I contacted Jose Augustin to install new lawn in our house.He arrived on time and gave me estimate for removing the old lawn and installing the new lawn at two places. he is very easy to work with. Flexible and wants to do the job right. He has hard working team to work with.He assured me that if any part of the lawn developed problem. he would install new sod and fix the problem. After 3 weeks, some areas of the lawn were not getting proper water and lawn started dying. He sent his sprinkler guy to fix the problem. install new sod in problem areas. BEWARE! Contrary to the business statement of wanting 100% satisfaction. I left a message, Agustine returned the call. He chose the time and day to come out. I even texted him that I arrived early so he could drop over early if it made it easier for him. No text, 15 min past appt time I called twice and no answer, no texts! What really infuriates us is that the customers time is valuable as well and we make changes to our schedules too. In this day and age to not bother to even be polite is inexcusable. I had one company at least be kind enough to return my call and say they appreciated my calling but they are booked up solid through the end of the year. Not this place. If I could give 12 stars, I would. I planned to get three estimates for our ambitious yard cleanup/landscape. I knew what I had in mind and required someone who could interpret my ideas accurately. One service I called charged a $2k "design" fee that wasn't applicable to the services. Another service flaked on our appointments, not once, but twice with no courtesy call. Who has time for that BS? Augustin showed up on time, provided a reasonable estimate and an accurate timeline of when the work would be completed - just a consummate professional. He and his staff went above and beyond my expectations and when I had some minor tweaks, they always came through. I can't wait until the plants start maturing, but our yard already looks just beautiful and I'm just so impressed with their hard work.
