. Staff was friendly despite being early. The Annihilator was pretty meh as a coffee drinker. Not that I didn't expect that, but it also did not surprise me. On the other hand the Double Chocolate hot cocoa was really good. Ordered it with oat milk and it was easily the better of the two drinks for me. Definitely would not wait in the ridiculous lines during the day, but would not mind trying again once the hype dies down or I wake up early again. read more

We got two hot chocolates for $5. Very very fairly priced. The baristas were very kind and made meaningful conversation. From the time we entered the drive through to the time we left it took only about 6 minutes. The hot chocolates were rich and delicious. Perfectly warm and comforting on a chilly night. I believe this location has an indoor cafe, but I have yet to be inside. I initially thought they were closed, but after pulling forward the barista did mention that when the location isn't busy, customers can pull to the window to place their order. I would definitely recommend Dutch Bros for quick coffee (though the menu can be a little confusing so I recommend browsing online before coming to the location). read more

Decided to give this place a shot and now I'm addicted. The cocomo coffee is delicious. It's got the perfect hint of light sweetness. My daughter loves their caramel hot chocolate. my dogs love the pup cups. Definitely recommend. Will definitely be stopping by a few times a week. Oh and don't forget the muffin tops. The last two visits to this location have been below average. Last night I ordered a medium annihilator no ice, and they filled the cup below half. When I asked for ice on the side to fill the cup up for the next morning, the liquid and coffee mixture combined did not even fill the cup to what a medium would be. I've never gotten a cup that small before and charged for a medium size. I get that ice makes the liquid size increase, but if you're going to give a below half filled medium sized cup beverage to a customer, at least fill the cup up to what it should to make a medium cup later. The employees are also rude and because of the rudeness, if you don't leave a tip, they Become more rude. read more

I came with high expectations and drove 10 miles from a recommendation from my son who is a coffee aficionado. Warning! Don't plan on parking there and just use the drive-thru, you will need a crossing guard to get out. I had my two nephews with me who said they liked Dutch Bros. I walked up to the small window and a young lady who seemed friendly asked for my order. I was a little confused because I thought this was a coffee house (like Starbucks). I asked if they make coffee, and she said yes, but only Americano, which I wasn't in the mood for, and I wanted brewed coffee---not so. So I figured, OK Americano is made with espresso and hot water, and decided to just get a double shot (Espresso Machiatto Doppio). So she said, "OK medium Carmel Macchiato". I said No, I wanted two shots with foam, and with a condescending attitude, "That's not what you said, sir". With that comment, I frustratingly said "Forget it" and walked away. Then I turned around and asked for the manager/supervisor. I explained to the manager the above to her, and basically, she said they don't really do coffee like a traditional coffee house, if the other woman was astute and trained to sense the customer was not familiar with Dutch Bros, she should have explained what limitations they had, and I would have been disappointed but now informed. The Manager didn't offer anything and seemed to stumble in her words, and I finally said, you need to coach/discipline your worker not to treat the customer with condescension. Then after an awkward silence, she finally asked what I would like and gave her my two items: Americano and Apple Smoothie. I don't plan to back here. I will just make my own espresso drinks at home. Just another observation is this particular crew is young, tatted, and pierced, and so is the Manger who had one side of her head shaved. I get it, this kind of dress code is probably OK for a "coffee" house, but probably not in a professional setting. I came away with Dutch Bros., needing to be attentive to the customer and even if the customer is expecting more than they can offer, politely explain why and suggest something close to it. I don't particularly like sweet drinks and I avoid places like this and Starbucks, but at least Starbucks does offer real brewed coffee and espresso drinks.manager read more

Terrible service, the girl taking orders seemed bother to be working, I waited almost 50 minutes for 3 drinks, I asked for one of the drinks for no ice since I had to drive home another 45 minutes, when I get to the window the cup is filled about 1/3 & the barista explained that they don't fill the cup up since I had asked for no ice but its okay to charge me the full price ? She gave a cup filled with ice all the way the top however once I poured it over its not even full, I also got charged for a L drink when I ordered them all small, What a joke :) read more

The staff was great and very helpful as it was our first trying Dutch Bros. We were super excited to try Dutch Bros since it has been so hyped up and always has super long lines. We were kind of disappointed as the drinks tasted watered down even with a scoop of white mocha in the Annihilator. The coffee breve taste was great but everything else tasted like it needed more. Honestly disappointed since we drove a far way to try it. Will hopefully be able to have a better experience if we decide to come back. read more
