The was my first time at Edley's for lunch. The host was welcoming and the place was clean and nice enough. I had a chicken sandwich that was served on a cold bun. The fries were warm but not hot by any means. I found the pulled chicken to but a bit vinegary. The Cole slaw side was bland and also warmer than I would expect. I left most of it on my plate and really had no interest in packing it to go. I think the service is great and maybe that is way the food is supposed to be, just not my taste. read more

My experience was more like a 3.5 star review for the food, but the young man taking our order tonight bumped it up to a 4 star! He was so friendly, helpful and really interacts with the customers! He even came up after we ate to check on us and asked us how everything was. Definitely went the extra mile. Now as far as the food went. I had the 1/2 chicken with the two sides. Chicken portion was small and the chicken was dry. Flavoring on the skin was good,but I always take the skin off. My two sides were the green beans, good flavor but over cooked and mushy. The second side was the Mac and cheese, only so-so not much flavor so I didn't eat it and neither did my grandson. Hubby had the salad, again small portion but he said it was good. He rated it 7 out of 10 and said he would order it again. Grandsons had the wings and burger, which they said were really good. Daughter and son in-law had the brisket tacos and said they were also good. Basket of fries were also small so we had to order two but flavored nicely with a good crisp. If I come back I would definitely stick to the tacos or the burgers. However, when you go to a barbecue restaurant, you want barbecue! read more

Heard so much good about this place. Not impressed at all. We had wings, brisket, pork, and catfish. The wings were great. Brisket nothing special and hardly enough on bun. Catfish was ok. It was catfish nuggets or strips. No whole fish. I had 4 lil strips. My plate looked like a child's serving The thing that was negative was the horrible vinegar cole slaw. I like vinegar slaw but this was terrible. The pork was so dry. It looked like nothing but bark. Idk. I have eaten at Jacks Bbq, Peg leg porker, Martins , and many other as well. Not going back here. Nothing impressive about it. Plus. It's the new type of service. No wait staff. There isn't parking and the whole 5 points area is already saturated. So don't wast time here. The food is amazing! 10/10 would recommend. I wasn't expecting the experience to be as good as it was the first time I went. I didn't look into it beforehand, so I didn't know it was an order-before-you-sit establishment. I guess that's common in bbq places now that I've been to a few. Edley's is not that good! They are often out of brisket. We have given it several chances and it's even out of other meats, soda flavors that we like. It's too expensive for what you get! read more

Always a great place to eat. Also a great place to cater. Had 2 daughters weddings catered by them and they were awesome. Wings are fat and always tasty. Sides are good. The only thing I could complain about is macaroni and cheese. They add some hot seasoning to it and my wife says it's to spicy and grandson doesn't like it either. Food was good, but your management and staff need A LOT of customer service trading. Poor attitude, condescending and unaccomodating will not have me returning. In todays climate and economy and the completion for finning customers Edleys lost me, my family and my friends for a long while at least. Plus be more careful with Maryins nearby. read more

We went for the first time today & we are still talking about how fantastic the food was 5 hours later. I had the pulled pork nachos and I already wanna go back for seconds. This is definitely going to be a new go to for us. The screened windows also add to the experience soo you can enjoy your food with some fresh air! The staff was friendly.
