This place is AMAZING, I don't even know where to start. Initially we were sat in the corner of the back room where all the sound filtered to. It was unbelievably loud and we debated leaving. Fortunately there was other seating available in another room that was perfect for our group of four. The staff is all amazing. Our server, Mark has quite the sense of humor. Felix is the man, we greatly enjoyed his charm and personality. Alex was polite. The team is what really helped turn the evening around. We opted to skip a starter and had the Dry Aged Prix Fixe. One had the wedge salad while two had the French onion soup. The salad was unbelievably delicious. The onion soup was a healthy serving and delicious, not too salty as onion soup can be. The melted cheese on top was amazing. We all had the 20oz ribeye. I can't believe that is possible after the amazing soup and bread. The flavor of the steak was to die for. Dry aged is something else, takes the meat to the next level. We have walked by the case for years and finally got to see what the hype was all about. This is so worth it. We ordered a few cocktails and the spicy shrimp. The spicy shrimp was like honey walnut prawns covered in a spicy sauce. Delish! I had to get the French Onion Soup and it didn't disappoint! So deep in flavor and the melty cheese, omg. I could've eaten several bowls of this! I also got the filet and the truffle mac and cheese. All so delicious! Another amazing dinner evening at edge. We made a reservation the day before. Staff is great as always. One of the best Moscow mules I have ever had: yum! And large! Popover bread complimentary. Not my style much, everyone loves it but I think they have a weird flavor. Probably lack of salt. Served with salty butter however still something is off. Appetizer we had the seafood for two that had the most delicious warm butter white sauces. I was spooning the sauce by itself at some point. It's a show to get it served as it comes with fog drum dry ice and I love when they do that. The millennial in me comes out and has to film it:) Platter came with 5 king crab legs, 4 shrimp, 6 oysters. And the sauces, and lemon. Others also got the spicy shrimp which is cry level for me so an absolute no go. It's the others favorite. Sadly no octopus on the menu. Main I had the edge salad which was mehhh ok. Truffle chips are good but little weird with this salad. Delicious asparagus is my favorite. Endives as well which is cool but personally they could have been left out for me. Nice dressing but nothing memorable. I got a new side dish they offer: stuffed portobello mushrooms with Boursin. I love Boursin and you can't go wrong with that but I found the flavors rather odd. It shouldn't be sour, yet it tasted like lemon juice was in. Underwhelming. Very sad they took off the amazing Brussels sprouts and gratin dauphinois off the side dishes menu. Not only were sat ten minutes before our reservation but the staff was so nice and helpful. Every single one of them. We shared the wagyu tar-tar as our appetizer and that was almost enough food for us. For our entrees I had the beet salad and sea scallops. WOW. The beet salad alone had me saying, "oh. my. GOSH." For literally the first 6 or 7 bites. The goat cheese (I believe) was whipped and the perfect ratio to beets and citrus on the salad. Places beautifully on top was so type of toffee or candied brown butter for a crunch. WOW WOW WOW! The scallops were amazing as well. Perfectly seared. A nice temp and served on top of a puréed butternut squash. My partner had the 40 day marinated dry rub strip. He loved it and his backed potato was HUGE. What a joke. The Burrata salad had an excellent Burrata on it! Why? Because the Burrata certainly wasn't made here. They somehow managed to make a salad too salty. I'm not sure how that is even possible but kudos to the chef! After about a 40+ minute wait for our French onion soups they arrived burnt, salty, and without spoons. This was my first experience at Edge Steakhouse. Being a huge Elvis fan I was very excited to eat here and the decor did not dissapoint. The ambiance is that of a 60's-70's fine dining complete with dark lighting, reds and golds everywhere. The scattered pictures of Elvis were a delight. The service was impeccable! As with most fine dinning, we had servreal servers coming around giving us various things. The most helpful was the beverage server. I ordered the 3course Pre fixe which came with salad/soup, steak, side, and dessert. I ordered the poached pear salad whic was very tasty, 10oz filet, medium, and loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection and truely melted in my mouth! The potato was very dry and there weren't enough toppings on it. For dessert, I got the cheesecake with lemon glaze and fresh berries. This was okay. It was an incredibly huge piece and I didn't feel as though there was enough lemon flavor For the price point (over $100/plate) I would expect all of the food to be out of this world. We experienced great friendly service from the staff and amazing food. The cheddar popovers were light and delicious. I ordered what I call "The Happy Meal" which is a three course prix fixe. It really disappoints me to leave this review. We visited Edge steakhouse last year for my wife's bday and it was amazing. My wife fell in love with the ambiance, the service and most of all the food. I decided to replicate the experience for her this year. Booked 3 nights at the Westgate Resort and Spa last weekend. Treated her to a nice massage and facial at Serenity spa which did not disappoint.. Unfortunately cannot say the same about Edge Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the seating arrangement was not the best(sat us next to the kitchen), in addition the server was disengaged, our food was not cooked as my wife had requested. I hate to say it, but the best part of the meal was the bread and drinks. Server noticeable flaws: We were never provided the specials of the day or never got a customized experience like other patrons received. We continuedly had to ask for refills. We were not checked on, and finally they seem to not give us the chance to finish our meal before asking if they can remove our plates. servers seem so distracted and confused that he brought us a new set of forks and steak knives not realizing he had already served us our dinner. He then came back and said "Oh wait I already bring your meal!" Not sure what happened, but it definitely could've been a way better experience. read more

They were able to fit me in at the bar since I was a party of 1 after a 30-45 minute wait, not the worst. The food itself was very mediocre - I'm big on steaks and have eaten much better from Los Angeles and especially New York. I ordered the supposedly 40 day dry-aged ribeye and it had almost no flavor and was almost certainly not dry aged. I had to add salt to it to actually give it any decent taste and used the roasted garlic they give you which was tasty. The cook on it was fine, would expect more sear and a more even cook from such a high end restaurant. The truffle Mac and cheese was good, but nothing to write home about. I got the burrata salad which was a bit overly acidic but probably the best thing I ate. The dessert cheesecake was huge but tasted like something you could find from a decent store. The man serving me at the bar was very reasonable and did a solid job. Given the price, I would definitely pass on this place. As expected, if you want great food in Vegas you generally need to leave the Strip. read more

I'll be honest, we were at this resort and didn't realize the gem of a restaurant and steakhouse we had that close without having to leave the resort. If I remember correctly it's the number 1 rated steakhouse by trip advisor when I was doing my research trying to find one close. First of all, service was impeccable by our server Liman! He gave us a tour of where Elvis's private room where he ate while performing there back in the day. Liman was attentive to our every need and never had to ask or look for him if we needed anything. He was always on point and attentive. Very cool to see a bit of history that night. The ambience felt modern with a flair of an old school steakhouse, and the bar invited you to grab a cocktail before you sat down. Every table was decorated with an ornate chandelier. Our drinks were never empty, and our table was tidied up immediately after each of our plates was finished. We decided on the six-course entree to celebrate my husband's birthday, which proved to be the right choice. Each course was carefully prepared, and the dinner bread was the best we've ever had. My husband had the best birthday celebration and truly enjoyed the crème brulée and salted caramel brownie dessert. The crème brulée was served to us with flames on top and the salted caramel brownie was served to us with steaming hot caramel poured on top in front of us. We were also served a small raspberry dessert dish in between dishes to cleanse our pallets, which came out with a dry-ice bowl underneath producing a neat steam effect. This was my second visit to the Edge Steakhouse. I came prior to the Manilow show. The room is elegant. It's not really large and I think I sat at the only two top table in the room. I had checked the menu online and I had one question off my server. I opted to get the three course dry aged prix fixe meal. It offered a choice of soup or salad, a 40 day dry aged rib eye (American wagyu), truffle fries as a side, and cheesecake for dessert. You make the choice for starter, side, and dessert. I ordered an iced tea and it was soon brought. Later, a server refilled my glass and left the bottle with extra tea on a plate on my table. She stopped by again and topped off my tea. Edge doesn't serve bread in a standard way. Instead, you get a warm popover and some butter. The popover is good. I was asked if I wanted a second one, but I took a pass. I didn't want to fill up on that. I got gazpacho for my starter and it was very good. The tomato was think and had a small spice flavor that was very good. The chopped vegetables were very fresh and crisp. I ordered my steak blue and it was done that way. The chef seared both sides nicely but not enough to ruin the very rare interior. For my side, I got truffle fires with parmesan. It came with two dipping sauces that I tried but didn't use much. These fries were the closest thing to an addictive food I've had in a while. I almost ate the whole dishful. For dessert, there was a choice of cheesecake or crème brûlée. I went with the cheesecake. It was very cream and just a wonderful ending to the meal. Overall the experience was nice. Checked in early and seated early. Was seated at the back of the restaurant in a booth. The environment was calm and quiet as there was about five other seated guests thought the back of the establishment. The weight staff was great, attentive and friendly. The food was delightful as I had the salmon and asparagus. The Pino was well chilled. Only thing that is never good to see is a place of class have guest in street clothes and jeans. I do understand we are post COVID and dining establishments have suffered for a few years so turning down business isn't in any establishments to do list right now. One would think there is at least business casual expectations with the dress code for diners. It seems to be more and more common to see nice restaurants allowing any type of dress attire. After living in Vegas for several years, I've taken my time getting around to just about every steakhouse in town. Last night had me wondering why I waited so long for Edge! The experience was so great from top to bottom. Instant elegant feels upon entry that continue throughout the entire dining experience. Mark was our excellent server who offered great drink recommendations & made us feel like old friends with his hilarious sense of humor. Emelda was also really sweet, and didn't miss a beat making sure our waters were always full and the table was tidy. Food!!!! Popovers were a perfect start w/ salted butter that tasted really fresh. Then came the beet salad, agnolotti, and wagyu beef tartare: all fantastic and beautifully plated. Butternut squash soup was definitely a highlight with its gorgeous presentation and flavor that graduated with each stir. Shoutout to the foie gras mousse! Perfectly cooked wagyu and ribeye were our mains that came out with 4 really good sauces. The au Poivre was my fave! Sides were the garlic mash (better than most), brussels (easily 5/5), and a really memorable truffle mac & cheese (6/5) At this point, I was stuffed, but had to try dessert. The chocolate sphere was truly insta-worthy, and tasted 56,848,291 times better than it looked. So rich! I also had a couple bites of the cheesecake that was also overly divine. The Executive Chef (Dustin, I think?) was so kind and welcoming, he stopped by to chat about the food for a bit and obliged us with a photo after the meal. Man, I love this place every. freaking. time I come here. Every single time. I only have photos of my most recent visit though, and it was "not for my birthday" The food is so freaking amazing. I have yet to try even so much as a crouton I didn't like here. Sorry there's no photo (of the steak ) you'll have to go experience it for yourself. The sides are good here, the salad and popovers are good here and the mutha-freakin creme brûlée is so creamy and fresh I could taste the better cream, I simply can't describe it, you don't know the subtle differences in high quality food until you've tasted the good stuff. And another not pictured item, that I didn't want to spoil for WHEN you go eat here, is the cheesecake. ITS CHEESECAKE DONE RIGHT. The wagyu steak had me singing and dancing AT the table, the cheesecake had me dancing ON the table. They give you an enormous slice (not oh I'm so skinny I can't take three bites enormous, I'm talking "here's your fkn cheesecake, Shaquille o Neil big.) Yeah it's upscale. Yeah it's expensive, but as they say, "treat yo self" because it's not fair to live a life and not have had some really great high quality food.
