Pretty good American breakfast place! Food (5/5): This place has got your classics as well as some Mexican and Hawaiian food options. Food is good and portion sizes are huge. Ambiance (5/5): It's a cozy place! Everything is farm themed and there's an automatic toy train circling the restaurant. This place is generally busy on the weekends and mid-mornings. If a wait list is available, take advantage of it. Restrooms were clean and tidy. Service (4/5): Staff were friendly. It took longer than expected for our food to come, but I understand the restaurant was a little busy. We were not asked on refills or to-go boxes. We did have our server check in with us once during our visit.

Great food. They give you a lot of food. It's very fresh and tasty. The service is good too. They seat you right away. The server comes and assists at the right time. You can sit outside and eat as well. The ambiance is very diner style and family style. Great for groups.

Jakhori was an AMAZING server! He gave us the different options for our sides EVEN offered the half for my daughter fiesta plate. Everything taste so delicious! My omelette was stuffed with a generous amount of avocado which made it so perfect!!!!

Wow, what a breakfast! Now I know why they have 7 locations in the valley. Super charming diner decor and fantastic food. Not sure if the servers work in teams or if they just are helpful to each other but we received awesome service. My skillet was so well balanced of salty and savory. If you've never tried Egg Works and want a great meal stop by here!

Egg Works will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots. They are always crowded but service is always friendly and quick too. We ordered the kids scramble with bacon and my favorite skillet with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach. The portions are huge so we always have leftovers. They have plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch.

My hubby and I had breakfast here, and it had such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of breakfast options, soups, salads & sandwiches to choose from. I ordered the Hawaiian French Toast with a side of fresh fruit. My hubby had the Denver Omelette with diced ham, onions, green peppers and cheddar & jack cheese, served with seasoned potatoes and toast. Our breakfast was so good and we'll be back again.

This place has soo much style and flair. From the art walls to the train around the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, it was not too busy when we went. Ask our waitress what she recommended since we had not been there before. We went with the chile relleno omelet recommendation, it was great! I also had the fried steak, mmmm I can taste it now! It was crispy on the outside and juicy when you took a bite. I can wait to go back to Vegas just to eat there again! Oh the menus are printed on a news paper style, a unique touch. (I took 2 home) lol

I finished the Red Rock Canyon Half-Marathon in 3:08, my fastest time to date. I swear it took me two days of feasting and 3 different sound baths to recover. It was by far the hardest fitness event I've completed. Luckily for one of the spots, my new post race tradition, I found the CHIPOTLE PORK BREAKFAST BURRITO at Egg Works ( @eggworkrestaurants ) [ A flour tortilla stuffed with homemade chipotle pork, diced onions, diced green chilies, diced jalapenos, fresh cilantro and Cheddar & Jack cheese. Grilled then topped with chipotle hollandaise and a dollop of sour cream. Served with a side of Habla Diablo seasoned potatoes. ] I added extra cheese and chorizo!!!! I've said this before, and I was shocked my friends, but this feast won number one for breakfast burritos in town. OMG! I had to post the cleared plate as proof. Perfectly cooked. The food is yummy and the menu is extensive. We would have been back based on that alone, but PK's awesome service sealed the deal. He is the real thing. Everything one would want in a server. He is super friendly, laid back and easy going, yet simultaneously 100% competent at his job, which makes for a really enjoyable dining experience. PK has even taken notice when we were in someone else's station and made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we needed it. He's a real team player. Thanks for making us always feel so at home, PK! read more

Normally I only post positive reviews but I just couldn't pass on this. Our server Eathan deliberately over charged us on my son's meal. The amount he over charged was exactly his tip. He tried to take off the over charges and I said no. Then he wanted to take care of my whole bill and I still said no. I paid for meal and so did he. Horrible costumer service. I have many friend and family members that won't be to happy to hear about this. Good luck getting to Disneyland kid. read more

The service is amazing, considering we had an 11 people party and the place was full they gave us a table in less then five minutes. The staff is polite and also gave us a little tip on the best dishes. The food is amazing (especially the potatoes). Would recommend! read more

We had a group of 8 for brunch on a weekday. 2 members of our group are gluten-free, and we were shocked to find they had no gluten-free menu - not even a designation on the main menu or any guidance to be had. One ordered a "wrap" and asked for it on a corn tortilla rather than flour. The waiter said, "Really?" And made a strange face. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing for the poor child who has a food intolerance. The other gluten free person ordered a Works Tostada. Tostadas are served on corn tortillas but this came out in a flour tortilla bowl - which is not what the menu said. But that wasn't before a Breakfast Tostada was served instead. The waiter said he wasn't even aware of the Works Tostada on the menu and admitted he entered the order wrong. Needless to say none of us will be returning. Very disappointing and unsure where the great reputation comes from. All food was mediocre at best, and service was clearly below average! read more

We had a great experience here. The wait time was minimal for a busy Sunday and our server Ethan was amazing!! He was very attentive on refills of soda and coffee. The food was perfect and I recommend the chicken fried steak and eggs. We will definitely be back. If you visit ask for Ethan. He is very good. read more

My husband heard about your place from a friend and figured we give it a try. We normally stop by Hash House A Go Go when we drive into Vegas from California but figured we give you guys a try and I must say I think we found a new spot to go to. Everything we ordered was AMAZING and your muffins were a big hit with the kids. Our server Ethan was very kind and attentive giving that it was very busy and the hostess Brandy was very informative about shows on the strip. The only thing I was not happy with is the long line that I had to wait in to pay for our breakfast but other than that we will definitely be back on our next weekend trip to Vegas. read more

Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Just had a horrible horrible horrible breakfast Door-Dashed…read more First of all - If you're gonna serve "inside out" omelets, your menu should say so. So my omelet arrived. The feta cheese was inside the omelet BUT the cooked spinach and the small-diced tomatoes were on the outside of the omelet! The order came with toast; I chose Raisin Bread. So the Brainiac who packed this meal to go, placed the four triangles of raisin bread on top of the cooked spinach and diced tomatoes. By the time the food was delivered, predictably, the raisin bread was soggy and inedible. Hubby gave me his bagel -- for which we paid an upcharge which would be fine if we'd gotten both raisin bread and a bagel but we didn't get edible raisin bread. The home fries are thinly-sliced, overly oily potatoes which were so salty, I could only eat two forks of them. So I threw out much of the omelet, all of the bread and 95% of the potatoes. So my half of the $70 breakfast was worth absolutely ZERO! Fortunately, I have one last large Oatmeal Cranberry cookie from Von's left; that will be my breakfast. After having waited an hour and paying $70, I'll eat a Von's cookie for breakfast. Hubby wanted to ask for "no jalepenos" for his omelet but this restaurant chooses to not allow for NOTES or REQUESTS to the restaurant. He finished eating less than 10 minutes ago and just headed for the bathroom; the jalepenos went right through him. We normally order from EGG WORKS and are able to request "no jalepenos." The last time we ordered from EGG WORKS, it took them nearly 1.5 hours to get our order made so we decided to try KEKE's today. We won't make that mistake again. I mean, seriously?? Who puts toast on top of cooked spinach, knowing the order is a "to go" order? THINK!

We came in around 8:25-8:30 this morning. This was our first time visiting this location, as we…read moreusually go to the Stephanie location. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did.

I also ended up getting their breakfast burrito to go. Didn't eat it myself but my partner who did said it was amazing and wanted to try it fresh sometime in person. Overall, solid spot and would recommend it to anyone who's close by.

Ironically, I have a seafood allergy and can only tolerate small amounts of tuna, but we specifically come here for the "jalapeño poppers," which are so good. I've also never had any issues with cross contamination, which gives me a lot of confidence dining here. My husband is a sushi regular and absolutely loves Kaizen as well. Our three kids (all 6 and under) always have a great experience too -- they love the coloring pages, the kid-friendly menu options, and the special treat they get on the way out!! It's become one of our family's favorite spots.

First things first, I never complain, but today I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I called and ordered a to go order for a prime rib Benedict with extra hollandaise sauce for Danny. As soon as I got to the restaurant, I said my name and I had to go order and they went back there and checked it only to come out and not say anything. They literally ignored me. They did not acknowledge that I was waiting for food so I ended up asking them to check again. After the person had checked again, they then walked to the cashier stand and didn't acknowledge me again. Completely different person this time. I then asked another person to check on my to go order and they came back saying my name is not back there and they were asking for somebody named Remi... they didn't want to take any time of the day to acknowledge me and my food. After waiting 20 minutes without acknowledgment, I decided to leave. I am making this review Starving... I really wish I could give them more than one star but unfortunately I cannot. Update(may 26th): The AGM of egg works messaged me and told me that they informed their staff and upped their policies on treating guests with Togo orders, so I increased my rating from a 1 to a 3 star. Thank you for caring about my situation and frustration, and I hope you understand because I still did experience that, I'm leaving the 3 stars. I will continue to be a customer, and will leave a review based on my new experience. read more

We noramally dont write reviews but sense we had breakfast last week we have not been able to stop talking about our experiance. Im sure i could write a book on how great everything was but ill just highlight a few...Our server Randi was just amazing...One in our party wasnt being a bit difficult and indicisive and she did not budge and never dropped that beautiful smile she greeted us with...Not one of us saw the bottoms of our cups, our food arrived timely and was amazing...as i said we had a difficult one with us who weve never seen be happy with any restraunt was blown away with our experiance. Him bein happy trust me is something i thought id never see. (why i had to take the time to write a review). Price was right on with the food we recieved. I wish it was more practical to make this a once a week ritual but we live on the wrong side of town but who knows I think Randi made such an impressoion it might just be. I highly recommened and hope you have same experiance im sure you will if your fortunate enough to land in Her section. read more

Went to this location for the first time today to send a friend off on his journey back home, and was an amazing decision. Not my first visit to Egg Works but was by far the best. Definitely work the trip to Anthem. As always great food but what helped the experience was our service. I suggest asking for PK anytime you visit this location. His attention with service was bar none and he really made the experience that much better. I'll admit I am a gracious tipper for good or bad service but I felt PK was an outstanding person in and out of the work environment and was more than deserving of his days pay. To be honest from what I saw in the entire staff there was a unity hard to find in other chain restaurants, I believe a good family bond makes any business that much stronger and makes guests feel very welcome. Definitely worth the 5 stars, and I am more than willing to make a little extra trip to visit this spot again. read more

Love this place! Was a little disappointed that there wasn't enough gravy for the biscuits, but that won't keep me and my husband from returning. Was pleasantly surprised that they do offer some cocktails. The bloody Mary is so yummy. There were some other posts that said the "egg flip" idea was lame, I found it to be a clever idea. I'm not good with remembering who my server is and instead of looking like a fool, all I have to do is flip the egg and anyone will come and help. I used it a few times just to see how effective it was, it works! It wasn't like other places when you ask someone that isn't your server for something and they seem annoyed. Each time someone different came to see what we needed and all did so with a smile. That's customer service!!! read more

I am a Canadian tourist/ bon vivant/ customer service professional and a good eater [just ask my mom!] I came here yesterday on a recommendation by the locals [my cousins and hosts]. They promised me good food, bountiful portions and very good service. Not only was I not disappointed, I came back again today!! The menu is varied enough that I know that I will be back tomorrow! Both of my servers, Kelli and Randi were polite, pleasant, warm, welcoming, appropriately attentive and positive. I expect good customer service; because this is what I do. What a fantastic addition to the Anthem area. It may be a bit pricey, but the ingredients are so fresh and the service is great. They offer such a wide variety of items that my wife and I will keep coming back to try more. We asked our waitress, Rita, what she recommended, without hesitation she said the chili rellenos omelet. Wow, was she right! I wasn't too sure about the sour cream with eggs combo, but it was tasty!!! My wife is a healthier eater than I am so it was great that she could get egg whites and fresh fruit instead of the potatoes with her veggie skillet. Can't wait to come back and try the strawberry waffles I saw go by. read more

I had always driven by this place but I was curious about the food. Today we went and stopped there.The food was excellent one of my friends recommend we go and boy was he right. I had the ham, sausage, and bacon skillet which was delicious ,and the banana nut muffin I had was mouthwatering.Our server Candace, was pleasant and very hard working and had a good sense of humor. When there was delay, she notified us quickly. She was kind and considerate to the elderly gentleman that I was sitting next to me in the meeting. we had. My wife and I just had breakfast this morning. She had the Fresh Veggie Omelette and I had 2 Banana Cakes with a side of scrambled egg. Although the food was delicious, what made this an exceptional experience for both of us was the impeccable service we received from Andrea. Her attention to details, flawless service, and her extremely pleasant disposition made our dining experience extremely pleasant and one normally associated with a fining dining establishment. I would highly recommend Egg Works try to have Andrea cloned, I sense she is what the Gold Standard would be. read more

The food at Egg Works is really good. We ate there for the first time last week and came back again today. But the greatest thing about Egg Works is our server Kelli. She is amazing...she recognized us right away and remembered what we drank last time and brought them right out. I was impressed with her service last week and even more impressed this week. Btw..I have never done a review on Yelp ever and have never felt the need to recognize an excellent server before...because Kelli is that good. She is Eggcellent! I generally don't review because so many people just focus on the negative so unless it's really really bad I don't post. This is the complete opposite of that. We came to egg works for my wife's birthday breakfast today and had Diane as our waitress. She was phenomenal! Extremely personable and positive and fun. When she came over, it was like having a conversation with someone we knew even though this was our first time meeting her. Egg works already has awesome food but if you do to, ask for Diane and it just improves the experience that much more! Thanks Diane! read more

Egg works was better than expected! I've gone a few times with my family and friends and most times we get the same waitress Randi. Who I have to say is awesome! Great service goes a long way and Randi by far knows what she is doing with customer service. I tip my hat to the chefs the food is amazing! ! I think everyone agrees that the food can be good but if the server is rude and not on point the experience is bad....not here at this place not with that waitress! We are not new to Egg Works. Many, many times. Always on Wednesday mornings at 0900 hours. The food is good, it is close but the most important fact is our server. We LOVE Ashley! Oh. My. GOSH. The food is okay, but Ashley's personality and AMAZING service more than makes up for the crazy wait. We literally heard two different families personally request Ashley to be their server, and we understand why. It's quite out of the way - we prefer our Boulder City restaurants - but that muffin, my veggie omlette, and Ashley's service more than makes it worth it. This was are first visit to Egg Works on Eastern and we will definitely return often. My husband hand eggs basted and I had a veggie omelet. My husband's eggs were cooked just perfectly, and my omelet was delicious and nice and cheesy. I ate here on Monday. I thought they would be slow but boy was I wrong. It took a minute to get seated but then our server Heather showed up. She was absolutely great!!! I was in there this morning with my friend Bobby and we had a lot of fun with one of the waitresses their name was Tina. The food as usually was amazing I usually always get the Belgian waffle or the Hawaiian French toast.. I had the unfortunate experience to be seated in Rita's section. She waddled over after I sat for ten minutes. Another five to get coffee and water. Not genuinely friendly as I am used to experiencing. I had to ask someone else for half & half and then for an extra napkin. Sorry, Rita, but mediocre service just doesn't cut it.
