One of the best burgers I've had (mushroom goat cheese). I encountered the female owner and was not pleasant. Makes it hard to go back.

Steak was amazing, and they have the best wings in town. Staff is pleasant and inviting. Very clean and modern establishment.

Just left. I get it, it's the 4th but sat at the table for 15 mins and no one even stopped by.

Good and creative food. Service is attentive but ineffective. Outside seating was great, and dogs are well served and controlled.

OMG what a find! Cicharrones and queso was hot, crunchy and delicious. Peppers gave it a little heat and sweet. Mushroom burger was best burger I've had in years! A new place that just opened in December of 2021. We finally got a chance to go and we will definitely be coming back! I had the portobello mushroom burger with the red pepper jelly and it was fabulous! My husband said his hamburger was one of the best he has had in Summit County ( Summit mushroom burger). Food system is horrible, they will not let you substitute anything because the chef can't "understand" it. Staff was horrible and they were very rude. Never refilled drinks or checked on us. Our waiter and manager laughed when we complained and when proved wrong they laughed. horrible place, never eat there. read more

They do not accept takeout orders until 8pm. We called again at 8pm and they said they couldn't take any orders. Was willing to wait until 8pm to try it, but it's a sad way to treat customers trying to spend money with you. read more

I am a local of Summit County and the food scene can old very quickly up here. The Eclectic is such a treat while being sick of everything else. The Summit Mushrooms burger is a perfectly crafted magical combo of goat cheese, pepper jelly, micro greens, wild mushrooms and a bunch of other stuff. Yum! I'm going to be dreaming of this burger until I have the time to come back. I should also note the slightly smoked wings that leave you wishing you had more room in your stomach. I don't know how this place has the reviews it does. Maybe most people came here when it's dark and couldn't see what we did. I didn't make it past the dirty water glass. They weren't busy, only one server and she was nice. Bathroom wasn't clean, tables were dirty, glasses were dirty. The entire place was kind of dingy. My boyfriend and I were driving through town heading to Strawberry Springs and just happened to find this place on google maps. It was the place with the highest rating so we pulled a quick u-turn to try it. Best decision we could have made. Absolutely amazing service, the environment was lovely, everything is clean and inviting, and the drinks/food were original and delicious. We had a lovely conversation with one of the owners who stopped by our table to ask how we were doing which not a lot of places do. We had the High Alpine conditions and Summit Sour as drinks as recommended by our waitress and they didn't last long because they were mouth wateringly good. For the food, we got chicharrones with queso, the jalapeño popper burger, and the bison prime sandwich. We almost fully filled up on the chicharrones alone because they were so good! We almost couldn't even walk because we filled up on all the food because we couldn't stop eating. All in all, if you're just passing through town or have a cute date night planned, my boyfriend and I highly recommend dining here. The food and patio were great but the service was slow for no reason. We got there when it first opened, only a couple tables occupied and it still took at least 45 minutes to get two BBQ sandwiches. That plus the amount of time it took to get a round of beers and the check, and we were there 2 hours. The server forgot to check on us or to return with things multiple times. If you're hanging out for the whole afternoon, maybe this isn't a huge deal but we hadn't anticipated such a long stop on our way down 70. read more

Great spot!! We stopped on our way to Vail instead of going for a fast food option. The tito's drink with lemon and rosemary was to die for!! The vegan pad thai had a delicious sauce and you couldn't even tell there weren't actual pasta noodles in it. We also ordered the chicken burger with the mac and cheese patty on top which was divine, and the fish fry had such a thin flaky batter and homemade tartar sauce. The manager/ owner talked to us after our meal and told us the thought and care behind the food and drinks as well as the decor which showcased local art. Hear ye, hear ye, newcomers and visitors of ye olde shire of Silverthorne. Everything from start to finish was delicious: the high alpine cocktail, the steak tip appetizer, and the tuna special was out of this world. Andy(our server), a.k.a The White Wizard (it is imperative that you refer to him as such), absolutely MADE the meal for us. He arrived at our table on a noble steed of culinary knowledge, and gently guided us by the hand to what can only be described as a tantalizing cataclysm for the taste buds. He was just freakin fantastic. If you don't know what you want, just ask him. He'll steer you right. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill, and David, one of the owners, is a really great guy who was very hands-on with us. These guys really care how your meal was! I'm pretty sure that David was at one point a contestant on the bachelor, but you'll have to visit and ask him yourself to be sure. I'm sure many people will say this review is fake, but let me tell you, the food speaks for itself. The reason for 3 stars is we dined there 2 weeks after soft opening and ordered the trout which was fantastic. Returned recently to have the trout again and have to say it was not the same. In fact we questioned if we received the correct order. The fish was covered with a slaw that should never have been served with fish if at all. The presentation made it look like the trout was purposely being hidden. We will try again since kitchens can have off nights. read more
