Dined in with a group of 10+ people, and the staff were very kind and accommodating for our party despite the fact that we had not notified them of our large group in advance. The service was excellent and our server was incredibly patient and kind as we asked her to split the bill an excessive number of ways. I highly recommend their omelets--the Denver & Tillamook Cheddar Omelet in particular. It was so cheesy, I had a satisfying cheese pull in nearly every bite. My only complaint was the sliced banana they included in my side of fruit was very obviously brown and unappetizing in appearance. I could see myself coming back to this restaurant in the future, primarily because of their quality customer service.

I was eager to try this place after seeing great reviews but I think I set my expectations too high... We got the Dutch pancake, eggs Benedict, eggs with sausages and country fried steak. The foods were okay. Nothing special. If anything, it lacked flavor and was a bit dry. I would say out of all the things we ordered, the scrambled eggs were probably the best... Service was a bit slow but the restaurant was really crowded for Saturday brunch so I can understand. Maybe we came on a weird, off day. Maybe we'll try this restaurant again next time

It was OKAY. I got the traditional eggs Benedict and it was a bit bland. I wouldn't order it again. You have the option between a side of fruit or hashbrowns. I personally don't like hash browns so wasn't super stoked about the options and wish they offered something like breakfast potatoes or fries. My husband got the waffle meal. The waffle was good and the better choice. My main complaint is that prices were steep for the amount of food you get. I think each meal was $16.99 and mediocre.

What a great place to have breakfast on a Saturday morning ! The breakfast bowl was so good and bigger portion.

It took 45 minutes to get our food, Sunday is busy so keep this in mind. My husband loves the bacon and eggs at this restaurant. This was my first time. My toast and hash browns were excellent. The omlet was not so great. The eggs were overcooked and there was so much salty bacon on it and the minute amount of avocado was undetectable. The Christmas music was a nice touch.

Great quick breakfast place, food is great and service is awesome. Quick to serve even when it's packed. Also have healthy options for my specialized diet. They have outdoor patio seating (with both heaters for the winter and misters/fans for the rest of the year). Very clean since it's still new. Been back twice in the last couple weeks. read more

Solid breakfast joint that is pretty close to home. The omelette was delicious. Loved the onion and avocado combo. I do wish that the hash brown portion was a little larger. Also, I wish there were some gluten free options. The pancakes looked delicious. Solid service. read more

Looking for a new breakfast place and this showed up on Yelp. It's a very clean open space that reminds me of The Original Pancake House chain. The menu is great and I had a hard time ordering because everything look so good. I decided on the German pancake platter. It's a very large crepe like pancake with lemon wedges and powdered sugar. It was fantastic. Could have had another. Coffee was hot and really good too. Waitress was right there with refills and a check. Very well done. read more

We had a very good experience with our first visit to the new Egg N' Joe here in Chandler, which made us happy as this area really needs a great breakfast option! We arrived pretty late in their day (around 1:00pm) so there wasn't a wait but the service was still friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself is comfortable and inviting. Our server was attentive and all smiles. She kept the drink refills coming and our food came out just as ordered and was quite tasty. We are always a bit reserved when visiting a restaurant that hasn't been open for very long because they often need time to get all of their operational ducks in a row before making a positive impression. But that wasn't the case here. We will be back and hopefully the experience will be just as positive in the midst of a customer rush as it was on this slow afternoon. read more

Holy balls, this place is fire, I mean to legit, the German pancakes are a giant crepe, "good lord that's a lot of pancake". The eggs were spot on for being over medium and believe me not every cook knows how to cook eggs correctly, I know weird right?. I definitely recommend this place, and will be coming here regularly, don't let the host scare you away with the wait time, he said 35 mins and we were sat in about 10ish, kid friendly place as well, the blue hairs love it as well. read more

I visited 2 weeks after they opened. I got here around 9:30 and it was slammed. I was impressed that they were on top of everything and the service was great. I had the crepes, biscuit, hash browns. Food was good but nothing extraordinary. read more

Delicious It's a really busy place and we had to wait about 10 minutes but it was worth it! I had bacon, ham,& scrambled eggs wrapped in crepes with hollandaise sauce & it was really good! So yummy!! Really enjoyed the potato pancakes and the bacon is to die for. We were seated outside immediately on a Sunday around 9:45am, and there were heaters outside to protect from the brisk Arizona morning. The German pancake!! That is what drew me into this new breakfast place , and that is what you need to try ASAP!! Our waitress said you could order the German pancake any way you want it. I went with the traditional style , which means your pancake comes topped with powdered sugar and lemon wedges. It tasted just like a lemon bar , it was so good! The batter was light and crispy, and pancake itself had to be The size of a hubcap. I ordered my German pancake with two eggs and bacon. The bacon was thick cut and perfectly cooked as were the over easy eggs. My husband ordered a plate that included eggs ,bacon, hash browns, and a biscuit. The biscuit was fantastic. It tasted like something out of your grandmothers kitchen. Overall I give this place a five out of five . Because this place is new , make sure you arrive early this place gets crowded quick read more

Hubby and I did our morning walk on Saturdays and decided to have breakfast here. It was getting pretty busy around 9ish but the wait wasn't too long 10-15 mins. Tried the farmhouse crepes and they were yummy! Coffee was great and super hot (which makes the coffee taste good). The whole menu looked really good. Our server Kayla (hope that was her name) was super nice and helpful. Entire staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back for lunch! read more

After my 1st review I was contacted by the manager Hope who apologized for our previous experiences and she sent us a coupon good for 2 meals. We went back today and had an excellent experience. The wait wasn't too long and the food and service were great. The crab omelette and crab benedict were very good plus our waitress "C" took great care of us. read more

We love going here for breakfast! The girls who work here are always so nice, great service, they remember what we order and most importantly: it's always done right. Every time. If there were a mistake, they'd fix it I'm sure. But the food is always well made, hit, fresh, and consistent. Many other restaurants should strive for this, because it's truly what keeps us coming back time after time. Remember, we can get food anywhere... Eggs were cold and waffle was blend. Had no sweet taste. The syrup wasn't sweet either. I had a cranberry mixed with apple juice and it was very tart. I let my waitress no about my food and she said sorry and bought me the check. She didn't offer to remake or for me to get something different. I'm highly disappointed. This was my first time at this establishment and I won't be back. The only reason I give one star is because the bacon was good read more

This was one of a couple options I could find. We attempted to dine here for dinner on a previous occasion but it was a long wait at that time so we went elsewhere. This time we showed up around 10:15am on a Saturday in June, and we were quoted 90 minutes for two people. Fortunately there was room at the bar, so we were seated immediately. The decor is very clean and subtlety higher end. It is an open floor plan with the bar towards the front door, which is also accessible from the large patio (in cooler weather times) that has mister fans and a lot of shade. They have one of the nicest and cleanest restrooms in the valley, with complementary sea salt scrub and high end paper napkins. They also have a couple luxurious event spaces, one of which was hosting an engagement party. My mom tried a non alcoholic drink special with decaffeinated tea and fresh juices, with a little flower on top. She also tried the avocado toast. She enjoyed both but she said the avocado toast was a little spicy, albeit she has an extremely low tolerance for spice. I opted for the breakfast sandwich and black coffee. The coffee came in a neat mug with an oversized handle that was very ergonomic. It was good, but slightly watery. Was at least comforting to know it wasn't laced with tons of pesticides like most restaurants' coffee. The egg, bacon and avocado sandwich was delicious. The egg and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the bread was nice and soft but not too dry. The greens on the side were fresh with a nice vinaigrette. The service was excellent, all of the staff were friendly and seemed to be happy to be there. All in all I was impressed with this place. The only thing I wish they had on their brunch menu was an omelette, because this is first place I have been in a very long time that isn't a fine dining establishment, where they actually know how to cook eggs properly. They were fluffy, moist, and light. I don't bring this up as a brag, but I attended culinary school and learned proper scrambled egg (French style) technique years ago. This is the first place I've been in a long time that gives my eggs a run for their money.

I would like to try some again if they weren't as hot. My husband, was probably Happy because he ended up eating the rest of them himself. Lol. We all loved the nachos. I liked the ones with the ground beef Best. And my boys and husband loved the blackened chicken nachos. My four guys all had burgers and fries. No complaints and no leftovers. So I think that went good. I ordered the sirloin with the smashed red potatoes and Parmesan toast. I ate every bite of the steak. I couldn't finish the potatoes. I could tell you they tasted delicious though. Sadly, nowhere near our house or else we would go again and often. I only remembered to take one picture after I drained it in A1, which is my preference. But there's a picture. The staff were Uber friendly. Overall, we would definitely return. I only had one complaint. Do not get ice water. It was the most disgusting water I've ever tasted. I ended up asking for a bottle of water because I couldn't even sip the water after I even drowned it in lemon. They need to do something about that. It's gross.

On Saturday, October 26, I experienced an appalling level of service at Eggs N Joe, located at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo in Fulton Ranch, Chandler. After picking up my cousin from the airport, she expressed a desire to visit this restaurant, a place she has previously cherished. Despite having noticed a decline in service recently, I decided to give them another chance due to their proximity to my home and the generally positive experiences I've had there. As a regular patron who consistently leaves a 20% tip for excellent service, I expected a satisfactory visit. Regrettably, this visit was anything but satisfactory. Our server, Ashley, took our order. My cousin requested a German pancake with extra lemons and powdered sugar, chicken, apples, sausage, scrambled eggs, and orange juice. I chose chicken sausage, apple chocolate sausage, biscuits, eggs over medium, crispy sides, and fruit. However, when our meals arrived, the eggs were undercooked, and my cousin's German pancake contained a hair that was clearly not ours. This was both unhygienic and unacceptable. When I brought these issues to Ashley's attention, she acknowledged the hair and apologized, admitting she had not inspected the dishes before serving them. She mentioned there were new cooks in the kitchen, which had been chaotic all morning. Ashley assured us she would rectify the situation and brought over the manager, Naomi Winterton, to address our concerns. Naomi's response was shockingly defensive. She raised her voice, which was completely uncalled for given our calm demeanor. She mentioned that other staff had labeled me as a "picky" customer and implied that this restaurant might not be suitable for me. This response was dismissive and insulting, especially as I am a loyal customer who tips generously when service is satisfactory. Naomi's refusal to provide the owner's contact details and her suggestion that I was no longer welcome at the restaurant was outrageous. I felt discriminated against, as I believe my experience would have been different if I were not a person of color. Is this how you treat all your customers? Do you track who complains about their food? The lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by Naomi was alarming. Out of nowhere, she threatened to call the police. Why would you call the police? Simply because I asked to speak with the owner? She behaved like a classic "Karen," trying to play the victim while being the aggressor. Customer service is about ensuring patron satisfaction by addressing concerns with respect, empathy, and efficiency. It involves creating a welcoming environment where issues are resolved amicably without confrontation or belittlement. It was disheartening that Ashley, instead of standing by her manager, chose to hide after disclosing that the kitchen was a disaster that morning due to three new cooks. This information was only known to me because Ashley shared it. In conclusion, this experience was disheartening and unacceptable. I plan to communicate with the restaurant's owner about this matter, as Naomi's handling of the situation was neither professional nor appropriate. I will also share my experience with others because no customer should feel unwelcome or discriminated against in any establishment. I urge anyone with similar issues to record their encounters to ensure accountability. I hope that Eggs N Joe will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. read more

BE PREPARED TO WAIT! We went today and waited 30 minutes to be seated. Once inside, we got a booth by the window- it was kind of warm in there, so we told the waitress to request the manager turn it down for us. It was also really loud in there, with REALLY loud music playing. My family and I quite enjoyed out meals, the german pancake was SO good. I have never had one before, and my husband ordered it as a combo with 3 eggs. One of the eggs came out late, but we had plenty of food to share. Our waitress, Angela was apologetic that it ran late, and came to check on us often. The host ( Angelica? could be the other way round) was extremely friendly and asked how everything was. We come here regularly but don't usually review places. After yesterday, we decided it was time. My wife and I come and she ALWAYS gets 2 crepes with strawberry filling, and one crepe stuffed with eggs instead of a meat and eggs side dish. All the waitresses and cooks are always so accommodating even though it seems like the staff is always completely changing. Place is always busy, so strange the servers don't stick around. Had the worst experience every in my life. I will never come to this place ever again. The services was so poor and my server rushed us to pay because she was going on break. My dad order two glasses of water and never was given and when the manager came to the table my father told him he never receive the water and the stupid manager looked at him like oh okay and the manager never apologized for us not receiving some water. I mean "Come On" how hard is it to have great customer service. I've been in customer service field for 16yrs and it's not hard. That manager needs to be talked to. read more

Things were good from the time the hostess opened the door until the time we left. What started out as a party of 6 having breakfast before going to work on a Sunday morning ended up being a much larger party of 10. They adapted and were able to move us so we could all sit together. The food was really good and our server was attentive, funny and kept the coffee flowing. This is what breakfast should be! The decor is bright and the place is squeaky clean. When it first opened, I had a few doubts. No more! At first I ws disappointed that they had no gluten free options but our server, Angela recommended eggs benedict ( the hollandaise is gluten free people!) on top of hashbrows instead of the english muffin and I got fruit on the side.
