First time here and I don't think I will go again. I went to get a simple haircut of just a shoulder length cut. I know my hair is thick. I ask if the lady could straighten it since it got wet and got curl. She said it cost extra to do it, i said ok and how much. I had to ask twice but she wont give me a price and just keep saying it cost more than the hair cut since she needs to blow dry it first then flat iron it and that my hair is very thick. I said, u wet my hair so why should I pay extra to get it dry. I told her i just need to get it dry not style. When she proceed to blow dry it, she kept it on one spot and did it so close to my neck that I told her she's burning me. I absolutely love this place, they do such an amazing job we have had my son's hair cute by all 3 ladys and each of them are amazing and they are fast as well. You would think with how little of time un the chair the hair cut would be horrible but nope that's so not the case at all they they are definitely probably the best we've experienced in Sacramento in the last 3 years we've been here. I've been coming here for a haircut since they first opened, approximately 15 yrs or so ago. I receive a quality haircut for a very reasonable price, currently $10. It's a friendly place, located in the South Natomas area. Even though many years ago we moved about 30 miles away, I still go there to get my haircut. I like it because Julie knows how I like my haircut done and I'm very picky about my hair. They provide many other services that do not use at an affordable price. My only complaint would be that I never know what days Julie won't be there to cut my hair. Therefore, I sometimes have to go back additional times to get my haircut. read more

I've been going to EZ Cut the past 3 years, because they give the good fades at the cheapest price. They do decent shape-ups also. Julie's been my go-to lady at the shop - because her cuts & fades are close to the best. You can't beat the prices at this shop as well. The other ladies & another guy are all good at what they do & are friendly. Julie seems to be the most popular one, because she's been there longer and has a good client base. It gets ghetto in here, but you come here for the cut and your out. They do other "salon services" for ladies, too. You might have to set an appointment during busy hours if you want to be in & out, because on weekends or after 3 it can get busy and you'll have to wait. If you want a good fade & are on a budget - this is the place, but please tip your barber/stylist! read more

She has Always been very attentive and patient with my Hair styles over the years. As long as she is here I will ALWAYS go to her. I got my hair cut here today and the staff was so nice! My boyfriend always gets his hair cut here and they always did an amazing job. Not going to lie I was a little bit nervous because I was not sure if the outcome, but I LOVE IT! The lady that cut my hair was extremely nice and funny. Julie has been cutting my hair for a long time now. She is very friendly and does a great job cutting my hair completely dry in about 20-30 mins and seem to always have various people waiting for her everytime I'm there. All of the other ladies do a great job especially with making kids feel comfortable with a treat afterwards. My son loves going here and sits still, even occasionally moving because it tickles him. He's been to two other places but they fade his hair and blend the best here. The establishment has been open for a while and located in a not-so-nice part of Natomas. I guess it's not too bad in the daytime. It isn't a classy salon where they shampoo and style your hair but you're in and out in no time! (about 30 mins or less). They have about 6-8 seats for haircut, a couple of nails and pedicures stations. There's a chinese restaurant and liquor store next door to go to if you happen to be waiting. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quich haircut without the frills, which is really convenient to go to on my lunch break. Ask for Julie or Ann! read more

A haircut tends to be a personal thing, and this place is like the Walmart of haircuts, where they rush your haircut if they have any other customers, not paying attention to any detail, wanting your money and that's it, nothing else. I've had my regular guy in West Sacramento who has cut my hair for 2 years, I decided to try this place because West Sac is far from where I live. I came here for Lily; been going to her for two years but she'd recently started working here. I'd NEVER had people use the words 'body' and 'volume' to describe my hair before Lily worked her magic on my hair. I hadn't let anybody else cut my hair since. She somehow manages to calm my hair down--and here I thought my hair had changed texture for all these years! I'd asked her once and she explained to me what other people were doing to my hair before and how she was cutting my hair. She will give you recommendations if she thinks a hairstyle doesn't flatter your face (this from personal experience)--she's the best, very professional. The reason why I'm giving a 4 star is because the guy that works there's fucked up my hair !!!! I'm going to that place for more then 10 years. Julie cuts my hair, I really like it. The price is good, the hair cut is good, the location is very good for me, the problem is the place. That place is filthy. Only The person that cuts hair on the second chair is clean there. The windows are dirty, behind the chair is dust and garbage, Julie is not cleaning the hair after each person. It is gross and dangerous. I never like to walk on anybody hair and carry the hair on my shoes in my car and my house. That place needs to be clean and scrub. I went to this place on new years eve to get my eyebrows waxed. It took them about 20 minutes to sit me down. The place is super ghetto and very unprofessional. Anyways so I got my brows waxed and the shape of them were great but my skin around my brows was like in flames it was super red and it was burning! I thought it was just temporary but no! A couple hours later that day my skin was still burning and I noticed some bumps around my brow area. I look closer and I still have hairs underneath my brows! So to make maters worse I broke out around the area that I got waxed and I'm not the kind to break out easily the bumps on my face turned out to be pimples filled with disgusting pus I am so dissapointed in ez cuts and I blame them because I broke out only around the area they waxed! I strongly don't recommend this place at all! Unless you want infected pimples on your face the next day! read more
