Between the Big Kahuna Steak and Cheese, Roast Beef and the recently tried Hot Italian sub, plus that Rosemary Parm bread! A great combination!! The service? Just as good if not better than the subs!! Parking can get tight when busy...but that's what's great about curbside pickup....they will bring your order to you in the car. Ill be back soon!! I am not sure what is going on with this location, but the portion size has decreased significantly. This is very unfortunate. I come to jersey mikes because I get my moneys worth and today was not it. They piled a bunch of lettuce on my sandwich to make it look fuller. Not sure if management or employees changed, but quality/portion has changed. This location WAS the best in my opinion; fresh, portion, presentation. My goto is a giant turkey/provolone and today was the first time I ordered roast beef.....regardless, sandwich was flatter than subway, jimmy johns, all the above...terrible for $20 and to top it off, even skimped out of veggies; lettuce, onions, hot pepper relish, jalapeños (total of 5). I just recently tried Jersey Mikes for the first time because of a tik tok that i saw. I wasn't disappointed. It was the best sub. And it's really convenient because its on my way to work. 5 stars . Today , i got caught off guard by a snarky service representative. There were three people working behind the counter. One customer being taken care of.. so i come in, say " hi, can i get a..." i was cut off- " the girl will take your order.." i say" why cant you take my order?" " because im doing the register , see where it says Order Here,? " pointing to the sign where the other customer is. Hmm... ok.. I'm on my way to work, yes , i shouldn't have waited til the last minute to leave..but i don't understand why someone else couldn't start my order, if the other rep is busy with someone else. I mean, thats why there are three of you guys working and not just one. Right? The longer I waited behind a one person line with two other reps just standing there behind the counter, the more annoyed and angry I got.. so i just walked out. Too bad..am i wrong?? I have never heard of Jersey Mike's until I moved to the Plano area. I saw it one day and decided to try it since it's close to my work. I must say, they have some of the best sandwiches. My favorite is the Chipotle Cheese Steak but today I got the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak and it's just as good. The staff were all friendly and even gave me extra pickles when I asked for it. I may need an intervention. I've now eaten lunch at Jersey Mike's 3 times in 2 weeks. The 1st visit was curiosity, the 2nd visit was to confirm that my first visit wasn't a fluke - gotta make sure I don't misrepresent and all - and the 3rd visit was purely selfish. My 1st sandwich was a #8, Club Sub, with turkey, ham, provolone, bacon and mayo, fully dressed (Mike's Way). It was good enough to make me drool a little while I was writing my review. Paired with sea salt and vinegar chips, my tummy did a happy dance all the way through the afternoon. My 2nd sandwich was a #43, Chipotle Cheese Steak. Big, hot, spicy, crunchy, gooey love is what this sub was all about. I don't care if it's authentic or not, this bad boy was delicious. The chipotle mayo gave it a spicy bite and the cheese completely melted into a tasty glue that held the whole thing together. The grilled onions and peppers were perfectly cooked to be soft without being mushy. Who wants mushy veggies? My 3rd sandwich was a #9, Club Supreme, with roast beef, turkey, swiss, bacon and mayo, decorated Mike's Way. Holy shit, batman. This one almost did me in. I don't know how they make their bread crunchy, chewy (in a good way) and soft all at the same time, but I like it. The mixture of spices and vinegar and oil gives these sandwiches a very pleasant zing. But the biggest reason I'm taking Jersey Mike's into 5 star territory is the staff. I'm pretty sure the owner has worked the register the last 2 visits and he couldn't be more friendly if he sat on my lap and wiped the corners of my mouth. The rest of the staff, in all their beefcake glory, are just as pleasant. You hardly notice moving down the line because of the easy banter. Even before I ordered they were checking in on what I was looking for and how my day was.. so easily great customer service. The store was clean and the meats looked fresh and cut for the order on the spot I was asked very subtly and nonchalant for extras with extra charge and what they didn't charge for. I added avocado (very fresh) to my sandwiches and extra cheese. The only downside to the sandwiches wats there wasn't many condiments other than mayo and the 2 vinaigrette's. The meats they offered were also low sodium like on the Turkey or California club. The sandwiches were deliciously fresh and juicy although for a full club it's a bit pricey. read more

We got the club sub, Baja chicken wrap and Jalapeño chips. We ordered through grub hub. Unfortunately the chips were left out but I called and they were happy to refund the money for that. The club sub was delicious! It had crispy bacon on it which I loved and it tasted very fresh. The bread was also good. The Baja chicken wrap not so much. It was very soggy and falling apart. The chicken in it tasted alright but all I could really taste was wilted lettuce and tomato. Overall I would order from them again but probably just a sandwich. read more

Bathroom: Didn't Use Dining Area: During lunch hour the dining area looked averagely clean considering the traffic and time of day. There were some interesting artifacts hung up around the dining area. Customer Service: The order got placed over the deli counter by a nice young lady. She was patient but the customer service was average. No menu recommendations, didn't ask any additional questions or repeat the order back. When I got to Adam the cashier he was the same way. In fact, Adam was mostly confused which in his case was not good from a customer service point of view. The Food: I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwich Regular size. It was ginormous but the ginormous size was even more ginormous. Everything was fresh which is expected. Price and Restaurant Style: The price is equivalent to the portion you are given. I paid over 10 dollars for a regular size hot sub, chips and a regular size drink. The restaurant style is highly dysfunctional. They kept asking me over and over if the cold sandwich was my sandwich. Its definitely not fun having to repeat myself. Environment: Typical Fast Food just less organized and more confusing to navigate. Overall Experience: Below Average. Not a place I wanna go to on a regular. Too dysfunctional. read more

There are a handful of better hole-in-the-wall delis and sandwich shops out there but if you want a fast and delicious sandwich consistently across several locations, Jersey Mike's is where it's at! I've dined in and ordered to go at a handful of Jersey Mike's, including this one, and it's always been a good experience. I'm not a fan of their hot sandwiches (the meat is always bland) but the cold sandwiches are great. They use fresh ingredients and don't slice your meat or cheese until you order it. The topping selection isn't as crazy as a couple of other huge sub sandwich chains out there but they have what you need. A regular sandwich is about 8" long while a giant is a giant 16" (I think; I haven't measured them). Depending on type, the regulars run about $7-9 with chips and a large drink ringing in at another $2.79. The line moves fast, there's almost always a place to sit, and the crew behind the counter have always been friendly and polite. read more

We ordered through grub hub. Great delivery time and the sandwiches were fresh and full of toppings. I was worried they would be soggy due to being delivered, but they stood up really well. One of our sandwiches was a "mini" even though we had ordered a regular. And the other sandwich was requested to be "mikes way" minus the oil and vinegar, add mayo. My husband and I eat here around once a week. The sandwiches are always fresh and well made by an attentive staff. The staff is courteous, efficient, and very observant of necessary PPE precautions. Pertaining to the N Central Expy (Plano TX) location: So I ordered my sandwich via online, filled out special instructions for my order and they still got my order wrong! I called. Asked to speak with the manager and the guy who answered already knew that it was me and that they messed up on my order. When I asked if the instructions were read, he responded snidely that he can read he goes to college. First of all, I must say that I'm giving 1 star to this particular location, because of how bad I was treated by people who worked there(bunch of snooty Plano teenagers, I can't believe I'm paying for their school systems). If I could give zero star, I would. I don't eat here, because I don't eat meat and the vegetarian sandwich and wraps they offer aren't that good(believe me I tried them), but my spouse loves Jersey Mikes and the particular location. I was there to buy a sandwich for my spouse while he was at work. Now, it's not hat complicated to place an order at a sandwich shop, but every time I opened my mouth, they had something else to say about it such as, "oh, it doesn't come like that or this!!". Ok, I'm just telling you what my spouse wanted on his sandwich. I was so tired of them treating me like a dumbass during this whole process, I shut my mouth. I paid with cash and wanted the purchase credited to his Jersey Mike reward card and the jackass said "Oh you don't have to worry about that, because you're paying cash!" Yes, I get that, but I want this purchase credited towards the reward program. He said nothing. I stood there for about 10 minutes and they said nothing. Then I realized that they left the sandwich sitting there and failed to tell me it was ready(I'm sure they're being a dick about it, because I wasn't taking their nonsense). I grabbed it and left the establishment and told myself never to return. I gave the sandwich to my spouse and he said that it wasn't how he wanted. These jerks didn't or couldn't even make the sandwich correctly. They're so stupid they can't even make the sandwich correctly just to be annoying and being jerks. Jersey Mike's makes me think of a souped-up Subway. They even have a Subway-esque map of New Jersey on the wall. As a cartographer, I can appreciate that. The food is sliced, deli style, in front of you. However they dont seem to have an option for thick, thin, etc. They offer three kinds of bread - white, wheat, and parmesan rosemary. I got the latter, and it was excellent. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly but all seemed to be white late 20s guys.
