When my mom comes into town, she always asks if we can have Egg Works before heading home from the airport. She especially loves the Habla Diablo seasoned potatoes and the banana nut muffin. I've been here a million times and ordered something new every time and have never had a bad meal. The servers are always so kind and service is quick!

Egg exact what you need! It's not only eggs they serve all sorts of different things. What's your function? We recommend all courses here. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or middle snacks in between! You come and decide . For here or even to go! It's best here! As soon as you walk in look up. The model train circuit circles the entire restaurant. It's truly too cool! When you are seated they hand you a menu! It's so cute. What's not to love? What to order? Wow, we need a few minutes. Try the waffles ! Mmmm! When you dine in, we have many times the train captures your attention most of the time. The order process is just fabulous always. The food is amazing! Every time we have been here it's utter perfection. Even in the chaos of the individuals that come in your here and they have a great system to make sure all are happy. Come and get your egg on! Eggs are not your style! They have all sorts of different ways to eat and make your tummy happy. They have different types of proteins and. dietary restrictions if that's your concern. The staff are amazing and we are awaiting you. Let's make it happen over breakfast!

Pretty good American breakfast place! Food (5/5): This place has got your classics as well as some Mexican and Hawaiian food options. Food is good and portion sizes are huge. Ambiance (5/5): It's a cozy place! Everything is farm themed and there's an automatic toy train circling the restaurant. This place is generally busy on the weekends and mid-mornings. If a wait list is available, take advantage of it. Restrooms were clean and tidy. Service (4/5): Staff were friendly. It took longer than expected for our food to come, but I understand the restaurant was a little busy. We were not asked on refills or to-go boxes. We did have our server check in with us once during our visit.

Jakhori was an AMAZING server! He gave us the different options for our sides EVEN offered the half for my daughter fiesta plate. Everything taste so delicious! My omelette was stuffed with a generous amount of avocado which made it so perfect!!!!

Great food. They give you a lot of food. It's very fresh and tasty. The service is good too. They seat you right away. The server comes and assists at the right time. You can sit outside and eat as well. The ambiance is very diner style and family style. Great for groups.

Wow, what a breakfast! Now I know why they have 7 locations in the valley. Super charming diner decor and fantastic food. Not sure if the servers work in teams or if they just are helpful to each other but we received awesome service. My skillet was so well balanced of salty and savory. If you've never tried Egg Works and want a great meal stop by here!

Egg Works will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots. They are always crowded but service is always friendly and quick too. We ordered the kids scramble with bacon and my favorite skillet with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach. The portions are huge so we always have leftovers. They have plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch.

My hubby and I had breakfast here, and it had such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of breakfast options, soups, salads & sandwiches to choose from. I ordered the Hawaiian French Toast with a side of fresh fruit. My hubby had the Denver Omelette with diced ham, onions, green peppers and cheddar & jack cheese, served with seasoned potatoes and toast. Our breakfast was so good and we'll be back again.

This place has soo much style and flair. From the art walls to the train around the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, it was not too busy when we went. Ask our waitress what she recommended since we had not been there before. We went with the chile relleno omelet recommendation, it was great! I also had the fried steak, mmmm I can taste it now! It was crispy on the outside and juicy when you took a bite. I can wait to go back to Vegas just to eat there again! Oh the menus are printed on a news paper style, a unique touch. (I took 2 home) lol

Stopped in at Egg Works around 8 AM on a Sunday morning (August 24). Surprisingly, the place wasn't really busy at that time -- maybe everyone was still at church. Food? Excellent. Service? Excellent. No complaints. I ordered The Classic -- scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and sourdough toast. Normally two eggs never feels like enough for me, so I asked for a third. Well, turns out Egg Works must be using ostrich-sized eggs because three scrambled eggs took up half my plate. Not that I'm complaining -- I love scrambled eggs -- but if you're not an eggaholic, stick with the two they recommend. My wife ordered the same Classic, but with sausage instead of bacon and just the two eggs. Total before tip was about $51 for the two of us, which feels about average (maybe even decent) these days. Bottom line: great food, friendly service, fair price. We'd definitely eat here again.

Went today for a Valentine's treat. When it wasn't that busy I was delighted. As soon as we were seated the guy says "what do you want to drink GUYS"? We were going to order a Bailey's coffee or one of the other special drinks but he was rather huffy. So we rushed to say water please. He sped off. We looked at each other and said I hope he's NOT our waiter. Wrong, he was. He returned with the water and said are you ready GUYS? WE only found his name out because he told the "guys" (which was a table of 4 ladies) behind us it was "pK". We must of heard him say guys 35 times while we were there. Ok FOOD..'... that was brought out by someone else, no biggie. $9.95 for a club additional $1.95 for it to come on a croissant. No mayo, mustard nothing. It looked AWESOME. But was dry. And the heart skillet something, was just that. Something! So so gravy oily potatoes. We only ate half of both. Our waiter returned NEVER ASKED IF THINGS WERE OK? Just said once again, "here guys, thanks guys" dropping the bill. We didn't even know to pay up front. We will NOT return!! Thanks "Paul" "pK" and the kitchen staff for a not so nice Valentine's day treat. read more

I had gotten sat at a small table next to the kitchen. When it comes to breakfast, I really care about how the potatoes are done just as much as the rest of the meal. I did not enjoy the potatoes as it was over seasoned. Considering that was what was covering most of the plate it was disappointing. The food is just ok, nothing spectacular. The servers were kind and attentive, but it's not enough for me to come back. read more

My family and I came to try out Egg Works for the first time because my husband found a deal on Groupon. We both used to work for a very well known breakfast chain so our expectations tend to be high. We really enjoyed the food and service at Egg Works. Evan, our server, made the whole experience for us. He brought a muffin out for our children right after taking our order before the food came out. As you can imagine that was a hit for our kids. The food came out hot and fast even with the restaurant at capacity. We will definitely be back and make sure to ask for Evan again. read more

Exceptional commendation and appreciation to our wonderful, bright and lovely server, "LIV." What as an extraordinary kind young lady who was welcoming to our large family, had fabulous menu suggestions and made everyone feel comfortable and cared for during our meal at Egg Works. I live this location of Egg Works. Been to them all including The Egg and I's, and this location has the best servers and good. The whole place is clean, including restrooms. They have quality food, seems a little fresher then most locations. The server PK is great. He is quick with his service and fun and easy to talk to. Trevor is another great sever/manager at this location. The daily changing food specials are also really good. I get a lot of different things but my old stand by is the mashed potato omelette. It's killer!! read more

Fantastic service and a vast array of tasty delights here! The Santa Cruz skillet is a favorite. They have delicious signature banana muffins that come with all breakfast meals (almost all). One of the few places in town that let's you substitute fruit instead of potatoes. Also you can order half size orders if you don't want the humongous portions that they serve. The coffee is okay (I'm a snob though) but "okay" is better than the other crap they serve anywhere else. Plus you get your own thermos of it so you don't wait for refills. PLUS they serve Cincinnati chili here. Pretty much can't go wrong with this choice! read more

Came on a Wednesday around 11:30 am and it was full but no line and we were seated right away. I had "the works" skillet and it was very flavorful. It included ham, bacon, sausage peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, onions and cheese with 2 eggs and choice of toast or muffin. The breakfast potatoes are spicy but was happy to find out that you can order them plain. The service was very good and food came out at a reasonable time even during the time when the place was at full capacity. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu. read more

I had county fried steak, perfectly average. Not a very big portion for almost $12. Potatoes are quite salty. My mother ordered the fritata, came out covered in feta cheese, tons of it, even though the specials board listed it as having cheddar jack cheese. They remade it, no big deal. I am not fond of the atmosphere, very bright fluorescent lighting, feels very commercial. Our server Nicole was very nice. read more

My friends and I wanted to go to a place to catch up and Egg Works was perfect. Everyone was nice and the environment was fun. We all ordered something different. From the stuffed French toast to the biscuits and gravy; the food was delicious. Our waitress was awesome too! Ask for Reina, she was great and incredibly nice. We'd definitely come back. I was debating on whether to go and check this place out, having read good and bad reviews. My dad had gone and said it was great, large menu and good food. We went this past Saturday and it was just average in food. Service was terrible and the waitress had absolutely no personality or real desire to be there. Looking around, I didn't see too many smiles on the staff's faces. Yes, it was busy in there and it was loud but just didn't have a good feel about it, despite the cute decore. The banana muffins were really good but that's about it. My daughter and I both had upset stomachs afterwards. We won't be going again when there's other places that have better food, better service and more reasonable prices! read more

Would be 5 stars but they had offensive/racist country music playing. The coffee was a bit weak as well. Also, the booth tables are tiny... They give you two large waters and a carafe of coffee to go with the immense condiment carrier all on a 24"x36" table plus your food. The food was great though, and service was friendly and prompt. read more

Wow! What a fabulous new dining experience! Another new Las Vegas restaurant for us. Huge portions, one of a kind banana-nut muffin, delicious coffee - hot chocolate mix! The skillets, tho..... we had the country works skillet (gluten free), stuffed French toast sandwich, the veggie omelet with extra bacon, and Ensenada breakfast burrito...all simply extraordinary! Each skillet had an unique scrumptious flavor. Such excellent service from Rob G. And Dianne!! He was so personable and anticipated the needs our group of five! Stopped in here for a late night meal after going out with family on Water Street on a Saturday…read morenight. I hadn't been to this restaurant before but it is stunning and now I really want to come back for a real meal haha. They had a live band playing and I love that their wall opens up to Water Street and is basically a patio. It's gorgeous here. Our servers were great and so nice with us. I was the only one eating but my family all ordered drinks. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was really freaking good. I'm obsessed with hot honey these days and it really hit the spot. It came with fries which were also really good. This restaurant is gorgeous inside and reminds me of something you'd find downtown Vegas. I definitely want to come back again and get a real sit down experience. I'll be back for a date night for sure!

The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

We shared the prime rib special and got soup, shrimp cocktail and prime rib with corn and fries and a small piece of brownie for $24. Not a bad deal at all. Prime rib was a bit tough for most of the piece but the rest was decent to enjoy. It was good size. It was better 4yrs ago TBH. Towards the end of our meal, more ppl were seated in our area. Staff was still attentive. Definitely an older diner on the main strip of Water street.

We noramally dont write reviews but sense we had breakfast last week we have not been able to stop talking about our experiance. Im sure i could write a book on how great everything was but ill just highlight a few...Our server Randi was just amazing...One in our party wasnt being a bit difficult and indicisive and she did not budge and never dropped that beautiful smile she greeted us with...Not one of us saw the bottoms of our cups, our food arrived timely and was amazing...as i said we had a difficult one with us who weve never seen be happy with any restraunt was blown away with our experiance. Him bein happy trust me is something i thought id never see. (why i had to take the time to write a review). Price was right on with the food we recieved. I wish it was more practical to make this a once a week ritual but we live on the wrong side of town but who knows I think Randi made such an impressoion it might just be. I highly recommened and hope you have same experiance im sure you will if your fortunate enough to land in Her section. read more

Went to this location for the first time today to send a friend off on his journey back home, and was an amazing decision. Not my first visit to Egg Works but was by far the best. Definitely work the trip to Anthem. As always great food but what helped the experience was our service. I suggest asking for PK anytime you visit this location. His attention with service was bar none and he really made the experience that much better. I'll admit I am a gracious tipper for good or bad service but I felt PK was an outstanding person in and out of the work environment and was more than deserving of his days pay. To be honest from what I saw in the entire staff there was a unity hard to find in other chain restaurants, I believe a good family bond makes any business that much stronger and makes guests feel very welcome. Definitely worth the 5 stars, and I am more than willing to make a little extra trip to visit this spot again. read more

Love this place! Was a little disappointed that there wasn't enough gravy for the biscuits, but that won't keep me and my husband from returning. Was pleasantly surprised that they do offer some cocktails. The bloody Mary is so yummy. There were some other posts that said the "egg flip" idea was lame, I found it to be a clever idea. I'm not good with remembering who my server is and instead of looking like a fool, all I have to do is flip the egg and anyone will come and help. I used it a few times just to see how effective it was, it works! It wasn't like other places when you ask someone that isn't your server for something and they seem annoyed. Each time someone different came to see what we needed and all did so with a smile. That's customer service!!! read more

I am a Canadian tourist/ bon vivant/ customer service professional and a good eater [just ask my mom!] I came here yesterday on a recommendation by the locals [my cousins and hosts]. They promised me good food, bountiful portions and very good service. Not only was I not disappointed, I came back again today!! The menu is varied enough that I know that I will be back tomorrow! Both of my servers, Kelli and Randi were polite, pleasant, warm, welcoming, appropriately attentive and positive. I expect good customer service; because this is what I do. What a fantastic addition to the Anthem area. It may be a bit pricey, but the ingredients are so fresh and the service is great. They offer such a wide variety of items that my wife and I will keep coming back to try more. We asked our waitress, Rita, what she recommended, without hesitation she said the chili rellenos omelet. Wow, was she right! I wasn't too sure about the sour cream with eggs combo, but it was tasty!!! My wife is a healthier eater than I am so it was great that she could get egg whites and fresh fruit instead of the potatoes with her veggie skillet. Can't wait to come back and try the strawberry waffles I saw go by. read more

I had always driven by this place but I was curious about the food. Today we went and stopped there.The food was excellent one of my friends recommend we go and boy was he right. I had the ham, sausage, and bacon skillet which was delicious ,and the banana nut muffin I had was mouthwatering.Our server Candace, was pleasant and very hard working and had a good sense of humor. When there was delay, she notified us quickly. She was kind and considerate to the elderly gentleman that I was sitting next to me in the meeting. we had. My wife and I just had breakfast this morning. She had the Fresh Veggie Omelette and I had 2 Banana Cakes with a side of scrambled egg. Although the food was delicious, what made this an exceptional experience for both of us was the impeccable service we received from Andrea. Her attention to details, flawless service, and her extremely pleasant disposition made our dining experience extremely pleasant and one normally associated with a fining dining establishment. I would highly recommend Egg Works try to have Andrea cloned, I sense she is what the Gold Standard would be. read more

The food at Egg Works is really good. We ate there for the first time last week and came back again today. But the greatest thing about Egg Works is our server Kelli. She is amazing...she recognized us right away and remembered what we drank last time and brought them right out. I was impressed with her service last week and even more impressed this week. Btw..I have never done a review on Yelp ever and have never felt the need to recognize an excellent server before...because Kelli is that good. She is Eggcellent! I generally don't review because so many people just focus on the negative so unless it's really really bad I don't post. This is the complete opposite of that. We came to egg works for my wife's birthday breakfast today and had Diane as our waitress. She was phenomenal! Extremely personable and positive and fun. When she came over, it was like having a conversation with someone we knew even though this was our first time meeting her. Egg works already has awesome food but if you do to, ask for Diane and it just improves the experience that much more! Thanks Diane! read more

Egg works was better than expected! I've gone a few times with my family and friends and most times we get the same waitress Randi. Who I have to say is awesome! Great service goes a long way and Randi by far knows what she is doing with customer service. I tip my hat to the chefs the food is amazing! ! I think everyone agrees that the food can be good but if the server is rude and not on point the experience is bad....not here at this place not with that waitress! We are not new to Egg Works. Many, many times. Always on Wednesday mornings at 0900 hours. The food is good, it is close but the most important fact is our server. My colleagues and I are VERY appreciative of Ashley, the perky, sun-shining girl in the black glasses. My husband and I eat out regularly but I wanted to give special recognition to one waitress who served us breakfast on Sunday - 5/21/17. She is one person who not only makes you feel like she is truly interested in you having a wonderful experience at the restaurant, but I overheard her interactions with her co-workers and she brought a ray of sunshine to everyone she encountered. We LOVE Ashley! Oh. My. GOSH. The food is okay, but Ashley's personality and AMAZING service more than makes up for the crazy wait. We literally heard two different families personally request Ashley to be their server, and we understand why. It's quite out of the way - we prefer our Boulder City restaurants - but that muffin, my veggie omlette, and Ashley's service more than makes it worth it. I ate here on Monday. I thought they would be slow but boy was I wrong. It took a minute to get seated but then our server Heather showed up. She was absolutely great!!! This was are first visit to Egg Works on Eastern and we will definitely return often. My husband hand eggs basted and I had a veggie omelet. My husband's eggs were cooked just perfectly, and my omelet was delicious and nice and cheesy. I was in there this morning with my friend Bobby and we had a lot of fun with one of the waitresses their name was Tina. The food as usually was amazing I usually always get the Belgian waffle or the Hawaiian French toast.. I had the unfortunate experience to be seated in Rita's section. She waddled over after I sat for ten minutes. Another five to get coffee and water. Not genuinely friendly as I am used to experiencing. I had to ask someone else for half & half and then for an extra napkin. Sorry, Rita, but mediocre service just doesn't cut it. The BEST for breakfast and lunch. Large portions cooked to order with liberal substitution opportunity, Great service BUT the BEST Server was PK.
