I used to eat at the Eat Real Cafe on Lyons at least once a month for a year straight and would always get the vegan wrap no matter what. I loved it so much. Just the other week I hyped up the wrap to my friend so we went to pick up the vegan wrap. (I hadn't had it in over a year) I was embarrassed to have told her how good it was because we both couldn't finish it. It was like 90% red onion. I also don't remember the black bean patty being so tiny and barely any sauce. Extremely disappointed. Not going anymore. read more

Love that they offer vegan and organic options but they really need to add some flavor. Got the vegan wrap and it was so bland! It's needs more to it! It had no black bean patty like stated on the menu...barely any avocado at all...and like no sauce. It was so dry! Good health spot with a nice flair to it. It's more like something you'd find on the westside instead of Valencia. They make their own juices and baked goods but I went there for a sandwich. Got the tuna with a small side salad and ice tea. It's on the pricy side but you get non-GMO and organic products so go ahead and spoil your body. The sandwich was okay and came with sprouts (like that). The size isn't much to talk about but when you eat tuna, you don't want over-do it on the protein. The salad was small but the dressing was very good but I don't remember what it was called? Next time I need to try the juices and the baked goods. The açaí bowl looked good, but they don't have GF granola. Waffles also don't come in a GF option. Ordered the chicken bowl and the buffalo bowl. I think they just heated 'em in the microwave. The chicken was mushy. No flavor to salvage the regular chicken bowl. The Buffalo didn't have celery, instead had random salad greens, and the sauces were ok. I wasn't impressed with the tea, perhaps they sound fancy to make it seem more enticing, but the taste factor isn't there. To be honest, i prefer The Daily Harvest in Newhall. read more

I wanted to try this place. First time over here. Cashier was friendly. The place looked extremely clean and organized. I ordered the chicken griller. The chicken griller was barely warm. Chicken and "spicy" sauce was extremely bland. The bread was extremely soft with "grill marks". The side salad is a joke. It's like they grabbed a pinch of spinach and placed it in a small cup. Very cute cafe nestled in a small shopping center. Valencia is definitely growing. The cafe is a quaint cute place. A lot of choices and the decor is just darling. I came here with my sister and I had the Cali Wrap and the Acai Bowl. The Cali Wrap was on the dry side for my likings. I didn't taste the artichoke pesto as stated on the menu. The Acai bowl is more like a thick smoothie. Very hearty. I think the Acai bowl is a perfect breakfast meal or if you are looking for a light lunch. It was more than enough for me. I ordered a vegan salad with Postmates. The salad did not have the barley and quinoa that is in the menu description. I called asking for a remake or refund, and was told that quinoa is not one of the ingredients. The menu pictured below clearly says it...I was offered to return for a free pastry after my work day was over, not a remake of the same item right then and there. Paying over $10 for some spring mix and garbanzo beans is frustrating and disappointing. I understand that Postmates is responsible for a refund, but I don't appreciate spending that much for sub-par service and lettuce. At least offer a remake! The service and drinks were great. I like the non-gmo transparency and competitively priced organic juices and coffees. The food was good, slightly lacking flavor and seasoning but healthy. I need to try more on the menu. The vegan chocolate cookie was raw and just tasted like coconut oil. I would go back for the juices and smoothies alone. Needed a simple breakfast, ordered 'the delish' egg sandwich with gluten free bread and a matcha hot tea. Matcha is my favorite, and i loved this one! Made with water unless otherwise requested, tasted great with just water. Egg sandwich was a nice portion and tasted home made with love (very good). the only thing that was troublesome for me was the gf bread, and I know you're thinking "we'll all gf bread is terrible" but i've tasted several better than the one they use, or "we'll just get it without bread." NO. no. i love bread. there are better ones out there. this is the only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars. Also, they were baking fresh gf scones and my god.. i will be back to try more things, and to buy all the scones. I came by in a Sunday afternoon for some healthy eats. I got an açaí bowl and my hubby got a chicken sandwich. For my drink, I got an orange juice as well. It was my first açaí bowl and even though it looked small, it was so filling! I only ate 2/3 of the whole thing! My hubby ate his entire sandwich and he said it was very good. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and you can actually taste it. Not like other restaurants that say fresh squeezed and you see them take out the gallon jug of OJ. I'm hooked on this place! We are lucky enough to have two locations here in Santa Clarita and I couldn't be happier. For all those doing Whole30 this is your "go-to" "to-go" place without all the guilt! I usually get their Chicken Bowl or their Breakfast Bowl. I modify my Breakfast Bowl though with no quinoa and I add black beans and cheese. I am not a huge breakfast eater, so the quinoa just makes me beyond full and I can barely move after . I have also tried their Jasmine Green Tea and it's really good if you like both Jasmine and Green Tea. I have yet to try their smoothies, but I think that is next on my list. If you are on a health kick or just looking to change your lifestyle, this is a great place to explore. The photo I attached doesn't look that appetizing but I was trying to get you to see the how the Bowl looks like as they put the black beans on last.
