But this young man was SO helpful and attentive. He kept bringing me shoes he thought I might like, helped me with different sizes and styles, and somehow always knew what to bring next. He was patient, friendly, and never pushy at all. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his job. That kind of attitude is rare these days, especially from someone so young. I ended up buying because of how wonderful the whole experience was. Unfortunately, I had a…read moredisappointing experience with the sales associate that caused me to not purchase a pair of tennis shoes. I went with the intent to purchase a pair of Adidas. I walked inside, was greeted, and then one sales associate asked if I needed help. I showed her the shoes I wanted to try on and provided her with my size. One minute later, she returned from the back and stated they didn't have my size. She handed me one size smaller and one size larger. I tried both on and stated that they did not fit. At that time, she said I can loosen the laces on the smaller shoe, and then stated that they ran big. I repeated they didn't fit. I then told her, I would think about a different color and return to purchase them when I decide. Immediately after I finished my sentence, she seemed disinterested, rolled her eyes, and walked away from me without saying a word. This caused me to not want to purchase shoes from this location. My mom was with me and also was annoyed with the employees because she asked a question about a pair of Birkenstock sandals and they both looked at each other and started laughing. Overall this was not a pleasant experience and I believe that customer service should be top priority. I will not purchase shoes from this location in the future.
