I would love to give this 0 starts if I could. This is the WORST nail place I have ever been to in my life. I make an appointment for 3 pm, they don't start me till 345. It's very small and stuffy inside. Didn't even complain to them. When we start she does one nail, I tell her I don't like the color and I didn't realize it was so bright. They throw a fit and start all yelling at me saying they can't help me because "I don't know colors". They left me with half painted hand and wouldn't stop yelling at me until I left in tears. I can't even believe my experience it was THAT bad. Do not come here. read more

They did a terrible job. Although the ambiance was nice and the customer service was great, i was unsatisfactory with my nails. I could have done better painting my nails and toes with my left hand. They didnt even remove all my cuticles. There were only 2 workers at the time, i was 1 of 2 walk ins. She stopped doing my nails twice to help people who walked in with appointments which i understood, i didnt complain, but regardless of how busy or understaffed, with the reviews i feel my nails still should have been done up to par. read more

Best nail salon I've been to ever!! I got ombre dip on my nails and normal on my feet and they did an AMAZING. They were so meticulous and never cut me. It did take a while for my nails but it was so worth it. Also is was soo relaxing. This was the literal best place I've been to. read more

I came here in search for a new nail salon, I have found it! I'm so happy I tried it out. Clean, cute, and very nice staff. The only thing I wish is there was a few more gel colors I came from a nail salon that had 600, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I know in time nail salons get more gel. I went to Christine to have my brows redone after having them initially done 8 years ago (by someone else). Having something done semi permanently can be nerve wracking especially when it's on your face but she draws an outline on the area and then have you approve it. If you do not like it you can fix it and she will do it your way. She also walked me through the procedure and the post care treatment so I felt at ease and was able to trust her which never happened with my previous experience. I'm writing this review based off of 2 people here, my girlfriend and my own. First off, my girlfriend got a fill and a pedicure, I only got a pedicure (first time). We both said we really liked the outcome of her nails with the designs and all. The designs came out with top notch accuracy and a variety of choices to choose from. The service was really friendly and respectful, keeping up to make sure you're pleased and comfortable. The area is very nice and clean, you get a really nice, calm, and comforting vibe and sensations from it. When we both got our pedicures once you dip your feet in the warm, bubbling/vibrating water and the massage chairs hit you, and the lovely scents in the room, it's just wonderfully satisfying and relaxing, I felt rejuvenated from my first experience with the chairs and the pedicure honestly. No pain, no complications, everything went smoothly, my girlfriend and I got loyalty cards so we'll be coming back around next time. My friend referred me to Christine for a facial. I opted for the 75 min deep clean facial. It was one of the best facials I have ever had. She used this hand held device which I think is called BT micro to help penetrate the products. I also enjoyed the high frequency she did on me which I haven't had before. Her hands were magic and I felt so relaxed I fell asleep! She was gentle with the extractions and told me what to expect. A few days later people asked me what I did because I was glowing. I came to Christine for my very first facial EVER at age 27. I don't have bad skin, but I did battle adult acne for a year after I turned 25. Now I am left with minor break outs every now and then that consists of one or two pimples either on my forehead or cheeks, some minor bumps on my chin, and sometime a cystic pimple or two on my cheeks. For the last almost 3 years, I had been super unhappy with my the texture of my skin. It was never smooth and it felt thick and just nasty. Christine completely unclogged ALL of my pores and smoothed out my skin. I went with the deep clean facial and I couldn't be more happy! My skin is sensitive so I did experience redness for a couple of days and then my face peeled for about 5 days, but after that was all over I was left with baby soft skin. She's soooo worth it! At 28, my face has been going bonkers and I finally decided to switch facialists. I got an extraction facial. I get a lot of bumps and breakouts recently and Christine did an amazing job, super thorough. I felt good just laying there because I could feel her checking every inch of my face multiple times.
