This was my second visit. My first visit was so much different (perfect) that I opted for a second visit. Big Mistake!!! Had to order through door dash as after several attempts to call with no answer I tried that. First, sandwiches were sloppily made and wrapped. Second, they were out of strawberry for the Eegee's we ordered. They said they tried to call but no one answered. That was a lie! No one called. Third, the girl behind the counter (Madison) was barely audible! Please speak up! Fourth, the largest drink was wrong. A pina colada /skinny berry was ordered and we received a mango/skinny berry. It was my son's (who paid for the meals) and he hates mango! Fifth, on my way home I realized the 4th drink was missing from the kids meal. I've tried to contact the restaurant (Brandy- the shift manager for the particular time of day I ordered) several times last evening. It's out of frustration that I'm writing this review. Consistently good, high quality fast food. Just wish they would bring the steak sub back. Love the fries with ranch dip.

I love the eegees chain down in Tucson and decided to stop in the Casa Grande store only to be disappointed by the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The staff members were too busy showing each other their phones and talking about how they couldn't wait to be off and what they did for their week instead of acknowledging the customers walking in and waiting in line. On top of that the fries we had ordered had almost no toppings and took over 15 minutes to receive. If this was the only impression I were to have of an eegees I would never come back. read more

July 21st, 4:45; Had the worst service, asked for a special order sand which. They messed it up I took it back after taking one bite realizing the sandwich had cheese, which upsets my stomach. I asked to speak to the manager, a pregnant woman, Cathleen came up to me, and immediately started getting loud and getting upset with me. I asked for a refund, and was told no, since I had taken a bite of the sandwich, and told her I would be contacting corporate; she told me to do it, and find somewhere else to eat! So I left, and will not be eating here again! I am just amazed by the poor treatment I received from this woman! read more

Love this place! I always went to the other stores down in Tucson. This one makes them look a bit run down and some of them are in bad locations but I still love going to them. The food is great, Simple and I like it this way. They don't make much but what they do is done vary well. read more

Great sandwiches and Italian slushy drinks . Nice to see a Tucson favorite over here and Cassa Grande. I love the food but can't stand the wait when a mother of small children shows up and expects them to make a decision on what drink they want . Love the subs here, as well as the frozen treat! My kids love it too, with their French fries can't go wrong if you only want fries! Best part of the place is the service, we always get a cheerful voice and friendly face when you pull up to the window! Cannot go wrong with excellent customer service, always had a different employee each time we ordered and it was all the same level of service, excellent. Disappointing, at one time Eegees had good service and unfortunately the need to be fast has hurt service, try to get the food you order to arrive to you as you ordered it is a nightmare. The famous eegee drink no longer has the fresh fruit it used to, some things are worth paying for and some are not, Eegees is just not what it used to be. read more

You can tell they take pride in their customer service. For the most part it appears they use better quality food than most restaurant. There food was good. Similar to subways but way better. They use canola oil as a frying oil. I don't think they use microwaves...at least I didn't see any behind the counter. For being a first timer it was a lot to see on the menu. I had to grab the to-go menu to see how the sandwiches were made. I got the all new spicey grinder, wife got the original grinder, kids got the turkey club, roast beef and turkey, and turkey ham. We then went back and order the sugar free(made with truevia) eegees(slushies). One thing they could improve on is the employees' knowledge on the food. Since people are now more aware about what they put in their body, it would be good if the employees knew if there was HFCS or artificial sweeteners in the eegees and ect.. Overall good experience, just a bit overwhelmed when ordering. read more

Every time I drive to Casa Grande for work, I get multiple requests from family to bring them back some Eegee's -- We LOVE us some Eegee's! The standard shaved iced flavors are awesome, but they throw in a new flavor each month to try and it's often seasonal and tasty. I always thought they were just a shaved iced shop, but then decided to try a turkey sub and fries one day, and I was not disappointed! Not only do they get it right with the food/drink, they have the PEOPLE part of business down too! Every time I walk in, I feel welcomed by the energy of the people that work there. It's strange to say this, but even better than the way the customers are treated is the way the employees seem to be treated. There are always managers working right at the counter with the other employees, and they are always kind, and encouraging to the employees. They also give discounts to all service men/women, every day, no questions asked. I love seeing good employers in action. Best shaved iced around (wish they weren't so far away!), and love what they do in their community! read more

Yes... I love Eegee's... I have to admit it could be a bit of a problem for me as I drove from Chandler to Casa Grande just for an eegee and sammich in the worse rush hour traffic. If that isn't love I don't know what is because we all know Arizona drivers are ... well you know. I always get the pina colda mixed with lemon eegee and a grinder / or turkey sub and don't forget the ranch fries! The one is Casa Grande is new and clean not that I can say the same for the ones in Tucson. read more

I like the Icee's because they are refreshing in the summer heat. The food gets a minus 2 stars. The menu consists of cold deli sandwiches and crinkle cut french fries. The sandwiches are of the lowest quality and the fries taste worse then a school lunch item. If you like their cool drinks, check it out. If your hungry, goto the grocery store and you will have a much superior meal compared to this garbage food. Also, they use styrofoam everything in their restaurants.
