If I could give zero stars I would. I got a new job and my boyfriend sent me a large arrangement as a congrats and to share with everyone. He ordered it almost two days in advance, and the delivery driver brought it the next day at literally 5:01pm. Not only was it so late that everyone was gone, but if it had been 5 minutes later, I wouldn't have even been there to receive it. And clearly the driver knew that so he must've been rushing because it came looking like it had been through a rough ride. Pieces were broken, some were in the bottom of the plastic because they'd fallen off their sticks entirely and it was slightly warm and had a ton of condensation on the chocolate pieces. So I put it in the fridge. The next day I took it out and ate some, because otherwise it would've gone bad, and that's just so wasteful. Some of the fruit was already bad. And because a few pieces had been eaten, when we called the employee told us she couldn't do anything, and then when told it was damaged she said the driver took pictures and it was fine. I'll be contacting the better business bureau because they just conned him out of $130 for a subpar product and horrendous service! read more

This location has a horrible costumer service. I spent 113 dollars for a Valentine's gift . Bouquet of flowers, box of chocolates and a note. The day it got delivered it got delivered inaccurate, missing flowers. Surprise factor for Valentine's out of the window. I have ask my wife about the flowers, to find out they didn't get delivered. Call customer service, wait wait they have to call store wait wait they said the we're going send driver back. Later in the day it didn't happened when they said he was going to be back in a few minutes. I call store wait wait customer service don't treat you like a customer. Unfortunately, this location did not meet my expectations. I ordered a birthday Confetti Fruit Cupcake Dipped Strawberries with Belgian Chocolate Pop-large yesterday as a present. Fruit arrangement was expensive, so I expect to get what I paid for. The strawberries were dripping, they were not fresh. The arrangement itself was not impressive. If I could leave a 0 star review I would! After years of being a consistent customer, I have never experienced such horrible service. I placed an order (my usual) for my Mother's 60TH BIRTHDAY! I placed the order 12/14 morning & was set to be delivered the same day (on her actual birthday)- I always notate my delivery instructions with "leave at front door" if they are not home & it was ALWAYS accommodated. Well safe to say not only did the driver NOT listen to the instructions, but my mothers order was not delivered b/c they failed to do what was asked. For years, that has always been my request- yet this time that was the most important day for it to be done correctly they failed! I received an email saying delivery unsuccessful. I ordered with the Orange, CA store- since that is what populated as the nearest location of the delivery, come to find out it was transferred to their Anaheim store without my knowledge. I called and spoke to the clerk who was apologetic and did not what to do as her manager or supervisor was not on duty. It was almost 5pm, when they close even though google shows 6pm. I was so upset, but was told we will make another attempt, well the driver was unreachable and the store the order was transferred to was not answering. I GAVE UP! Not to mention that this was a surprise order, and the driver called my Mother asking her when she would be home to delivery her edible package. Knowing there was nothing I could do at this point, I waited till the morning to speak to the manager- I call the store and finally speak to the manager and all she had were excuses, saying we do not leave packages outside which was blatantly false b/c again I am a avid customer and request that to be done every time. I asked how she would feel that on one of the most important days, her package does not get delivered when expected, she then says, "well I am in this field its expected"- is that a way to sympathize with a customer, who spent her hard earned money on a gift during these times?! She did not apologize, or bother to provide some kind of compensation, whether it is $5 or $10 off the next order. Unreal- this will be the LAST time I order from Edible arrangements. Thank you for letting this consistent and faithful customer down, to the point where she will not return. PS: Train your employees better! read more

Horrible customer service, I had a really bad experience with them. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and the order came with a free box. My daughter pulled out a HAIR out of her mouth DISGUSTING! Called to complain and ask for refund BUT since the hair was in a strawberry that came in the free box then it wasn't important to them nor was it a big deal! Did I want a free box to make up for their lack of cleanliness/hygiene? (That's what was offered to me). Heck no!!!! I want my money back for a service/product that was unacceptable!!!!!! Both arrangements were beautiful with strawberries and dipped fruit was delicious. I was so impressed, I order myself an arrangement for mothers day with the money my mother-in-law sent me. I call about several locations around 4pm that were not willing to help me out even though their delivery service ends at 5, then I called this one in Orange and I was pleased with the customer service Raphael gave me! He did tell me that they weren't delivering anymore but he did give me another option for delivery that worked amazing! I felt like he went above and beyond to help me get the right fruit basket for my husband (which he loved!) Raphael was super patience with me, answered all my questions!
