I absolutely love Dutch Bros, but this was not a great experience. The car line was extremely long, so we elected to go the walk-up window. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and saw nearly everyone else receive their drinks prior to us. We asked about our drinks and she said she had some of them made but not all of them, so they were just sitting there. So when we got our order the freezes were literally water because they were just sitting there and two of our other drinks were missing cold foam. I payed $50 in drinks and waited 45 minutes for watered down, melted drinks and incorrectly made drinks. I get your busy, I really do, but 45 minutes?? read more

I was so excited to finally find a Dutch bros near by (sorta) im from LA. I decided to wake up early and drive 1hr 20 min to pick up some coffees just for them to taste like milk and NOT coffee. I was so disappointed because I love their coffee and I hate leaving negative reviews because I've always had a great experience at the Dutch Bros in Seattle, Oregon and AZ but I literally wasted over $30 on something that doesn't even taste close to coffee.. We came while the experienced crew was working! Met the amazing staff! One young lady from Idaho! So nice, helpful & friendly! She Explained the different drinks & made great suggestions! While we were in line, my husband & kept seeing people talk to the people taking orders & we joked "what is wrong with these people? Order and move on!" Then we got to meet the staff & kept talking! Our drinks were run out to us before we made it to the front & we loved the drinks! Love Love Love this place!!! The lines are long, but worth the wait. I'm slowly becoming addicted and quickly replacing my former Starbucks obsession. The best part about Dutch Bros is that it offers a nice variety of drinks, caffeinated and non-caffeinated. Ordered the bubblegum lemonade for the kids, energy drinks for my non-caffeine drinkers, and Dutch freezes for the coffee lovers in the family. The 9-1-1, white zombie, and caramelizer are our favorites. Drinks are sweet, but can be ordered skinny and with half the sugar. Whatever you order, you're sure to be pleased. read more

I've become a loyal customer not only because the drinks are delicious and perfectly prepared, but more so because of the AMAZING customer service. Every time I come get a drink I leave with the biggest smile; the staffs positive energy is contagious! Don't be intimidated by the long line, it moves extremely fast. I drive about 45 minutes to get to this location. They have exceptional customer service and are always so happy even on rainy days. They always make an effort to make your experience here great. The drinks are omg, why I drive so far! My favorite is the salted caramel hot cocoa. read more

Worse Dutch Bros. I've been to 5 Dutch Bros locations and never experienced this kind of stress and annoyance. Ridiculous. Waited 5mins to order, and 13mins for two hot coffees. Both were COLD. Not even room temperature, cold. They wasted so much time, I didn't have time to even complain/have them redo it, at the risk of being late to a consultation I was doing in the area. Also, the location is a hazard zone. People speeding and not paying attention, I was almost hit on my way in and out of the drive-thru. Insane. Worse location. read more

Super friendly staff! I tried an iced mocha with cold foam cream on top. It was pretty good - I would rather have their mocha over Starbucks. Their version of cold foam cream is much creamier and also tastes better. Give it a try! The only downside is the super long line because it's new. read more

I am not a fan. I was super excited when I learned one had opened up in Yucaipa! The overhype was real - I had watched the Undercover Boss episode on Dutch Bros and I've been dying to try it ever since. I did give Dutch Bros two tries - as did my wife. We both felt underwhelmed once we got our drinks. I tried two separate coffee drinks - the Cocomo & the Double Torture. My wife tried two separate frosts - the Snickerdoodle & the Cake Batter. The consistency of the blended drinks made it difficult to drink/enjoy - it was almost like the there was too much ice in the blender when the drinks were made - I noticed this both times we had gone. My biggest complaint is the lack of a "menu" in the drive thru. They have little signs, but the kids who take your order come out to your car way before you can even reach the signs. I was offered a paper menu, that presented approximately 10 drinks, was not even a 3rd of the full menu available online. It makes ordering feel rushed, unorganized, and doesn't really provide me an opportunity to see my options. A few positive things: 1. The wait was never been longer than 5 minutes, from pulling into the drive way to leaving the drive thru. 2. If you look at the menu online, you will see there are TONS of options for drinks - literally, TONS. There is definitely a flavor for everyone - however whether you like the drink in the end is what truly matters (and where I found Dutch Bros fell short). read more

Finally braved the line at Dutch Bros! Took about 30-35 minutes. The line moves pretty quickly. They serve about 1 car per minute so you can kinda figure out the wait by counting how many cars in line. They also have a walk up window. Great customer service though and tasty beverages. I enjoyed my double chocolate mocha. Only 4 stars because we also ordered the Keto Americano with extra heavy cream but they put the regular 1/2 & 1/2 cream instead of the Keto friendly heavy cream. The staff here are always absolutely wonderful and the drinks are pretty good, but they are soooo slow. I mean slower than slow! Starbucks is slow sometimes, but nothing like Dutch Bros. of Yucaipa. We've been here four times and every time has taken forever! read more

I absolutely love this coffee but this location has not been a good experience so far. The lines are always long and we have gone to a few in AZ, and Nevada never a problem even with the long lines it has always gone very quickly. The Victorville is also great but this location has taken over 15 minutes to get our drinks. this location is not very organized like the others have been. Hopefully they get better read more

I come here almost everyday and the drinks are good and the service is usually okay as well however today I came by and a wonderful young lady serinity took my order. She was so helpful in helping me weave out what I wanted because I can be so picky but she had no problem helping and did it with a great attitude. She recommended a iced white coffee flapjack breve with soft top and it was delicious. So thankful that we still have some people out there that love what they do.
