I left there thinking I immediately was going to leave a good review just based on the customer service alone, which would make me come back. I reached out for support when I received a VM that it would not be received the day it was "guaranteed"... I reached out the next morning to get an ETA but no answer. I called multiple times and each time, no answer! The VM stated it would be prioritized for delivery the next day. It arrived at my home after 8pm that next day. The outside of the box was a disaster and messy then this is what I see? I mean talk about zero effort and disgusting fruit! We paid over $60 for this?! I have submitted feedback, tried calling. I was on the phone with Paul and talked him through getting the dog back into the house and the door shut. My daughter has 4 littles ones and one of them forgot to shut the door. I stopped by Edible yesterday with a bit of an odd request. For context, it's my child's birthday, their school is extremely strict on what is allowed to be brought as treats for her and her class, everything has to be made from a company and nothing can be made from scratch. One of her friends, however, is allergic to everything, my only solution was fruit. I walked into the store not looking for anything big as it's one kid. I explained my situation and Brianna, the store manager, was more than happy to accommodate, she gave me a single small skewer with strawberries on it and wrapped it up with a ribbon. I haven't been to this location but ordered the "Delicious Party" party size through the website for an 80th bday party that I was unable to attend. The order process was simple enough. We've had two gifts sent to this location that we only picked up. The first experience they emailed to let us know that our basket was ready. We drove over to the location and let them know we were there for pickup. Apparently they ran out of the colors that were supposed to come with the basket so they upgraded to the premium cookies. To be honest I'm not sure what the difference was only because it was gifted but appreciate that they offered replacement. I have always loved Edible Arrangements since the first time I received one 30 yrs ago. So much more interesting than flowers! The fruit is always fresh and beautiful. This week I had an experience that made me love them even more! I gave an incorrect apartment number, and they weren't able to deliver to my addressee. After a couple of calls back and forth, I was able to speak to someone and have the delivery sent to the correct address 5 days later.
