This is a really tasty brunch spot. They have about seven different types of french toast. I'm not a huge french toast person but I love their Cinnamon Bun french toast. There is always a long wait to get a table but the staff does a great job of managing the crowd. This is a great place to take people when visiting town. It in a lot with other stores and restaurants so they have a huge lot with plenty of parking. I've never had an issue finding a spot. read more

Egg harbor is pretty good breakfast/brunch place. The restaurant gets pretty crowded over weekend and they have limited waiting area. You would be checked in their system and sent a text message when your table is ready (on crowded days). The parking situation isnt the best in this complex. People are in and out frequently, you should be able to find a spot fairly quickly if your lucky. The breakfast menu was decent. Prices are really good for the quantity, service and the food itself! I've enjoyed other EHC locations, and really like this one. They don't seem to have as many gluten free options as I remembered, but the menu is extensive and I suspect anyone would find something they like. We stopped here after researching on Yelp about breakfast spots. We arrived and was added to the waitlist which was about 40 mins at the moment. We walked across the street to kill time and right when we were in our way back, they informed up that our table was ready. Patty was our friendly waitress and checked on us often. To start with, this place has some of the best COVID protocols in place that I've seen. Excellent social distancing, responsible staff, virtual menus, the works. I have been waiting to come here because on the weekends it is a mad wait for sometimes over 1.5 hours. But this experience was definitely worth it. I couldn't decide between the homemade hash or the Aztec omelette and my brilliant husband mentioned getting hash as a side not the meal with eggs. That's what I did and was able to try both! The hash would have been really good with over easy eggs on top and some cheese, as a side it was good but I'm glad I had the omelette as my main dish. The eggs are fluffy, my husbands eggs and bacon came out looking perfect. The chorizo in my omelette was delicious! They have a seasoning called their Harbor Season, it's a blend that's on the table, a little goes a long way, so don't over use it without trying a little first! Unfortunately, I don't have pictures but it's an above average breakfast eatery with the expected southern standards. I had chicken sausage which is link, and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered coffee, Two eggs over medium and grits. I asked for a biscuit but was given an English muffin. I was unimpressed with the grits but everything else was great. Coffee and waters refilled with carafes left at table. We were a party of four. My brother is diabetic and was able to get sugar free syrup. Employees are very upbeat and accommodating. Great prices, great quality food, love the ability to customize my order however I want, atmosphere is always a pleasure and the staff are always lovely. Some of my favorites here are the Ultimate Skillet, the Shakshouka with sourdough, the chia seed pudding, and the pumpkin seasonal pancakes. After running the Chattahoochee Road Race 10K in the area, my friend and I grabbed brunch at Egg Harbor Café. Before 9:30am on a Saturday, the wait was not bad. There's also free coffee at the front (not good coffee, but hey, it's free) for you to sip on while you wait. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes before we were seated. Service was pretty on point. The servers kept confusing our table for another one, but that just meant extra attention. I ordered a red velvet coffee (WHAT) which had a distinct sweet red velvet aroma. It came in a cute little personal coffee pot. I was craving something sweet (I mean, if you couldn't tell from my red velvet coffee order), so I ordered the French toast combo. I got the seasonal banana bread French toast with a side of bacon and two eggs over easy. UGH so good. I'm glad I got a side of something savory because while the banana bread French toast wasn't overly sweet, it was a bit much after the first slice. The hot syrup was a nice touch, though! We had a mishap with the quinoa skillet (i would not recommend it), but the server easily replaced it with something else once we commented on it. They were concerned with the taste and took the extra effort to make sure we got what we wanted! Great service on their part, from every employee we came in contact with! Overall, I was pleased with Egg Harbor Cafe. While the wait isn't optimal, I was happy with my breakfast and service experience. I ordered the Joes Healthy Scrambler with no potatoes, and I replaced them with grits. I liked the grits, however the thick layer of non melting cheese I asked for was not it. I put sugar in my grits I could not mix them properly. The main course was slathered with the same thick non melting cheese. Parking can be annoying here as it gets pretty crowded. It's a big lot but you may be parking a bit farther than you expected to during rush hour brunch times. They are efficient when it comes to wait times. They'll text you as soon as the table is ready. They always give pretty accurate wait times and sometimes even sooner than expected. We came back to give it another try like you recommended us to do, only this time the service was even worse the time before! We started off with coffee that wasn't fresh so we had to ask for another pot! As our waitress brought it over, she accidentally spelled coffee on my husband's shirt - he did not even make her aware of it. We just brushed it off. He's vegetarian so he asked for the skillet with the sausage on the side for me.
