Enjoy this fabulous steakhouse contained within the Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas We decided to dine here prior to the Barry Manilow show in the main showroom (He was unbelievable but more on that in another review!!) First, lovely warm circular dining area with gracious greeting from the hosts and prompt seating into a half moon leather booth. Our waiter, Raymond greeted us immediately with freshly baked bread and took our cocktail order. We had about 2 hours till showtime and we advised him as such. No worries he said and we perused the broad menu for apps, their aged fine cuts of prime beef. We both ordered an app. My wife got a lovely chopped salad and I ordered a shrimp cocktail (prepared like no other way I've ever seen and presented..) dry ice under the shrimp dish which was bubbling ...totally cool!!! Steaks were Filets with sides of au gratin potatoes and creamed corn. Lovely!! Steaks were "sous vide" prepared and therefore finished off on the grill to perfection! Table side presentation if you wanted it... Wonderful experience with truly fine dining and service. We departed for the show, with plenty of time for a comfortable seating 5 rows, center. Barry and his show were phenomenal, a true Vegas moment!! Put this on your list for your next trip to Vegas. We'll surely be back in 2026!! Bon appetite...!!!

Whoa this place is absolutely amazing ! It's a romantic place for a date. Inside of is sophisticated and dim in lighting. The service was top notch what you'd expect in fine dining. Our food was amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection and aged! I got the chicken and the skillet of potatoes as a side! I couldn't even eat it all! Nothing short of just goodness! If you are ever at this West Gate this is a must restaurant to experience!

    Well behaved service dog.

Fantastic experience!!! Incredible service, wonderful staff and spectacular food and drinks. I love the vibe, quiet, calm, dim lighting with a adorable table lamp. Very private feeling in a busy restaurant. Our server, Mark, goes above and beyond, we always request him and he never disappoints. All the other staff, like Janet, were just a delight. The food, we love to try different items each time we go, ask Mark for his recommendations. I go twice a year, and I'm never disappointed. Enjoy, don't forget to tip well.

Wow! What an amazing steakhouse. Very nice ambiance to it as you walk in. Service was lovely, everyone greeted you so kindly as you arrive. Mr. Mark was our server , and he was lovely. So authentic , personable , and kind through and through. The food was divine. Everything was so delicious, Chef Young is spectacular! From the apps to the amazing entrees and scrumptious desserts. Will definitely come back again! Thank you for a great experience!

The ambiance and service were top notch. The staff was polite and thoughtful. I had mixed feelings about the food, especially with such high prices. I felt like the quality of the food preparation left something to be desired but overall it was a decent experience.

    Wedge salad- delicious

We met up with our friend a native Las Vegan who recommended the Edge inside the Westgate Hotel. We had a group of 7 and were seated in a very nice room the "sky high wine cellar"( check it out on instagram) and there is only 1 table in the room for a large groups. Perfect we could hear each other. It was Restaurant Week while we were in Vegas and we and ordered from the special menu- which consisted of a salad, entree and dessert for $80, which was about 30 dollars less than ordering off the menu. For $25 more you could add 2 glasses of wine that were already chosen by the restaurant . 4 of us opted for a cocktail, the Vegas Dream. It is a sweet drink and one person in our party found it too sweet. Main ingredient champagne also hibiscus syrup and another ingredient.. But if like margaritas you'll probably appreciate this drink. I ordered a wedge salad- delicious. Steak and lobster tail- steak cooked just as I ordered, lobster tail with butter , excellent. For desert crème brûlée delivered with a flare . Crème Brûlée was lit at the table. You let the flame go out on its own, so you have a hard shell. Creamy and smooth, again a winner. Our waiter seemed a little impatient at times . One of the ladies in our group he asked her what she wanted for dessert crème brûlée or strawberry cake and repeated it 3 times not allowing her to look at the menu for description of the cake. A little disappointed as we missed out on a great discount. We had tickets to see Barry Manilow concert at the Westgate hotel and while at the venue bar sign said , the Edge offered 25% discount if you present your concert ticket. The next day we called the restaurant to confirm, but it had to be the same day as the show date. Not sure if they offer this discount with every show at the Edge but certainly worth checking out(25% off a steak!!! Jackpot!)

A Beautiful, Flavorful, and Truly Memorable Dining Experience! The Westgate Las Vegas Steakhouse was the highlight of our evening. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning--elegant lighting, refined decor, and a breathtaking chandelier with long water-drop crystals that set the perfect mood for fine dining. The service was attentive and warm, and the food--simply extraordinary. We enjoyed yellowtail crudo, spicy shrimp, jumbo lump crab cake, edge salad, lobster, salmon, and baked chicken. The sides were a dream: creamy whipped potatoes, rich au gratin, and the decadent mac & cheese with truffles. Dessert was a highlight with velvety crème brûlée and luscious cheesecake. The generous pour of smooth tequila was a welcome surprise and a perfect ending to the night. What truly made this experience exceptional was the personal touch--Chefs Aaron and Dante visited our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. That kind of hospitality takes things to the next level. We'll absolutely be back!

This is their seafood appetizer Liman is the best. Every time we go there we request him. The service is outstanding.

Liman is amazing and their service is outstanding. This is a must visit restaurant. Everyone there is amazing and attentive. My family loves their steak dishes and I love the chicken

Service is amazing, the ambiance of the restaurant is impeccable. Please do yourself a favor and order the Wagyu steak (medium rare) with the truffle butter. You will not regret it! 100/10

    French onion soup. Very good.

Outstanding customer service! Everyone was working as a team and constantly checking on our table. As soon as we took a sip of our water, someone was there to refill. We were immediately greeted with some right out of the oven croissant like bread that was slightly stuffed with cheese and omg so yum! We ordered the Caesar salad, onion soup, wagyu top sirloin, Mary's chicken, truffle mac and cheese, and dessert. The wagyu was seasoned perfectly and has a nice char, it was delicious. Now, although they get an A for presentation, the chicken is probably one of the worse I had. It was tender and it looked pretty but it had absolutely zero flavor. In fact, I am not sure they even used salt. A great brine and seasoning would have set this chicken out of the top but as of now I wouldn't recommend. Now, the mac and cheese is on my top 3 favorite of all the time! It was it was creamy, cheesy, hot and fresh, and the truffle, just wow! The creme brûlée was the star of the show with a table side fire show to elevate the experience. Overall a 4 star experience due to the under-seasoned chicken, otherwise it would have been perfect. The ambiance was very quiet and Alamo empty but we were also there on a Wednesday at 5. Shoutout to the staff for their friendliness and exceptional service, they're truly amazing

That combination just works. Dessert was rich and decadent, and a great way to end the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with jazz playing in the background without being too loud. Me and my friend came here on a whim because she's from Brooklyn but never went to peter luger in her whole entire life. I've been once back in 2022, food was great and I enjoyed it. I saw an opening and they were offering essentially a 4 course meal for $50. The Power Lunch special or something like that, you pick 3 things and they throw in a nice dessert. It's actually a lot of food for $50 ngl So we got assigned this one server, his name was John, very cool guy, very chill, very attentive and knew his stuff (very knowledgeable guy). So we order, he comes and checks on us every once in awhile, we're eating, food is good, experience overall is 9/10, but once everything comes out, you can watch the video i attached, he was just a very outstanding person overall and is the whole reason I decided to leave this review. I don't wanna say everything because I don't want you to come here expecting the same experience and I don't want to spoil anything, but let's just say both me and my friend thought that he was absolutely the best server we've ever had in our entire life. Bro is actually the most genuine person we've ever met, and you're probably like, HES IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY THATS HIS JOB TO BE NICE TO YOU, but no, I genuinely disagree. There's nice and chill servers and there's mean servers that'll be rude and just straight up give bad service, and there's this guy, bro is literally an angel from heaven sent down to just have good vibes man. When my friend and I paid for the bill and left, I was genuinely kinda sad because bro was like family to me at this point, but let's just say the story isn't over just yet. When you decide to come here, and you get blessed with John as your server, I'm like 100% sure he'll take care of you unlike any server has ever taken care of you. That basically sums up my experience. some other notes: the ambiance is nice, it has it's own restroom so you don't need to go wandering out of the restaurant looking for a restroom, the bar looks fancy, they probably make good drinks (i just couldn't drink, I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me). The Power Lunch for $50 is from 10:00am-3:30 I believe... and it was so much food, like enough for 2. It costs more if you get the steak, but that's what you're here for!!

The Las Vegas Smith & Wollensky is located in the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes and is a great looking facility - definitely a classic steakhouse vibe but in a contemporary setting. We had two appetizers, the Angry Shrimp and Confit Bacon and they were excellent. The star of the evening, though, was the Swinging Tomahawk Rib Eye which qualifies as dinner and a show. The service was everything you could want from an elite steakhouse, especially the presentation on the Swinging Tomahawk. The Waygu Tomahawk is a magnificent steak which I think is a steak lover's must-have experience, with the caveat being that it's huge. It was soooo good. Last came a chocolate cake with freshly whipped cream which was delicious! Love this place!!!

I recommend asking for a table along the open window (but not a window) so you can look out onto the canal shops. Our server, Ian, was very welcoming and fun. He gave good recommendations and was attentive. We each started with an appetizer. I had the French onion soup which was delicious. It wasn't too salty or cheesy. It also had yummy bits of braised beef in it. My friends had the split pea soup (no cream) and fritto misto which they seemed to like. We all shared the tomahawk steak and sides of sautéed mushrooms and truffle fries. That steak was incredible and so tender. It was cooked to medium perfection and had charred fat. (See video). It came with the crunchiest roasted potatoes. The best part was the crunch bits on the cutting board. The sides were tasty as well and I forgot to mention the bread served once you're seated. It's super soft and the butter is nicely whipped. For cocktails, I really enjoyed the Off the Rails Old Fashioned which you create via a dice game. That was real fun and the drink packs a nice punch. For dessert we shared a decadent and moist chocolate cake slice which was huge for a slice. Overall it was a great experience.
