Desert was written on menu as strawberry crème brûlée but it was actually regular crème brûlée with small slices of strawberries on the edge. It was delicious. There has been a surge of Mediterranean restaurants opening in Staten Island and there is a lot of competition. There's a small parking lot in the rear so that helps since New Dorp is tight. So I headed down to the Americano cafe. It was my first time visiting This restaurant and I couldn't understand why?? lol. This place has such a cool laid back vibe. Reminded me of a cafe in Puerto Rico in isla verde. There are comfy chairs to sit and perhaps do some flex work. It has an outdoor and indoor area. And the food was really good. I had the bacon and eggs with avocado and small salad on the side. I also had the macha lata lata. So good. I will for sure be back to chill and grab a wrap! You should too!!
