JP Wedge Salad was delicious with a tasty green goddess dressing! We also ordered their Endless Prime Steak entrée which is only one of two meals you can order that comes with sides. That meal is such a great deal! It's $50 for your steak, large potato, and mini salad. Yes, it is actually endless and once my boyfriend had finished his steak, our server asked if he would like another Note, you cannot share their Endless Prime Steak but that is more than understandable. We weren't able to get a table because according to the host they were all taken but most of the restaurant was empty so I can only assume there isn't enough staff. We sat at the bar and luckily the seats were cushioned and comfortable. Our food overall was just ok. The best items were the baked potato, filet, and hot fudge sundae. We didn't enjoy the crab cake and lousy and flavorless Caesar salad with some wilted pieces of lettuce. Our bill was nearly $200 and that just doesn't make sense for a mediocre meal. We were seated quickly and had two gentleman come to our table immediately to give us water and take drink orders. The ambiance was nicely decor, but could have used a little more light for those of us who can't read the menu in dim lighting (lol): My husband ordered sirloin and I ordered salmon that had mango salsa and a mango cream sauce. We also ordered sides and shared them the Mac n cheese and the Parmesan truffle fries. Here's an old school steakhouse from back in the day that made it's way to the Strip. My visit was for Valentine's dinner with a guy and girl bro...let's gooo.. The overall vibe is classy, dim lights, dark woods and lots of glass to definitely get the steakhouse vibe. A little more modern versus old school but definitely not contemporary. I tried the $27 old fashioned that came out in the smokey glass box for the gram. Tasty, but you're paying extra for the presentation obviously and I was ok with that. Our server was helpful with the menu and got us up to speed on the valentine's day pre-fixe menu that came with the prime ribs. My visit to Jack Binion's Steakhouse last night was truly exceptional. From the moment we were seated, our server David set the tone for a great evening. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I appreciated that he took the time to explain portion sizes and offer thoughtful recommendations. I ended up choosing the grilled shrimp in pepper crème sauce, and it was an excellent suggestion very flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. I also ordered an Espresso Martini, which was smooth, balanced, and delicious. One of the highlights of the night was the Wedge Bloody Mary Salad. It's definitely shareable, and if you're a fan of Bloody Mary flavors, this salad is a must‑try. Fresh, bold, and absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Queen Cut 12oz Prime Rib with chimichurri mashed potatoes, and it was cooked exactly to his liking. If you're a steak lover, this place will not disappoint. We also appreciated that his $100 dining credit from the Caesars Rewards Visa was accepted without any issues. Located in the Horseshoe, Jack Binion's appears to be a hidden gem option that most people haven't seem to have heard of on the Vegas Strip. To that point, it appears most people in the Horseshoe haven't heard of it either as the restaurant was close to empty on a Sunday night around 8PM. But nonetheless, I stopped in for their all-you-can-eat prime rib special which was $49.99. After coming into the restaurant, I was seated and informed the server that I was in for the unlimited prime rib special. The server asked me for how well I wanted to have my prime rib cut and let me know that the meal also comes with au jus and baked potatoes as well. Looking to try another all-you-can-eat option on the Strip, $50 per person can be steep for the price of prime rib. But considering many of the buffets on the strip start at the same price, I would say that the quantity is pretty fair. With a 10 ounce cut each round, you can easily go for two or three rounds before needing to tap out. For these reasons, the value proposition is good here if you're looking to load up on protein. And taste-wise, the prime rib at Jack Binion's is definitely better than your typical place on the strip. For one, the Jack Binion's Prime Rib was marbled, very juicy, and tender. Ordering both of my slices medium-rare, I found the meat to be soft in texture and cut easy. I especially enjoyed how the edges near the rib cap were charred and tasted rich in flavor. And by adding the generous amount of au jus, the prime rib stayed moist throughout the entire time I was eating it. On the side, the baked potato was firm and tasted creamy because of the added sour cream. But because I personally am not a baked potato kind of person, I focused more on my appetite on prime rib. Although the all-you-can-eat experience at Jack Binion's is a streamlined one with little options to choose from, the restaurant focuses on one specialty and does it very well. The prime rib was of a very high quality cut of beef, the preparation of the meat was excellent, the service here was very professional, and my entire experience was positive. All of these said, I would give Jack Binion's Steak an easy five star rating out of five. If you're looking to try a new kind of all-you-can-eat special and love the atmosphere of a fine-dining restaurant, give this special a try at Jack Binion's! Food was well prepared i got the ribeye and Mac, large variety of stuff ordered and nobody complained so that's always a good sign, our server was David and bro as super cool. Erick helped set the reservation up because i was having trouble with the online portal so i appreciate that. (Only video i got of our plates was me laughing giving a speech so nothing to upload) Only notes i would have for the restaurant is they need a social media presence. It's hard to know where to start but let's say there's one reason you come to Jack Binion's, the $7.77 Martini. The service is fine upfront. The bar team was very friendly when I interact with them but the attention falls off. They're busy so I'll let that slide but they also fraternize a lot with each other rather than the guests. The Martini was cold and dry so that's the good and the team is co and interactive. Now onto the bad. I tried the $49.99 AYCE Prime Rib. I know. I know. Had to give it a try. Terrible does not do it justice. I asked for rare but was told medium rare was as low they can go. I see why. The cut is small which is fine but the quality is low. It was chewy and very salty. Not just the salted edge. There was salt added to the meat which you could see. Gross. I'm getting a little ahead of myself. I started with the $7.77 wedge. You can see by this picture the iceberg is wilted and brown. It's small but again that's for the price. The AYCE came with a baked potato. Winning! This was good. The bar is lively and packed as is the restaurant. TVs in the bar show the games so it's a nice place to escape the Sports Bar and grab a cocktail. Would I come back? Had to come to Jack Binion's Steak after my friend told me about their $49.99 Endless Prime Rib deal that runs at least through the end of September. Obviously, we came here for the prime rib, which is 10 oz per cut. Surprisingly, this was actually really good quality! Was perfectly cooked medium rare and had great taste to it. A little salty on on the crust as that's where the flavor is being loaded up, but the inside of the prime rib was very good. Au jus was top level and the horseradish cream was a great compliment. The actual horseradish hit the nose way too quick, so I didn't use too much of that. Smartly called it at two. Probably could have done three, but that would have made me hate food for at least two days. Also came with one of the best baked potatoes I've ever had. Really soft on the inside, but had a great potato skin. This went great with the au jus. Of course, I didn't finish it because the potato itself is a trap. Crucially, there were also some sides for $7.77. I got a wedge salad and shrimp cocktail, which my friend got a steak slider. Wedge salad had some fresh greens, but had a little too much blue cheese sauce for my liking. Shrimp cocktail was good, but I was a bit confused as to why there was so much cocktail sauce. Seems like a bit of a waste. Service was good. Our server knew what we were here for and was super nice about it. Even told us that the record was four. Yeah, maybe in my old life I could have tried to attempt that. Now? Not worth. Really enjoyed the prime rib here. Took a look at the regular menu and that stuff is definitely not as cheap. This month they are running a 7.77 special on 4 items; wedge salad, prime rib slider, shrimp cocktail and a vodka martini. We both ordered a glass of wine. Hub got 2 sliders, I got the wedge and we split a huge baked potato. All the food came at once..I tried the slider...it was magnificent...these need to be on the bar menu from now on...would come in just for these! To me I think the prices are a little steep compared to other steak restaurants, but you're on the strip, so be prepared. The Cesar salad could have been easier to eat if it was already chopped up. My husband said it's one of the better French onion soup he's had in a while. My filet was prepared to how I ordered it, but was it $90 good ? My friend had the chicken dinner and that was really good. I tried some of the chicken and it was moist and seasoned well. My husband also enjoyed his prime rib. After browsing the menu we opted for two drinks which weren't bad but not the best we've ever had. We ordered the chips and caesar salad to start. The chips werent bad but tasted similar to a bag of kettle bbq chips with an interesting flavored dip. The Caesar salad wasn't chopped which was rather annoying and the dressing tasted more like a vinaigrette than ceasar. The steak was good, just a touch crispy along the edge on one side but wasn't bad for a filet. We opted for smashed potatoes but didn't realize they would come out as mini potatoes. That was slightly disappointing as we expected one thing and got another and the waiter didn't mention anything about this. Food (4/5) - 8oz Wagyu Rib Cap steak - it was a pretty good American cut cooked medium rare with good marbling and light salt and pepper seasoning. Very enjoyable meal. - Bloody Mary Shaken & Stirred Wedge Salad - it was unique but didn't seem to work for me - fried green tomato, bacon, blue cheese stuffed olives with a Bloody Mary vinaigrette. Check-in was easy enough if you're familiar with the kiosk process It's affordable and convenient, but the heavy perfume smell didn't come close to masking the stale cigarette smoke For New Year's Eve, we had an 8:30 PM dinner reservation at Jack Binion's Steakhouse inside Horseshoe. Unfortunately, the service experience left a bad taste. The hostess wasn't welcoming; rushed, no smile, no "hello," just a dry "Do you have a reservation?" She said , "they're getting the tables ready". Whatever that means. We weren't in a rush. 15 minutes goes by and we waited. where we were told and finally walked to the bar to get a drink but the martini came out dirty (not what I ordered) and had to be remade. We finally seated around 8:45 PM and started with Oysters Rockefeller. We were warned, "It takes a long time," which was fine--we weren't trying to rush. Our server, Duff, was friendly enough, but wine service was not it. When asked about reds, he said he doesn't drink red because of his dental crowns and couldn't really guide us beyond suggesting "one of the blends." We ordered the Paraduxx 2020 Proprietary Red for $125. The wine arrived after the oysters. We ordered the NYE special ($149), plus French onion soup and creamed spinach. I mentioned we were sharing and saving room for dessert, and Duff told us we couldn't share the NYE surf and turf which felt unnecessary, especially since we were still ordering plenty of food. Food-wise, flavors were on point, but they forgot our lobster at first and the baked potato wasn't hot. The lobster eventually came out. We enjoyed our mean and were ready for coffee and dessert... except the check was dropped without that option. When I reminded Duff I'd said I was looking forward to dessert, he told me the chef went home. On New Year's Eve, at a steakhouse offering a prix fixe special, that's pretty hard to wrap your head around. I asked for the manager and he truly seemed like he could not care less. Upside: after dinner, we played blackjack and actually had a pleasant experience. But then checkout happened. This morning we were stuck in the parking garage for an hour because the gates weren't working. I walked from the fourth floor down to the bottom and literally helped direct traffic. People couldn't get out using their room key or after making a payment, cars were backing up, and the gates would work intermittently. Sometimes all three would lift at once, then all three would stop again. I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach someone for help only to have AI direct me to no help. All I could think about was: what if there was an emergency? People would be trapped. So yes, there were some highs. But the lows outweighed them by far. The biggest issue is that the automated "everything" has replaced the human experience, and when it fails, there's no urgency, no ownership, and no real care for guests. Shame on you corporate! Shame shame shame! Recently the high ups decided to change the menu. The idea was to lower the prices and add a side dish to the steak. What could go wrong? Well, the price looks good on paper but the quality of the product went down. The ribeye is a fraction of its size and it is so tough and difficult to chew. The quality of the meat is now so poor and it has little flavor! Even the potato is smaller and not the same quality (not sure how one messes up a baked potato). As I was there, tables of regulars were leaving their food being and telling the staff how terrible the quality was. The poor staff looked so upset as they had nothing to do with the change. You can see the staff concerned how long this place is going to remain in business. Another disappointing change, due to the price, the clientele changed too, making dinner more like a reality tv show than a night out. This used to be a place we came for date night or to celebrate special occasions, but that it is no more. It is nothing more than a glorified Outback. This company has made lots of terrible decisions over the last several years. I hope the corporate people recognize their mistake and fix their menu before it is too late. Although the traditional Binion's steakhouse, located at Binion's Casino downtown is much better (I state this half joking), although catering to a different clientele. $11 Italian Salad, nothing special... $55 New York Strip, party of 2 ordering one 'rare' and the other 'medium-rare'. Presentation is very 'lazy'. Both NY Strips were uneven not cut to the same dimensions! While cutting into the steak it was clearly overcooked (both). Sending the 'rare' back requesting to re-do, the replacement arrived (after a long wait) only barely seared on one side!! The taste was something unexpected! The meat is marinated in a red wine sauce with odd seasoning. As I requested the menu, there is no mention of marinating. The steaks did not meet the pictures of the restaurant's posters promoting the restaurant! As 'most' steakhouses serve beef and dry-aged beef at a slightly higher price, it is worth to go there. 1/5 Stars -- Food Is Excellent, But One Server DUFF, Completely Ruined a Special Night! My fiancée and I have dined at Binion's Steakhouse at Horseshoe between five and seven times and have consistently loved every visit -- the atmosphere, the food, the nod to old-school Vegas charm. It had become one of our go-to spots, and I was genuinely thrilled to bring my parents here for what I envisioned would be a truly special evening. Instead, I left embarrassed, frustrated, and honestly a little heartbroken that a place I had talked up so enthusiastically delivered one of the worst service experiences I have ever had at a fine dining establishment. The culprit was our server, Duff. From the moment he approached our table, the energy was off. It took nearly ten minutes just to get a drink order taken -- not because the restaurant was overwhelmed, but because Duff simply was not present or attentive. When he finally did arrive, things went downhill fast. I asked about the $7.77 legacy menu -- a beloved staple that was very much alive and available during our visit just weeks earlier in December. Rather than a simple and respectful "I'm sorry, we've updated our menu," I was met with a smirk. A literal smirk. As if my question was beneath him. That set the tone for the entire evening. When my mother expressed interest in lobster as an entrée, I asked Duff about it politely. He snapped back that lobster has never been offered as an entrée -- only as a steak add-on. Whether that's true or not is beside the point. The way he delivered that correction, sharp and dismissive, as though I had asked something ridiculous, was completely unacceptable. We are paying customers at a fine dining steakhouse. There is absolutely no universe in which that response is appropriate. But the moment that genuinely made me want to get up and leave -- the moment I am still thinking about -- was when I ordered my filet mignon medium rare plus. I have ordered steaks this way at dozens of restaurants across the country without a single issue. A good server finds a way to communicate a guest's preference to the kitchen. Instead, Duff looked at me and, in a condescending tone in front of my fiancée and both of my parents, essentially told me I didn't know how to order a steak. "Sir, medium rare or medium -- that's how I have to put it in the system." Fine. But the way it was delivered was humiliating. I felt talked down to like a child at my own dinner table, in front of the people I love most, at a restaurant I had personally vouched for and been excited about for weeks. That is an inexcusable way to treat any guest, let alone one who has been a loyal, repeat customer and a Diamond member at Caesars properties. The disrespect didn't stop there. Duff's table etiquette was simply not at the level you expect from fine dining -- repeatedly reaching over and across guests rather than serving from the proper side. At one point, my father indicated clearly that he wanted to keep his bread plate and knife. Duff attempted to clear it anyway. My father had to repeat himself -- "I want that" -- and Duff's response was to drop the plate back down on the table without a word, without an apology, and walk away. My father was taken aback. I was mortified. That interaction alone speaks volumes about his regard for the people sitting at his tables. The irony is that the best service we received all night came from the server's assistant -- the gentleman refilling waters, delivering food, and clearing plates. He was everything Duff was not: warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. He deserves recognition. I did speak with the manager before leaving and lightly communicated my dissatisfaction. He was pleasant, but nothing was offered to acknowledge what had been a deeply disappointing experience for a table of loyal guests. I communicated that I was a diamond player there when I asked him to put the points on my diamond card. Not like a free dessert would have fixed the issue, considering we wanted to get out of there ASAP! The food, as it always has been, was excellent. The steaks are phenomenal and the quality of the menu is not in question. The steak knives were dull -- and unfortunately, so was any sense of hospitality from our server, DUFF. Duff does not have the temperament for fine dining. His dismissiveness, his condescension, and his complete disregard for the comfort and enjoyment of his guests is something I cannot overlook. I brought my parents to this restaurant because I wanted them to experience something special. Instead, I spent the evening embarrassed and apologizing on behalf of a place I used to love. We will not be returning. Oscar's will be getting our business going forward. read more

Service was to a T, appetizer of the calamari and oysters Rockefeller was excellent and Jacks Cut was juicy, medium rare with smashed potatoes and bbq beans. Located at the same site of the previous BLT, and the interior design and some staff are still the same from BLT. But unfortunately the food is not as good as BLT. This location doesn't offer the bread. They don't have the famous lemon creamy lobster from BLT. The steaks are nothing outstanding but extremely salty. The lobster (add on) is definitely overcooked and very dry. The scallops entree only come with 3 scallops for $59.95, way overpriced. The only good part here is probably the chocolate layer cake, very moist and not overpowering sweet. read more

The service is fantastic. However, management decided that the menu needed to be changed. So they took away favorites like the seafood tower, French onion soup, changed the Caesar. Why change what works? I just don't get it. read more
