Great instruction and options. They have retractible belays as wells as traditional. Try the bouldering areas and become a member to gain access to the gym area and others. We used a Groupon as first timers and loved it. The only thing that they could improve are marking the routes better asthe tapr was coming off. Definitely a rock climbing gym to try (~17/person or $10 with a Groupon).

I bought a Groupon to try out this place and I'm glad I did. My boyfriend and I went around 7pm on Saturday. It wasn't very busy which made it great for our first time. The staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous and she was very patient in helping. The rock climbing choices are various ones for different levels so there's something for everyone. The only reason I give 4 stars is because there were several self auto belay that were not working.

It wasn't the biggest gym, but it was fun, especially for the price. Fair amount of variety and the workers were good. Id visit again

They don't take cash so plan ahead (they do have e a machine that will convert your cash to a card if you need). We got the basic package (blue) for my ten year old and 13 of his friends for a birthday. We only stayed about 2 hours and for the blue pass that seemed like plenty. The kids got to do bumper cars, the battle area (like laser tag but with foam balls), the slides, the ball pit, the jumping area, and a few others I'm sure I'm forgetting. All in all the spot is clean, staffed well and a fun kids entertainment spot. We didn't do the zip lining or ropes courses but we didn't feel like we missed out on anything either.

We dropped by on a Sunday night looking to get the kids to release some energy after a calm weekend. As we approached the counter, there were options for each wristband with different levels of play. Also, in order to jump, you must use Urban Air jump socks, or you will not be allowed to jump. Inside is pretty standard for a trampoline park where they have multiple jump areas for the kids. They also have a dodge ball arena, a foam arena to perform tricks, and a ninja style like relay course. Inside wasn't too crowded where the kids got to enjoy all the amenities provided. Overall, this was an A-OK jump park for the kids to get active however, it was quite difficult to do anything since the staff, which was majority High School kids didn't enforce rules and policies and basically let the kids do anything they wanted such as cutting in lines, not waiting for the next person to be finished and kids running dangerously through the area like there's no tommorow.

I do like that they try to keep certain areas to a specific age but nobody working is enforcing the rules. They should look into adding some healthy food options for parents. As a parent who goes out a lot with their kids I'm so tired of pizza and nachos. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. It was a good time overall for the kids, will prob come back during a weekday when it isn't as crowded.

Unfortunately, the basketball courts are consistently treated as repurposable "shared space" for camps, birthday parties, and other non-basketball programming, while other dedicated areas like pickleball, yoga, and cycle studios maintain far more protected use. Ruthie Cooper, Lead General Manager, also stated that as of May 22, the courts will be reserved for Summer Camp from 7am to 6pm daily, plus a 15-minute grace period, further limiting member access. The courts themselves are often poorly maintained and not cleaned to the standard expected from a premium club. Many long-time basketball members have voiced concerns, but access continues to shrink despite strong and consistent participation. While local staff have been professional in communication, the overall handling of basketball member needs has been disappointing and does not reflect the experience many of us believed we were paying for.
