I have always loved Edible Arrangements since the first time I received one 30 yrs ago. So much more interesting than flowers! The fruit is always fresh and beautiful. This week I had an experience that made me love them even more! I gave an incorrect apartment number, and they weren't able to deliver to my addressee. After a couple of calls back and forth, I was able to speak to someone and have the delivery sent to the correct address 5 days later. Obviously, the order had to be made a second time BUT THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME A SECOND TIME. That is some quality customer service! Thanks, Edible Arrangements! I'll be using you again soon! read more

When I order something I expect to get what I ordered. I ordered a kiss emoji balloon with another birthday balloon and they just put two balloons that didn't even go together. And they delivered birthday balloons at 630 pm. The birthday is damn near over. Definitely would recommend picking another location when ordering in this area. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location. I requested a same day delivery from the options on their website. They called me close to the time I was set to pick it up to let me know they couldn't do it as they were at capacity leaving me in a pinch as now I had to find something else to purchase for that day. Then they offered delivery the next day which I was never updated on I had to call and was told it was set for their 5pm route. I kept in contact with the people that were to receive it as they waited all day at home for it and then was told by the shop that delivery was unsuccessful when people were at home waiting for it. When they called the next day they said they would try again the following day and at that point I was done with them. Super disappointed and was still charged for the "delivery". read more

I received a beautiful arrangement from friends after a family member passed away, but the chocolate covered strawberries were over ripe and oozing out of the chocolate and the honeydew was so underripe, we ended up pulling it all out and throwing it away. So today I'm celebrating my 5th Wedding anniversary. I decided to purchase this arrangement for my wife and added the number 5 to the arrangement for additional price. I pick it up and didn't pay attention to the arrangement, I was just excited to get home and give the arrangement to my wife. I am really happy with the service we received at this location. When my very thoughtful Aunt recently sent us some chocolate and caramel dipped fruit, some of the items had melted during delivery. When we noticed that the Salted Caramel Banana & Apple Fruit Truffles came melted, we called them right away. The person who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. She even let us pick out something else! We decided on the the Chocolate Covered Strawberries. When the Chocolate Covered Strawberries came the next day, everything was fresh and delicious. My son said these were best chocolate covered strawberries he'd ever had. I tried the Chocolate Dipped Apple Wedges that were sent the day before, and they were really great as well. This location was wonderful at helping us resolve the issues with the melted items quickly and pleasantly. We will definitely use the Edible Arrangements location in the future! read more

I was looking for a little godr for someone and thought this would be a cute idea. The three stars is because the store looks nice and clean. My order was ready when they said it would be. The customer service on the other hand is not their strength. They seem to want to rush you. I was greeted promptly and tole thenlady that I was looking for and idea for a gift. She simply pointed me to the tablet and that was baout it. No recommendations/suggestions. I looked at a few ideas and all she did was ask if I wanted a bear or balloon. So I placed me order and came back about 40 minutes later. When I returned I was greeted pretty quickly. The lady who took my order didn't take my name down but they found it. The lady said "here you go" and walked away to partake in the chat that was happening with her co workers. I noticed that small cards on the counter. Didn't even offer or mention that. I ordered 10 days in advance for Valentine's Day and it was saddening to find that they have managed to messed up my order and yet COMPLETELY FAILED in everything that they stand for. Picked up a $110 Edible Arrangement for Easter. I had ordered extra chocolate covered items and instead of telling me they're to big for this arrangement , they shoved them all into the arrangement making it lopsided, crowded and very heavy . All the chocolate was sweating by the time I drove 10 minutes to my sisters house . Used cheap chocolate too. We could not pull the fruit out by the stick and eat it off the stick ! I have been a little leery ordering delivery products because so many other places have let me down, even the carriers. But I gave Edible Arrangements a chance and Gaby and staff did not let me down. Not only did she receive her fruit arrangements and balloons all at once but was able to get it before the offices closed. All her co-workers got a chance to see and even taste the delicious fruit. Avoid this place!! Terrible customer service, delivered to wrong door, and it seems the employees do not communicate with one another. The day of the scheduled delivery, the delivery person calls me to confirm the address. He had the correct address and I also confirmed that he could leave it on the doorstep because I was not home yet. When I got home, nothing was there. I tried calling the delivery person back and there was no answer. They never sent me a picture of the delivery either. The next day, I called inquiring about my order. I spoke directly to the manager who was rude and condescending. She was unwilling to help me locate the package and kept repeating that it was delivered. She said that a picture was taken and I politely told her that I never received a picture. When I asked to talk to the manager, she said she was the only one. When I asked her to connect me to corporate, she refused. Fast forward to a WEEK later and I still had not received my order. Finally, a picture was located and sent to me. The picture confirmed that it was NOT delivered on my doorstep but rather to another house 2 streets away. After continuous back and forth, they were unwilling to acknowledge the error in delivery, even though there is photographic evidence that it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of apologizing and finding any way to remedy the situation, they simply stated that they can re-order it and I can come PICK IT UP from the store myself (even though I had paid a delivery fee). So after all of this and a confirmed error on their part, they refused to give me a refund, a discount, and even to DELIVER it to my house! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Heed my advice and the other negative reviews on this Yelp page and take your business elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately, this location did not have the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse arrangement that I was eyeing for my nieces and nephew's birthday party, but I went with a regular delicious arrangement, and it was beautiful! Some of the fruit did not taste as fresh, however, and in the end, my sister commented that she could not believe that a few fruits would cost over $70. To be quite honest, I thought that there would be more for the price that was paid.
