I get the hype now. Unique coffee beverages. I selected Orange Breve Freeze with coconut milk. Pretty delicious frozen coffee drink with orange syrup. There are 2 lanes to order @ the driver thru. Thought it was going to be slow but it was actually flowing pretty quickly. I think I'd try DB again. Definitely not your typical Starbucks. I like the hype. read more

Today was my first time coming here. The line in the drive thru was long, but the wait wasn't super long. My drive to get here was longer than the actual wait for the drinks. The servers are friendly and the drinks were definitely worth the wait. I got The Annihilator and my sister got The Carmelizer. Both drinks were yummy. I've been to this location approximately 4-6 different times and have order different drinks each time, still can't find one that is good. The first drink I ordered tasted like a large cup of milk. My wife loves is but not my favorite. Customer service is good no issues there and get the card through quickly, just not my cup of coffee. read more

Place needs some improving. Staff was nice and friendly but the drinks are not right. I got the Peppermint bliss cold brew and you cannot taste of peppermint at all. I even went back to ask them if they put peppermint in it she went back and asked and said yes they did. My wife's drink was also not right. I went to the Dutch Bros in Yucaipa on the Blvd on Dec. 26, 2022. It was only my second time visiting a Dutch Bros and I had no idea what to order. The girl taking my order suggested a Nitro Caramelized Cold Brew and then said it was on her because she didn't want me to pay for something that I potentially wouldn't like. I just want to say that it was delicious and I appreciate that girl so much. It was the nicest thing someone has done for me in a long time. I wish I got her name but if she sees this, she will know who she is. read more

My friend and I came to get some coffee and I got the picture perfect freeze, I was not a fan it was super watery. My husband and I visited today and we both tried a coffee and also got a milkshake. My husband had the 911 and I had the golden eagle. They were all so delicious! We never understood why the line was so long for this place but then we realize that they don't really have an inside, your options are to go to the drive-through or sit outside at a table. So it made total sense that there was a long line. They actually moved pretty quickly through the line considering that it was so long. The customer service was amazing! It's okay. I went at a bad time (school had just gotten out) place was full of high school and Crafton kids. Why do these kids need coffee again? This 5 star review is mostly for this very friendly, kind, helpful hostess/cashier/barista named Sammy from the Yucaipa branch. We visit Dutch bros a lot, ie multiple LV branches, Apple Valley, Yucaipa, Eastvale, so it's easy to say how much we love and enjoy a lot of the items on their menu. But this particular visit in Yucaipa surpassed all of our positive visits in all of the other Dutch Bros visit. The line was long as usual which is expected so the people outside that were taking the orders missed our car which wasn't a big deal. When we arrived by the window, we were greeted by Sammy and apologized quickly for them missing our order. She went above and beyond to get our orders completed. It was also a coincidence because my two daughters that were with me that day remembered Sammy from previous visits because of how wonderful and awesome her customer service is!! read more

these are the nicest workers!! if you've ever been to a frostbites, the service here is equivalent to that! they are super friendly and awesome!! trying to get our little guy to nap, we've been taking long drives with no particular destination in mind. our friend told us to stop by dutch brothers since Yucaipa is our new haunt. we drove there sunday around noon and saw that the drive thru line was wrapped around and into the street. thought about just going home but decided to stick it out. from getting into the line to driving out with our drinks, it was a 30 min total wait. they have workers outside taking your order as you roll in. when we got to the window to pick up our drinks, the guy was SO nice. he asked what we were up to and when we told him we're taking a drive to try to get baby to sleep, he turned down the music that was coming from inside the store. W-O-W. talk about customer service. i was super touched by this gesture. he also recommended we go apple picking the next time we're in the neighborhood! we got the golden eagle and a strawberry frost. i l-o-v-e the golden eagle. definitely would recommend it. i downloaded the dutch brothers app immediately after because we are definitely coming back!! read more

Finally, there is a Dutch bros in SoCal now. I have been to several locations so far and this is by far my best location overall. Expect a line at all Dutch bros or Starbucks for that matter so be patient. So the coffee is decent when it's made right. There were only two workers making drinks and one taking orders. We were inline patiently waiting for close to 10 minutes, when another vehicle pulled into the empty lane I thought the order person would have taken our orders before the other person and the car behind me nope. The order person went to the other lane and then came back to our lane, so I said no thank you and left. So if you want your drink quicker, just pull into the empty lane. read more

So far, I've seen needless plugs other franchises without much of a comparsion. So how to compare to the others, hmm? Let's start with Service. If you've been to any other Dutch Bros, the first thing I'd think you'd mention is the above and beyond service by a younger generation of employees. Dutch Bros prides themselves on this. What my family first noticed at other Dutch Bros (Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Phoenix), was the how friendly all the staff always is. They're paid to do more than just make and serve a drink, and with all the viral videos of other franchise baristas claiming they've had it because it's to tough to make a drink, and sabotaging the ordering system, the open-eared service here is a welcome change. They don't leave you with the impression you're bothering them, they leave you feeling they listened. If you're having a bad day, they don't brush you off, they listen and respond. I've noticed this at every Dutch bros and this one is no exception. Kudos for keeping that creed here in Southern California, i had my doubts it could be done. Ok the coffee. Waaaay less bitter than other franchises. Does anyone other than just buy coffee anymore? I've had straight coffee, k-cups, whole beans, and it's all consistently smooth. A cold brew with just heavy whipping cream was as consistent as any other DB. I can't say that anymore about other places. They've seemed to put just straight coffee quality on the backburner. Sodas: I tried a soda this weekend, and while I liked it, my family didn't. It wasn't too sweet which was a good thing for me. but my wife had a Tea with flavor shots, and felt it too sweet. I think it had to do with the number of flavor shots put in a drink. They did let me know that they have a lot of sugar free options, just ask. I asked for a Dutch Mojito, no coconut, which essentially is lime and mint. It worked for me. I'd order at a blended drink next time. I didn't know sodas could be blended until i had red the nutrition thing. Their App: I found out that i can use the app without putting money on it. I don't like what others do, holding their money for you. It's optional here. I get my points, after an order or two I can get a drink free. The sticker thing is dumb, but free drinks =coolness. I'll update this as I try new drinks. Next are some of the blended. It's nice to see new competition in the Coffee world. read more

I came here for the grand opening at 05:00am and was in and out by 5:20am. I ordered my all time favorites a blended golden eagle and a hot golden eagle. The location is perfect and I'm so happy to have one so close to my house. The staff was nice and very energetic. Go check it out! read more
