I came to see the Bryce Canyon Wranglers show. These guys play some great music. Friday's show wasn't enough for me, so I came back Saturday and Sunday to see the shows. These guys have some awesome talent so you won't be disappointed. A plus is that you can have dinner as well. I had the steak, salmon, and BBQ pork. Everything had great flavor. What a great find in a small community and I needed this after so much hiking stuff and driving. We didn't eat there but thoroughly enjoyed the show and met a fun couple from England. And to the one reviewer that gave one star and said there was nothing sung that he knew and kids were bored....well all I have to say to that is that it is a country music review and I knew every song except for two or three originals that I thought were great so he must not have been a country music person. A group of us went for dinner and a show last night. What a great time! Food was very tasty and plentiful. The music show headed by Tim Gates and the Bryce Canyon Wranglers was so much fun. They did a wonderful medley of country artists and we even got up and danced. What a great first time out after this long COVID lockdown. FYI they did require masks and gave us disposable gloves for the buffet. Great fun! Highly recommend this place ! read more

What are copyright laws? Every image in the cheap slideshow was from google and edited with floating hearts and sexual images. I'm so sad this is the American example to tourists. Wow, expensive beer, cheap meats that give you the shits, and a soccer dad who could have been lip syncing. The pianist was there to smile and lip sync, the "boardman" did not do much and wore a weird top hat and large sunglasses, probably to avoid public shame. The guy to the right looked like he was asleep. The hostess was nice and friendly, but conversation and interaction with guests were ingenuine and very repetitious. If you have to reschedule or do anything, you can only go through one person. I think the real topper was that they kept mentioning there cd deal, even though all the songs but one were actually theirs. Very confused, hurt, and scared of what foreign tourists think of our country after that. read more

We had the best family night! Band was amazing - leader was a friendly talented man named Tim Gates and he had an adorable 16 year old talented Celeste Carter who sang Dolly Parton! Music was the hit. Food was good especially the beans and biscuits. We really had a great time. They paid special attention to my husband's birthday and were so kind and attentive. We loved Bryce and this was a great highlight to the trip!!!!!! For six New Yorkers this was a great country music experience. read more

This was a lot of fun. I think the poor reviews are coming from people not understanding what this place is. If you come here expecting to order off of a menu and see a "show", then you didn't read about this place, and you have the wrong expectations. This is a cowboy show/experience. It is recommended that you make reservations ahead of time (seating is quicker that way). There are a few entertaining things done before the meal like rope tricks, and whip tricks. Seth is quite talented. The food is buffet style. You get up from your chair, serve yourself, and eat. The way they do it is quite efficient. The place holds about 500 people, and everyone has food in about 15 minutes. The food was good. I had the pulled pork. It had clearly been slow cooked over the course the afternoon leading up to the show. My only complaint is that the peach cobbler dessert, wasn't really peach cobbler. It was just sliced peaches with granola/oats sprinkled on top. After the "chow" was cleaned up by the staff, the musicians did about an hour of music, singing classic country and bluegrass tunes. All of the musicians are really talented. This was hokey, and silly, but it was a really good time, and I recommend that you check it out if you are staying in Bryce. read more

My biggest disappointments: a lack of cowboy hats on the band (the Slash-ish hat on the slide steel player comes close), the canned drums, fiddle, & bass - a live rhythm section is key to country, and the Keynote clip art presentation behind the band. Bring out that gal singer more often! Everything musically is solid & it's a fun slice of Americana steered toward those that have no idea about authenticity. To the Steven-Colbert-meets-Buddy-Holly ringleader: I mega salute you for your multitasking and charisma! Clean, New, Big, Good Park, Right across from hotels, near shops Bad Dinner: The show started 40 minutes after the 750pm dinner. It was 5 white guys and 1 white gal fiddling and guitaring away. Decent music and very good audio speakers in a big hall. But after 5 songs, you begin to dread it's another 10 songs. With the only 3-4 other "RUBY" owned food outlets within 5 miles, it's ok. Had some 5 and 7 year old kids with us. They were fine with it but for $35 per person for a buffet style dinner and a show that starts after the meal, it's over priced , buffet and hallway style seating. The show was more like a side show at the fair where they just doing their thing, cracking a few jokes, with no change of performers and no change of routine, no show of juggling, visuals, . Round tables and all facing a stage so 1/2 your table will have to turn 180 degrees to look at the musicians BUT it was the only entertainment in town, and I have to mention it was a very nice venue and very clean and looks new. (although they mentioned the band has been playing for 6 years there). Rib eye was pretty good, chic juicy, No bbq sauce on table to use, pull pork very good. My main gripe is the value for $35 & promise of a 'show'. They had everything, big room, excellent audio and lights, decent food, but failed. More like $25-$30 tix thing. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at the Ebenezer country show. They had an orderly process in place to ensure everyone got their desired meal ticket, beverages and seated appropriately. They seat you at a large circular table and depending on the size of your party, you may be seated with other people which is fun! Dinner was served right on schedule and the band was superb. The band plays to tracks to help fill out the sound a bit. But don't be fooled...they also have live instruments on stage to ensure authenticity to the shows. Singers were amazing. They clearly put time into designing the show including syncing up visuals on the big screen to whichever song they are playing to. I highly recommend! read more

I'm honestly a little baffled by some of the bad reviews. I imagine people didn't look up what this show is (and neither did we) but it was definitely not bad by any means. The premise is that you get some food, then watch four guys play through some country music while dressed up as cowboys. The guys are very talented, know their stuff, and clearly enjoy doing what they do. It was pretty expensive, but it was a fun evening and a cool experience. As with other reviewers, we anticipated a variety type show. What we got was three people on the stage singing country music songs for 30 minutes. The lead singer seemed to not know the words to the songs he was singing. As for the food... blech. The biscuits were bland, the potatoes needed butter, the chicken was ok (not great), the pulled pork needed a lot of sauce to make it edible. Worst of all was the so called steak. The barn was huge with lots of tables. The bar line went very slowly bc they only had 2 bartenders. The food was not very good. I had the pulled pork and my husband had the steak. The steak was awful. Like it was leftover from the night before. The baked beans were the best thing on the buffet. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. The desserts came right out of a box. The entertainment was really bad!! There were 4 guys and 1 girl. We were told that the girl was 16 and she was making her debut. I just read reviews that she made her debut 6 months ago. Not sure when she actually started with them. One guy was the lead, one played the keyboard, one played the electric guitar and one played the slide guitar. He came out before the show to demonstrate what we would hear on the slide guitar. The girl tried to sing Dolly and Patsy but singing is not her forte. My husband swears they were lip syncing. There was a fiddle and drums in the music but no one playing those instruments. They were singing or pretending to sing along with the music. The keyboard guy was never on note. The electric guitar guy didn't even strum. We think he doesn't know how to play but knows how to dance and move around the stage to make you think he is playing. We don't think the slide guitar guy was playing either. He told us that he will move his hands around a lot looking like he was doing calculus. They have cut an album and supposedly one of their songs was on the top 20 list 2 months ago. They only played 2 of their own songs and were selling their CDs. Not sure why they didn't play more of their songs. We believe that the only person actually singing was the girl. DO NOT waste your time and money!!! They are NOT professionals although they want you think they are. This was one of the first evenings on a recent trip that I had taken to the National Parks. The entire group was transported to Ebenezer's Barn and Grill which featured cowboy cuisine [chicken, steak, vegetarian lasagna, some assorted vegetables and dessert] and live Western entertainment. It is directly across the street from the Historic Ruby's Inn. It is a very large setting with a stage on one end and multiple tables in front of the stage. We were in a room filled with tourists-other Americans, Europeans and Aussies. It was an interesting night out and very enjoyable. read more

Food was good for a buffet. Chicken was tender. Steak was cooked just right with lots of flavor. Son loved his BBQ pulled pork. Baked beans, mashed potatoes and biscuits were very tasty. Dessert was a disappointment; peach cobbler, which hardly anyone ate because we don't like peaches. It would be good if they had a choice of desserts. All you can drink sodas, coffee and hot chocolate. Beer and wine are not included in price. Five bucks for a small glass of domestic beer draft. Entertainment was minimal; singing cowboys with a small amount of banter. I feel that the entertainment could be 100% better with a little bit of effort. Try some old western jokes, lasso tricks, gun tricks, more audience banter. Half the audience left after about the third song. Yawn. read more

You will be reduced to waiting in line to buy a ticket, another line waiting for doors to open, another line to be seated, only to find you are herded to a chow line to serve yourself. Catering to an international crowd is nice, and meeting people from around the world was the highlight of the night. A $38 steak that is cooked 1 way -- the way they slap it down on your plate. We were here in the off season for this place so we were there with just a couple tour buses and the place wasn't crowded. I liked it! People were friendly, food was good (dessert was lacking but everything else was good), guy playing guitar was very talented. The price covers the meal and the show. This is the place to go if you have a tourist group staying in Bryce Canyon... I have been driving tour buses for 6 years and the people love it! The staff is really friendly and they have a system down where they can serve the whole place food really fast. Speaking of food, even with the mass 'assembly line' style of serving, the food choices are great and tastes good. And you get some entertainment during the process, the whole thing lasts about an hour and a half start to finish. Why wait in Ruby's buffet line when this place is across the street!? read more

With 500 people eating at the same time, you can't expect the highest quality food, so we didn't and were not disappointed. The food was ok. The show was great. A very mediocre evening. The atmosphere was okay-fine for that area of Utah. The food was actually quite good! It was the noisy kids that ruined the evening for us. Some guy named Tim, (who was in charge, I guess) strolling around with a mic, told us more than once that we needed to be polite & be quiet during the performance-we needed to show respect for the artists performing that evening. Evidently that didn't apply to the group of kids that were in an area in the same room we were in. They were so loud that even one of the artist looked over at the noise they were making (screaming, hollering, jumping around & pulling on the blackout curtains to mention a few of their antics) but Tim did nothing to stop the situation. There was a group of people from a tour bus that were seated next to the area where these kids were playing. They were definitely impacted by these kids' behavior. The lack of discipline of these brats is very bad PR for the restaurant. The place was less than half full on a Friday night in June with artists from Nashville! We drove over two hours, had reservations & paid $80 to attend this event. Won't return & will make sure everyone we know hears about this disappointing experience. read more
