My friend and I really wanted some bingsoo from somewhere new after dinner. We saw the good reviews and decided to try it out. The order takers were very accommodating and patient with us. We were able to swap some ingredients out without a huge upcharge. The order came out pretty quickly. The Jesse's Breakfast was too sweet for us to eat. The crunchy granola ended up tasting like unpleasant shards of tough grains to chew or swallow. The accompanying madeleine was also too sweet and hard. It nearly broke the utensils. We couldn't finish the pile of concoction because it was too sweet from the condensed milk. I wouldn't mind returning again in the future but definitely want to order something else. Parking is free and Amex/Apple pay accepted.

My friend wanted to meet up and treat me for my birthday and I was craving some bingsoo, but also wanted to find a spot that opened late so we could chit chat afterwards. This was pretty much the only place we were able to find that opened until 11 p.m. Most places seemed to close around 9 p.m. so we decided to come here. We realized there were a lot of young customers here and there was even a party celebrating someone's birthday. Staff didn't seem to mind so it can be a bit rowdy here. We were assisted pretty quick and provided how the service worked elaborately. I decided to get myself the customized snow and a latte to complement with it. The Snow - 4/5 it's nothing special and I do like the fact you can customize, but because it is as such the flavoring doesn't always work in your favor. There are some preset snow menu items but those are only for the larger sizes and doesn't come in mini size so I had to default to this. That's a bit bummer and I believe a missed opportunity because sometimes you just don't have enough people to share it with, but you want something that is already a preset menu item to ensure it works. The latte - 3/5 Nothing special here. It was fine and tasted as should be. We did notice most people ordered the snow instead of their other menu items, but it doesn't stand out as much as I would hope. The only leverage they have is late night opening since there isn't much competition during the later times.

We visited Dzert in Buena Park and had a pleasant experience, though it didn't quite cross the threshold into being truly memorable. I decided to try their version of shaved ice and found the texture and flavor to be quite good, though I was a bit surprised to find that all toppings come at an additional cost, which differs from many other shaved ice spots I've frequented. I appreciated that they offer multiple sizes, and I opted for the "mini," which turned out to be more than enough for 2 people. To go along with the treat, we ordered an iced coffee, but I found it to be just decent and not necessarily something I would go out of my way to rave about. While I enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of the shaved ice itself, the extra charges for toppings and the standard coffee made this a solid 4-star visit for me rather than a 5-star one.

We ordered two small shaved ices, one with mango flavor and the other with passion fruit. We got berries and mochis as our additional topping. The shaved ice was nice and refreshing! It wasn't too sweet and the flavors blended well together. We also got the Dubai chocolate cookie and it was mediocre. I wouldn't recommend ordering it. It doesn't taste like the ones from Korea. Can't really taste the pistachio flavor in the pistachio cream. Service was excellent! The cashier was patient and helpful while we were ordering. We received our orders within 5 minutes of ordering. There is some seating inside and parking is available in a shared lot with other businesses. The lot can get pretty packed. There are better shaved ice places imo, but it's a nice spot if you want something quick and easy.

This is a very good place for Korean patbingsu and other desserts with ice. We had the #9 which seems like the traditional Korean version you'd normally get. It was good which plenty of fruit and condensed milk (key to have this making it taste more like ice cream). I thought it was a bit light on the actual patbingsu (the sweet red bean). Our friends had the #11 nutty which tastes like coffee. Pretty good! The waffle bowl looked great as well, but I didn't taste it. Definitely recommend.

What I like about this place is it has different sizes to accommodate one's preference. My daughter and I shared a "baby" size and it wasn't really "baby" size at all. We just had lunch but wanted something to satisfy our sweet tooth so we came here. Service was quick but we had to pay cash as their wireless payment was down.

Wanted something sweet and refreshing and this hit the spot! Parking was easy and there were ample tables inside. There's a huge variety of snow flavors and toppings to choose from. I had the mango snow which I thought was delicious but slightly on the sweet side. After adding boba and condensed milk, the price did add it up but it satisfied my craving. Only the plate size has an option for two flavors but I wish that the other sizes allowed you to mix flavors too. The specialities seem like a good deal because of the size and number of toppings. Next time I'll try one of them!

Great local, late-night desert place! Dzert shares a parking lot with several casual sit-down restaurants so parking can be sparse. For the store itself, it's on the smaller end but cozy! Perfect place to sit and chat with friends. They offer tea, coffee, an assortment of deserts, and yummy bingsoo combinations. They also put their iced drinks in these cans which I thought was fun! We ordered the brown sugar milk tea and the Thai iced tea. The Thai iced tea was INSANE, probably one of the best I've had ever. Super floral, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The cashier was also super kind and helpful as it was our first time. Can't wait to come back and try their bingsoo or hot chocolate

We dropped by Dzert since we were in the area watching Medieval Times .The cafe is a quiet and peaceful little dessert cafe. I forgot the names of all our orders but the shaved ice melted like ice cream. The chunks of mangoes were sweet and the condensed milk added richness. They have plenty of mix-ins you can add to each bingsoo. They come in four sizes - the small can easily feed 1-2 people, and the large comes in a little black pan and can easily serve 3-4. The staff is friendly and there's a decent amount of seating. I recommend the mango bingsoo. It's layers of milky, fluffy shaved ice sandwiched between a slightly tart, slightly sweet mango purée.

Visited here for a second time. This time around I ordered peanut butter flavor of the snow ice topped with mochi, almonds and chocolate shavings. I enjoyed the peanut butter flavor, it wasn't too sweet and the peanut butter flavor was definitely there and went well with my choice of toppings. Service was good and attentive, definitely another good experience from Dzert!

Dzert is such a fun late-night spot when you're craving something sweet. We tried the chocolate ice cream loaded with toppings and a raspberry ice cream with soft whipped cream--both were rich, fresh, and super satisfying. The staff were kind and really helpful in guiding us through the options, which made the whole experience even better. Big plus: they're open late, so it's a perfect go-to for a post-dinner dessert run. Definitely coming back when that late-night sweet tooth hits again.

Like eating a flavored cloud! Better than a snow cone! So smooth, soft, melts in your mouth. Packed with flavor-I had watermelon with sweetened condensed milk & my daughter had pineapple sweetened condensed milk with lychee & mango jelly. DELICIOUS & REFRESHING! Great service, very helpful! We ate here & enjoyed the music. It added to the relaxed atmosphere.

My husband and I were looking for a place to get something sweet after showing some properties to a client. Boy we feel like we found a diamond in Dzert! Their snow was so delicious and soft. Flavors are pronounced and toppings were fresh. Taiyaki was heavenly as well. Can't wait to come back and try more items. Inside is very clean too. Staff is nice and friendly. 10/10!!

Located at the end of a little plaza, it's a small cafe perfect for desserts on a hot day. I always get the green tea flavor since it's not too sweet, but light and fluffy. There's all sorts of toppings you can add from fruit to gummi bears and oreos and the servers are so nice. The place is very clean which is a great plus for a small dessert cafe. I wasn't a huge fan of the boba drink I chose - the drink itself was refreshing and tasted great, but skip the boba addition - it was hard and not that fresh which messed up an otherwise nice tea drink. read more

Omg, this is so good, I can't wait to come back and try their banana split. The ice cream itself is really good, I can actually enjoy the taste, not over powering. First time here and we came 45 mins before they closed. They have different flavored shave ice, macron ice cream, ice cream sandwhich and boba drinks. I ordered the mango flavored snow and omg it was awesome! It was light and flavorful. The mini cup was pretty big, I was expecting a really small cup but it wasn't. The guy that took my order was friendly and he helped out with whatever questions I had. I would definitely come here again. read more

Finally a shaved snow place close to my house! I usually have to drive all the way to the Rowland Heights area or Irvine to get something decent, but this place is definitely above the rest. You have multiple flavors to choose from, but personally the honeydew and orange creme are my favorite! Boba and mochi are my go to toppings, but they have a wide selection which you can choose from. read more

I am rating one star for the customer service. We ordered a waffle bowl with taro snow ice plus 3 toppings. But it came with only two toppings. So I tried to ask them give me the missing topping, the girl said sorry and took my bowl inside saying will re-do one for us. It takes for ever they kept doing new orders without paying attention to us. After 30 minutes later finally a new bowl was out, guess what the bowl is only have the 3 toppings with a big whipped cream on the top . The snow was super little maybe only two teaspoons. This is not the regular amount for a bowl at all. If you don't want make another new bowl which is fine but don't fool your customers like this. We will never go to this place again . They are busy a lot of people eating dessert after dinner. But still you have to treat customers with respect. The way they treat customers is totally rude and disrespectful. Not recommend this place! read more

I love coming here any time I'm near Buena park. The menu options are refreshing and the pricing is just right. Every time I walk in I'm always greeted by their awesome staff. The desserts are delicious and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. They have board games available and little toy blocks which are you perfect to keep your little one distracted. I recommend this place if you happen to be around the area. read more

First time I went here, I told myself I'm not coming back. BUT I ended up coming back. Got the green tea snow with green tea mochi. Both delicious but the green tea mochi had a different texture than regular mochi. Second time, got the Thai tea with regular mochi and this one's a good combo! read more

Really great place for dessert! They have a few specalisties that are plenty enough to share between 2 or 3 people. We tried the bananas split this time and it was delicious! The shaved ice is a really great texture and we enjoyed every last bit of it. Four stars only because the parking is pretty bad. We went at 7pm on a Sunday and it took me about 10 mins to hunt down a parking spot. read more

This review is strictly on their customer service. We came in on 7/24/14 at 7:30pm. As we were ordering, we asked what size cup their specials are served in. The cashier said the large size. As the girls were making it, they said it only comes in the medium size. My bf ordered their watermelon/green apple special to-go cause the cashier said we can. The girls making it said the flavors won't mix well together in a to-go cup so he ended up with only 1 flavor. My bf also asked if he can substitute the chocolate chips topping for mochi... they put chocolate chips. After realizing their mistake, the gave him the mochi topping in a separate container... I asked for a lid, they said they couldn't find them. Very unhappy with the service. The line grew behind us and they seem like they don't know how to work well under pressure and they're easily distracted by their friends that come visit and want to take pictures of them in action. We won't be going back to this location. read more

The customer service here is just phenomenal! It's a nice place to come and have dessert and just hang out with friends or family! The people here are very sweet and helpful! Probably never coming back. I used to always come her with friends and family. Until I brought my friend, Savannah here for the first time. My sister and I got the usual and my friend tried to strawberry shortcake. While we took our snaps of our desserts, we noticed a long strand of hair that did not belong to us right on top of my sister's dessert. She took it off and began to eat around it since she really wanted it. She understood that it happens and it was right on top, not in the middle of her dessert so it did not bother her. (Disgusting) Then, right in the middle of my friend's dessert. We found another hair! There was only one person working the front, doing the dessert and the register so there was no issue trying to figure out who it was. We noticed that the worker had her hair in a loose braid placed in the front instead of the back and away from her face while she made the shaved ice. The manager luckily came out and we told him the incident. We did not get a refund but, he gave us free cookies. It is one thing to have one dessert have a hair but for TWO?! Disgusting. Workers need to have their hair in a hair net and completely back and away while making the shaved ice! What a shame. I loved their snow. read more

They are so kind! My party and I went around a busier time at 8 PM and the service is so good and they make sure that they deliver the best quality possible, as well as greeting each customer a welcome as they walked in. They're quick to make their snow and drinks and we had our orders in less than five minutes! Definitely worth five stars, and definitely coming back soon. read more

Went with friends to try this place out & Got the choc-o-love & the choc-o-razz it was alright just that the little cheesecake really bothered me.. I had tought my friend couldn't wait so took a bite of the cheesecake but apparently she didn't She kept telling me that it wasnt her & that the server gave it to her like that .. I just couldnt beleive it .. We didnt tell them anything cus were not the kind to make a big deal at the store but likee idk if one of the employees bit it or they took off a piece idk but i mean why wouldnt they just put a new slice so us the customers dont start thinking they bit it or something.. The flavors are great, but in order to get any of the fun concoctions they have listed, you have to get the largest size, which is just WAY TOO much for one person. Otherwise you can create your own and get charged per mix in (after 1 free). No thanks. read more

I come here whenever I crave shaved snow because I love this place. However, this time, I had to wait for my large half taro and half vanilla for so long. I would say about 50 minutes. Then they said that they don't have vanilla and then they said that they did not have the topping that I wanted. I would give then 1 star but since this only happened to me one out of 5 times that I came here, I decided to give them 3 stars. Please teach your staff how to time manage. read more

Love it! The smallest size, Mini Bear, is only $3.50 after tax and is definitely perfect serving if not more for one person. Comes with one topping. I chose green tea snow with raspberries. The green tea has a strong taste gt fans will appreciate. I had a taro sample, it was pretty good but I'm not big on taro. Workers are nice and friendly and the inside was made very spacious. Bathroom is clean. I'll be coming back soon, best dessert in that area imo. read more

Very disappointed. I got the macaron sandwich, spicy salted caramel with thai tea snow. The snow itself was good. But my macaron was stale, too hard to bite into. I don't recommend getting it if you assume their macarons are freshly made because that's definitely not the case for mine. read more

Snow reminds me of a combo of shave ice and ice cream..it was OK...lofts of different flavors and add ons such as mochi, chocolate Chips, syrups and fruits. Wouldn't say this would be a favorite for hot summer days. I most likely stick with ice cream or frozen yogurt. read more

Snow stations is so good and I'm so glad there's one near the area. Their service was amazing and their froyo never disappoints me. The only reason I gave it a four star was because of the smell... Snow Station is bomb! Went here with my gf, her sister and her friend after Friday church. I didnt know what to order but we ended up getting two large ice combos. One flavor was mint chocolate and the other was chocolate and added an extra mochi topping. The mint chocolate is REFRESHING! highly suggest getting it. The chocolate is rlly good too! Get the premade combos! Its alrdy set for you. Esp the choco one with two slices of BOMB CHEESECAKE in it! read more

I absolutely love the customer service provided here including their delicious desserts. I highly recommend the Mochi infused waffle with vanilla ice cream. I love the soft fluffy consistency of the ice cream. Litterally like snow just softer. I ordered the almond snow with Oreo topping. The snow was an actual block. It was pretty cool. The flavor was sweet but not over powering. It's made with almond liquor. I thought it would have been more of a soft almond milk taste. It was still good. I went here last Friday and it was so busy. I come here usually during the week when they are not super busy. Anyways...their snow shaved ice are always amazing. I usually get milk or mango but my kids love watermelon and green apple. Also I love rose milk tea and thai ice coffee (very strong). Good customer service and store is always clean. Highly recommended. read more

Oh my god.. it was THE BEST! It was so smooth and the strawberries/syrup was so fresh. It was the best sweet treat to have after a long day. My friend got the matcha one (not pictured) and that one was lovely as well. Once I had finished mine I realized I should have been like my friend in the back and got the large size haha. Will come back the next time I'm in town!

just one word is described everything about snow station. EXCELLENT!!!!!! i was always looking for good dessert restaurant after i eat Korean BBQ, and i finally found it !! My friend and I order half and half for Taro and Lychee with popping boba. snow is softer and fluffier then other shaved ice place. So many people was there and seems like everyone like it.
