I placed my order mid-morning having easily navigated their website and made my selection. I appreciated the ease of the website, and the follow-up emails they sent with receipts and such. Imagine my surprise when I received a notification just over an hour later that the order had been delivered! Truly the fastest flower service I think I have ever experienced! The friend texted me that they were absolutely beautiful. Given this experience, I would not only recommend them but will definitely use them for future floral needs.

I am rating a poor 1 star for the Edible Arrangements (EA) on Decatur Las Vegas, because of the lack of responsibility they ensue on their employees. The manager, owner maybe, sent me a letter say they apologize for my dissatisfaction of customer service for the delivery driver. I did not want a letter from the owner, but the employee, MICHELLE, who screwed up my Grandmother's 82 Birthday!!! I had to call corporate office twice complaining that this store did NOTHING absolutely NOTHING for the inconvenience they caused on my 82nd year old grandmother, my family and ME!!! UNBELIEVABLE I tell you, just UNBELIEVABLE!!! Why did I have to be the one to follow up on my case for the complaint I had made? All I wanted was a sincere apology from MICHELLE, saying it shouldn't of happened. She only accepted the driver's side of the story, and practically REFUSED what really happened and then had the audacity to ask me "WHY I MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE?!" You don't ask the customer that?????? Come on!!! The letter was very impersonal. They only "wrote" and sent the letter of apology because corporate made them. They don't mean it. If they did, they would have made MICHELLE hand write it and sign. I don't I think I will EVER order from ANY Edible Arrangements again. And I will definitely be telling people I know, of the horrific experience this place on Decatur did. The bouquet of strawberries, pineapples, melon, honeydew, some dipped in chocolate, some just adorning the bouquet with their own healthy delight, was excellent. The fruit was so fresh and delicious. The strawberries were huge and sweet. The pineapple was so good and ripe. They provide the very best produce available covered in chocolate. It is a memorable treat you can share with others as a gratitude offer or as a bouquet for someone special. When I returned the ornament's vase and fruit display items for recycling, they were very kind and grateful to receive them and gifted me with a very nice treat. I heard in the news that the price of chocolate has been going up, but... See's is no longer a mid-tier chocolate place, it's top tier! A chocolate pumpkin was $4.25. The 2 lb. box of chocolates that I got was just shy of $70. $70! My mom likes See's so I'm sure I'll be going back to pick up gifts for her, but personally, noooo.

I ended up buying $41 worth of randomly bagged candy for me and my fam and in return I got a stamped reward card for June- If you spend 40 bucks in a transaction, you get a stamp for the month. Get 3 months stamped by October and you get a $20 gift card- more stamps equals a higher denomination gift card but I don't remember what she said. She also threw in a handful of samples while checking out. I guess this is a new thing bc I was at a see's candies in Reno earlier in the week and they also gave me a healthy serving of samples (almond royales & peppermint krispies). Seriously -- check out their website and book one ASAP. The store itself is a total foodie paradise -- full of gourmet goodies, fancy oils, spices, cookware, and all kinds of culinary treasures you didn't even know you needed. But the real gem here? The cooking classes. That's what sets this place apart from any other kitchen store. We went to the Tuscan Surf & Turf class last Tuesday evening, and it was such a fun and hands-on experience. The class started at 7 PM, and right away the chef made everyone feel welcome. The setup was super organized -- all the ingredients prepped and waiting at our stations, everything spotless and professional. We started with steak tagliata (so tender!) served with arugula and crispy fried capers. Then we made risotto, and wow... I had no idea what goes into making a proper risotto. It's a full-on process that requires patience and technique -- constant stirring, timing, and tasting. I walked out of there with a new appreciation for every chef who's ever made a creamy risotto from scratch. Before we even started cooking, the chef did a demo showing how to make brittle and vanilla panna cotta for dessert. Watching the sugar caramelize and seeing the panna cotta come together was so cool -- and of course, we got to taste everything! A few notes: You do have to wash your hands and tie your hair back. Hygiene matters when you're sharing a kitchen space with others! You'll be working in small groups -- so be ready to mingle. We got lucky -- my boyfriend and I had our own station, which was perfect because we could do our own thing and keep it clean. (Some people washed their hands once and called it a day ). At the end, you get to take home all the food you cooked, which is honestly such a win. We had a full dinner for two ready to go by the end of class. The class was the perfect mix of education, fun, and laughter. It's such a great date night idea or even something to do with friends. We learned, we laughed, and we definitely ate well. We've already signed up for another class next month because we loved it that much. And let's talk about the store -- they truly have everything: baking tools, cookware, sauces, spices, chocolates, gadgets, and more. Yes, prices are on the higher side, but honestly, so are their competitors. You're paying for quality, and the whole experience is worth every penny. If you love food, cooking, or just trying something new -- this is the place to go.
