Upon attempting to secure assistance for a pressing issue, I was informed that the earliest availability for service was an alarming one to two weeks out. This extended timeframe is not merely an inconvenience; it poses a serious safety risk for customers who may find themselves in a vulnerable position, especially when far from home and requiring prompt attention to ensure their safe return journey. It is particularly disheartening to encounter such a prolonged waiting period, which gives the impression of a lack of contingency for critical situations where customer safety might be compromised. The inability to provide timely support in such circumstances suggests a profound lack of compassion for the predicament customers may face.

We will say 10 for the repairs. Truck turned out pretty good for being wrecked like it was so I'll give them that but let's go over the rest! I'll say a 3 on the customer service, we were not called about our service except maybe once or twice as we were promised. Rob the shop manger was rude about our concerns about not being contacted about the vehicle and the condition of it. Jake, great adjuster, was horrible with communication until the end especially about when parts were unavailable and I mean we are talking like they knew about it like 2 days beforehand WE would have to call inquire about the truck JUST TO FIND OUT INFORMATION! TRASHY! AND then be told we can't keep pulling Jake from the shop as IF he was calling us in the first place to update us. Our vehicle was also not on time we were told 9 days then magically that turned into almost a month, reasonably we understand parts have to be shipped, and then when we were told Monday they didn't call us until Tuesday so that's also a lie on paper to make them look good. IT went to the body shop on a Tuesday, 4 days to paint 2 truck finders.... I think not I think that is laziness from the workers. We WILL NOT be recommend blossom Chevy if you want your vehicle back and updates about the progress. We were promised updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays! We were not given them! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! If blossom Chevy had not had treated me so well in the past with my corvette this truck would have gone to another Chevy auto shop. Blossom Chevy has disappointed me heavy in the customer service BESIDES the ladies that answer calls for the collusion center. Thank you ladies for also being amazing and kind to us. And! The people at the enterprise at the collusion center are rude and unprofessional! Especially when it comes to signing rental paperwork. Lady had an attitude because I am on the insurance and she said the man had to sign for it. Unfortunately lady, we both are fully covered on that plan so legally I can sign for the rental. The only other good part was the lady that was filling in the for HR lady inside the dealership itself. She was a sweetheart helped us even get to manger (who was to say being a donkey) But we want to thank her even though we missed her name, for helping us. Sadly we really hope that we never have to return to blossom Chevy for any work ever again or to even buy a car. This experience has ruined every good thing.

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on October 30, 2025, and within days discovered the car…read morewas infested with roaches. At first I noticed a single bug and assumed it had somehow gotten into the car. Shortly after, I opened the door at night and saw multiple roaches freely roaming inside the vehicle, making it clear this was an existing infestation from the previous owner. When I contacted the dealership, I initially couldn't get through. When I finally did, I was told I needed to speak directly with the salesperson who sold me the car, Crissy Burton (also known as "Crissy the Car Fairy" on Facebook), instead of being helped by management. I found this extremely unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the issue. I waited for a call that never came and ultimately had to reach out myself. When I finally spoke with her, I was offered a loaner vehicle while my car was "bombed." I made it clear I did not want the vehicle back--alive or dead bugs were unacceptable. I had owned the car for less than a week, and after waiting years to purchase a vehicle, this experience was devastating. Instead of accountability or an apology, I was met with deflection and blame, including insinuations that I may have brought the bugs into the car myself. I had only driven the car to and from work a couple of times, had no food in it, and have never had issues with pests in my life. This accusation was insulting and deeply unprofessional. When I came into the dealership, staff avoided the situation entirely and told me to wait for the salesperson to arrive. At that point, after the ongoing back-and-forth, I requested to speak with a manager. No one took responsibility, no one apologized, and I was made to feel small and dismissed. I am 28 years old but look younger, and I was absolutely treated that way. I was eventually offered a trade for what was described as a brand-new vehicle at the same lease price, only to later discover the vehicle was more expensive and had a previous owner. While I could accept those facts, it became clear that I was being told whatever was convenient in the moment, with no follow-through or honesty. To make matters worse, one of the dealership's own employees later warned my father about purchasing from here. I wish that warning had come sooner. What should have been a joyful milestone turned into a stressful and heartbreaking experience. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership, especially if issues arise after the sale. Black 2021 Kia Seltos is the car just in case they try selling it to you.

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)
