What separates a good shop from the rest is how they handle those mistakes, and Moorhead Automotive showed professionalism, integrity, and accountability through the process. That means a lot, especially when trust is a big part of handing over your vehicle. I'm thankful they stepped up and stood behind their work. It takes character to handle difficult situations the right way, and that's exactly what they did. When I arrived…read moreat the location and presented the coupon, the acting manager ("Tom" said he is the manager of the Dixon, CA location and he was filling in as the acting manager here because there currently is no manager at this location) refused to honor it. He stated that it was a marketing mistake that would be corrected within 4 hours. Well, how does that help me? I drove 25 minutes to this location because of this coupon but they simply say no. This is infuriating and unacceptable, not to mention simply bad customer service. Own up to the mistake (even if you weren't the specific person to have made it) and take care of the customer, right? Nope, not at this location. Avoid this location at all costs. They will try to reel you in with false advertising and then pretty much tell you "too bad" to your face when you come into the shop.
