Super fun experience! I was a bit hesitant about going - I wasn't sure how the music or food would be - but we all ended up having a great time. We went the second night they opened for the season, so it was not a packed house. We had only 2 other people at our table. The food was pretty good - much better than I expected. You get a ticket for 1 time at the buffet, and you pick what main you want in advance. The music was fun & the band is very good. I knew more songs than I expected. The lasts @1 hour.

We had a really fun time! They are very prompt, and it's run efficiently and professionally. They do sell alcoholic drinks there, prices seemed reasonable. It is buffet style and the line moves quickly. You can go back for seconds of the side dishes, though they give you enough, I am not sure many do. The food was tasty and meats moist. (ie not dried out.) The show was really fun and well done. Great voices, songs and narration. If you like BBQ style food and a live show for a very reasonable price, go! We did tip on our way out. It's by no means mandatory, but we say how hard they worked ]and it was earned. This is our second time, the first time was about 7 year ago, and both times we left glad we went.

Ebeneezers is the kind of place you don't want to leave! The food was delicious hearty, flavorful, and made with real love. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a great mix of locals and visitors. And the live country music? Incredible! Talented musicians, great energy, and the perfect backdrop for a fun night out. What a fun evening we had here tonight! Talented musicians performing great country songs and a very good dinner beforehand. The salmon was juicy and a nice portion, and hubby said the bbq plate (chicken and pork) was tasty. A dinner and show for a reasonable price, and the bonus was we didn't have to cook tonight! Definitely recommend this fun night out!

This was our third time seeing the Bryce Canyon Wranglers. We were lucky to get front row seats. We are celebrating our 56th Wedding Anniversary in Bryce Canyon. The food is very good, and generous. But, the highlight for us is the performances of Tim, Ward, Justin, Heidi, Josh, and Corbyn. They are all very talented. They engage the audience, and before you know it, you are tapping your feet, clapping, and singing along. The visuals in back are colorful, and fun. After the show, we chatted with Tim and Ward...just nice people. Once again, we had a great time, and we left talking about how much we enjoyed all the performers. When in Bryce Canyon, this is a must see.

Food is pretty decent for this type of establishment. Ordered both show and dinner entrees online. (You can just get show tickets, too.) Minus - I couldn't order two different entrees, only one. So we got two flat iron steaks. Con - they are cooked medium. Period. I wouldn't have ordered steaks if I had known this. Service is good. Soft drinks and coffee is included. You can walk up to the bar for beer, wine, shots. They poured the shots in a large glass and you go to the soft drink machines and as you're own ice or soda. They give you a placard with entrée choice when you check in. You take it to the serving line, they plop your entrée on your plate first, then ask the sides. Beans, roll, cole slaw were good. Mashed potatoes were very good. Steak was tasty and not too tough (flat irons are not known for being tender), and just juicy enough. You have a choice of apple cobbler or strawberry short cake for dessert. Apple cobbler was pretty good. Show was good. Singing and instrumentals were good. Background video was good. It is a fun show to try once.

This was a stop on our tour. I am not a huge country western fan and had no idea what to expect. I really enjoyed it. The BBQ plate was good and the show was fantastic. I was really impressed with everything!

A MUST DO. There isn't much in bryce canyon outside of the park so if youre considering this absolutely do it. Good meal, good people, and good entertainment. Met some really cool people here and had a great time.

Went to the dinner show having ordered tickets online the previous evening. We had to sit staggered as there weren't that many seats left (order early) You have choices of steak, chicken, salmon, and bbq beef. They give you a meal ticket when you first check in and then you stand up to get your own food buffet style. For mass cooked food I thought it was excellent as the bbq beef and chicken were properly seasoned. The steak and salmon that my neighbors had looked over cooked and dry but I can't comment as I didn't have it. The side mash potatoes, cole slaw and raspberry cake were all very good. Entertainment was by a permanently stationed band called the Bryce Canyon Wranglers. They have a lead singer named Tim Gates that was pretty darn amazing... just sings flawlessly... The rest of the band was equally as good but the female lead did have some pitchy moments but at 15 years old is to be admired.

What an entertaining spot for the lack of nightlife at a tourist destination! Country music dinner show was fun (very talented lead singer btw). The BBQ wasn't the best but wasn't bad at all... I got the salmon and my date ordered the BBQ plate, all proteins came with unlimited portion of sides.... you DO get seated with a bunch of random people if you're ok with that! I admit my expectations were low given the current conditions. Granted the food options are seriously limited. The band was FANTASTIC. Hats off to them and management for keeping this place open. Definitely go there and support them!!! You won't regret it. read more

I took my wife out for a date to Ebeneezer's expecting to have a fun night, but what I got was an amazing night of entertainment and food. Not sure you can get a better deal for dinner and a concert. The band was exceptional. They played a variety of well known country songs that you could sing along with plus a couple of original songs that were my favorite. My wife and I definitely got more than expected and plan to take our friends to the show. Thanks for a wonderful date night. Tim Gates and his band brought Nashville to Bryce Canyon and we loved it! read more

My mom my wife and I went here tonight. We yelped it but it has been 14 months since I have seen a live show and I try to attend 30 + a year in SF Bay Area. I read the reviews. The 1 star reviews are a joke either they do not know decent music or they have some weird copyright infringement issue. Our food was great. My steak was a perfect mid rare. I tasted my moms salmon it was fine and my wife had the bbq plate it was ok add the real salt and bbq sauce it was very good. Now on to The music the lead singer Tim was great he told short stories and the back screen showed the band members all solid musicians. I loved it even the new country parts were good. Recommend this especially in light of seeing music live during covid. Loved the steel guitarist and the fiddle and the young 15 year old female singer read more

It turns out that Bryce Canyon City is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to food. We stumbled across Ebenezer's walking along our parking lot. Drinks: Remember that that this is Utah so things a bit weird, eg single shots of liquor and no mixers. We purchased a decent bottle of wine which was marked up fairly high. Food: Buffet - choice of steak, salmon, barbecue, veggie entree with actual decent and hot sides. Music: Far from Nashville but definitely enjoyed the Bryce City Wranglers and their country covers. Super fun and a great value! $20 for a kids' dinner and show and $38-$50 for a huge adult dinner and show. Good selection of wines and beers which were very reasonably priced (32oz domestic draft for $12.50). Music was awesome - on par with what you would find in Nashville: They concluded the set with Country Roads - one of my favs! read more

Came for the dinner & show earlier this week when staying at the Best Western next door. I ordered the chicken platter which included mashed potatoes, coleslaw, biscuit, soft drink, and apple turnover dessert. The food was ok - mediocre, nothing spectacular.. but it's combination with the country western show made for a fun overall experience. The band was talented and played great songs. My friends and I enjoyed the show.. purchased a few whiskey shots from the bar. We had a fun night in Bryce Canyon! read more

Listen, it was kind of a weird vibe. Definitely some odd mega church vibes including a guiding PowerPoint presentation/ voiceover and the weird non-profit plug felt forced. It took a minute for the show to get started and I would've loved more banter with the audience. Cowboy beans and pulled pork were excellent but the desserts looked like they had been pulled off the shelf at Costco. read more

WOW! away from downtown USA, Bryce Canyon City, not another place like it, here is Gods beautiful country he does not disappoint with his nature, Ebenezer's does not disappoint, live band playing country music to sing along with and dance with. The food was great, hot, tastey and plenty of it, they invite you to come back for more nobody goes home hungry. Nice idea with very talented people but it wasn't for us. It's hard to connect to the music as its not music you know (unless you follow the local artists), the food was just okay, and the kids were bored out of their minds except for the old horse ride in the corner. Our group of 6 actually left right after dinner. After paying $200.00 for 6 people, we felt obligated to at least eat. When we reached out to see if we could get a partial refund we were told there isn't anything they could do since we had eaten. Beware. Save you're the money and find something else to go. read more

Tiny winee overcooked steak for $36 and four mid-age guys singing cowboy songs. Steak coleslaw mash potatoes and hard bisket for this price? Steak is not off the grill but from a steam buffet serving plate. Waiters waited behind me to steal the plate off the table so they can clean up and go home. Steak a size of my fist was too small. Would rather go to McDonalds instead but closest Mc Donalds was 76 miles away. read more

Really enjoyed my dinner and show here, food was pretty good overall, I had the BBQ plate and really enjoyed everything, the chicken was just ok but I don't really like chicken too much anyways. The entertainment was spectacular and lively. Was in town for a camping trip and came here for a bday dinner, would highly recommend. The reason I did not leave 5 stars is because there could have been more food options and the food can always be better. read more

We had a fantastic time. During COVID they are serving drinks and snacks. That is irrelevant as the music is the reason to come. The Wranglers are extremely talented and do a set taking you through the history of country music. We knew almost nothing about country music and thoroughly enjoyed it. Five stars for the Bryce Canyon Wranglers! TBH, I came in with low expectations, and was surprised to be blown away by the talent and fantastic mix of old and new country classics! What a wonderful show to add to the Western experience of Bryce Canyon! For a gal raised on 90s country music, this show really took me back to when country music was ... ahem, better! The band was really fun, and the evening was a truly a highlight on our Bryce Canyon trip! I hope they stay for more seasons - I definitely want to come back to Bryce to see them again next year! I was CRYING during the last song (John Denver's "Take Me Home Country Roads" cover - it's that good! I cannot speak for the food - they only had drinks (beers too for the imbibers) and appetizers; the show is definitely a worth it addition to your Bryce Canyon adventures if you're staying in the area. Love this show. We went two years ago and we just went last night again. Tim Gates and the band are very nice. We might be related as we have the same last name lol. We call him our cousin, even that he not that we know of. His sister Dani was very sweet too. She made sure we were comfortable where we were sitting as they kinda messed up our seats. We are visiting from California camping in motorhome at Ruby's inn and went to the dinner and show tonight with our friends SO AWESOME we had the salmon dinner it's a buffet but the food was delicious and the staff was very organized But the BEST part was the country show!! Cole is an amazing singer and the rest of the group top notch We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend coming if your in Bryce Canyon read more

I came to see the Bryce Canyon Wranglers show. These guys play some great music. Friday's show wasn't enough for me, so I came back Saturday and Sunday to see the shows. These guys have some awesome talent so you won't be disappointed. A plus is that you can have dinner as well. I had the steak, salmon, and BBQ pork. Everything had great flavor. Tip: the band will only be here until October 23rd, so you better hurry. read more

Ebenezer's Barn and Grill is a dinner show venue. Come and enjoy a western style buffet while being entertained by our live country music show. Playing nightly at Ebenezer's are the Bryce Canyon Wranglers. They are a group of musicians assembled from Nashville, Tennessee bringing their own rendition of country western hits, both traditional and new, as well as some of their own original material here to Bryce Canyon. If you'd like to come hang out our doors open at 6:00 PM. Everybody eats at the same time, and that gets things started at 7:30 PM. Music begins at 8:00 PM and typically lasts around an hour.

Looked so juicy and charred but was a bit tough. Flavor was great and it was a gigantic 16-oz. portion. Coffee was tasteless, unfortunately. The absolute highlight of the meal was the pie! The apple pie is the best I have ever eaten. The filling contained nice slices of apples, no mushy stuff here. And the crust was incredibly flaky with a bit of sugar baked on top. My husband ordered the cherry pie à la mode and was quite pleased with the pie and two little scoops of ice cream alongside. Nice staff too! This place is popular for a reason. Ruby's Inn Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room

There aren't exactly a ton of food options near Bryce Canyon and none of them look particularly…read moreinteresting. We decided to risk the lunch buffet for $18 at Ruby's Inn, figuring that there would be at least one item we would enjoy. There isn't much information about what's actually included in the buffet, either on review sites or on their own website, so we were a bit worried about the selection. While Ruby's Inn can't match a buffet in a larger city, we found the selection to be good enough, with plenty of protein and carb options, veggies including a salad bar, and dessert afterwards. Originally we thought most of the dishes would be Sysco food heated up, but I think Ruby's Inn actually makes a surprising number of items in house. Some notes for the meat selection: Pulled pork - dry but it's quite smoky like they actually smoked it rather than using liquid smoke. Zuppa Toscana Soup - might be from a bag, but is doctored a bit making it peppery and thick. Orange Chicken - gummy with thick breading and low meat ratio, but seems to be made with real orange juice in house. Meatloaf - dry with a thick layer of ketchup baked on top. Baked chicken - bone dry and extremely overcooked. For the carbs, there's sweet cornbread with a condensed milk sauce, rice pilaf that's surprisingly hearty, mashed potato that doesn't seem to be from powder or premix since it has small chunks still, that comes with chicken gravy, and finally mac & cheese, soft with a Velveeta-esque sauce. For dessert, there's vanilla and chocolate soft serve with Hershey's chocolate and caramel topping, and three types of standard buffet dessert squares. One didn't have any carrots or beets or other toppings that I wanted for my salad like the other section did, so check out what is in the salad bar before you get in line. There was a lady waiting to refill the mixed green/lettuce, and I offered to let her do it but she wanted to wait until after me even though there were others also waiting. My mixed greens were not the freshest. Buffet had things like macaroni and cheese, potatoes, vegetables, chicken, meatloaf, and desserts.

Talk about a GREAT TRIBUTE BAND & great food!! From some of my favorite country songs (sung just as great as the original) to original songs that had my body moving. Ward, Justin & the rest of the band are incredible musicians and can play anything and make it sound great. Tim Gates (lead vocals) and Rosevelt (15 yrs old and as good as any lead female twice her age) sound so good with every tribute song they sing (& their duets are fantastic!) Serving 200+ people went very smooth! They serve amazing BBQ pork, chicken, or steak, with potatoes, rolls and beans - all very tasty! Employees were friendly and seemed like family! The audience was made up of people from around the world and it was nice to have a sense of world wide community all in one place. The highlight of the evening is definitely the Bryce Canyon Wranglers--they're personable, entertaining, and put on a great show with a wide mix of country music. The sound system and audio mix were excellent, making the performance even better. As for the meal, it was pretty average--more like cafeteria-style food. The portions are large, especially for the kids' meals, and they do offer unlimited self-serve drinks throughout the night, which is a nice touch. Don't get the steak. GET THE CHICKEN. Seriously, DON'T GET THE STEAK. The chicken is decent, pretty good actually. I was surprised to enjoy this evening, given the bad reviews. The performers brought a lot of energy to classic western songs. The violinist was very good. But theres really no excuse for how terrible the flatiron steak was. It was unedible. The chicken and sides were decent, however. Turned out to be a fun way to shelter from the rain while camping at bryce. Just - please improve the food. And put out milk or cream for the coffee, not powder! read more

Your trip to Bryce Canyon isn't complete without seeing a show at Ebenezer's. The staff was super friendly and met all of our needs. With two different shows, the Bryce Canyon Wrangler's put on a show to remember both nights we went to watch their shows. If service or music wasn't reason enough to get you to go, the food is also great! They have some of the best comfort food around as you can get steak, chicken, or salmon! What amazing place. We have been to Bryce Canyon many times. In the last few years we have made reservations at Ebenezer Barn and Grill to catch a show and have a lovely dinner. The Bryce canyon Wranglers, put on amazing show. Just recently they hosted Due West a band from Nashville, TN. Holy cow those boys rock the house. Not just one night, but for 2 nights.
