Pretty good American breakfast place! Food (5/5): This place has got your classics as well as some Mexican and Hawaiian food options. Food is good and portion sizes are huge. Ambiance (5/5): It's a cozy place! Everything is farm themed and there's an automatic toy train circling the restaurant. This place is generally busy on the weekends and mid-mornings. If a wait list is available, take advantage of it. Restrooms were clean and tidy. Service (4/5): Staff were friendly. It took longer than expected for our food to come, but I understand the restaurant was a little busy. We were not asked on refills or to-go boxes. We did have our server check in with us once during our visit.

Great food. They give you a lot of food. It's very fresh and tasty. The service is good too. They seat you right away. The server comes and assists at the right time. You can sit outside and eat as well. The ambiance is very diner style and family style. Great for groups.

Jakhori was an AMAZING server! He gave us the different options for our sides EVEN offered the half for my daughter fiesta plate. Everything taste so delicious! My omelette was stuffed with a generous amount of avocado which made it so perfect!!!!

Wow, what a breakfast! Now I know why they have 7 locations in the valley. Super charming diner decor and fantastic food. Not sure if the servers work in teams or if they just are helpful to each other but we received awesome service. My skillet was so well balanced of salty and savory. If you've never tried Egg Works and want a great meal stop by here!

Egg Works will always be one of my favorite breakfast spots. They are always crowded but service is always friendly and quick too. We ordered the kids scramble with bacon and my favorite skillet with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach. The portions are huge so we always have leftovers. They have plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch.

My hubby and I had breakfast here, and it had such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The menu offers plenty of breakfast options, soups, salads & sandwiches to choose from. I ordered the Hawaiian French Toast with a side of fresh fruit. My hubby had the Denver Omelette with diced ham, onions, green peppers and cheddar & jack cheese, served with seasoned potatoes and toast. Our breakfast was so good and we'll be back again.

I finished the Red Rock Canyon Half-Marathon in 3:08, my fastest time to date. I swear it took me two days of feasting and 3 different sound baths to recover. It was by far the hardest fitness event I've completed. Luckily for one of the spots, my new post race tradition, I found the CHIPOTLE PORK BREAKFAST BURRITO at Egg Works ( @eggworkrestaurants ) [ A flour tortilla stuffed with homemade chipotle pork, diced onions, diced green chilies, diced jalapenos, fresh cilantro and Cheddar & Jack cheese. Grilled then topped with chipotle hollandaise and a dollop of sour cream. Served with a side of Habla Diablo seasoned potatoes. ] I added extra cheese and chorizo!!!! I've said this before, and I was shocked my friends, but this feast won number one for breakfast burritos in town. OMG! I had to post the cleared plate as proof. Perfectly cooked. This place has soo much style and flair. From the art walls to the train around the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, it was not too busy when we went. Ask our waitress what she recommended since we had not been there before. We went with the chile relleno omelet recommendation, it was great! I also had the fried steak, mmmm I can taste it now! It was crispy on the outside and juicy when you took a bite. I can wait to go back to Vegas just to eat there again! Oh the menus are printed on a news paper style, a unique touch. (I took 2 home) lol

Save your money and save your taste buds. Easily one of the most over rated places on yelp. Frozen hash browns??? McDonald's is better and a fraction of the cost. $8 for a single side pancake and 3.25 for little cup of juice, these are ridiculous. Yelp you've failed me :( read more

Solid breakfast spot that is always busy. Usually go here after church on Sundays and it's always packed but we usually get sat in 20 mins. I absolutely love their banana nut muffin! I've ordered several benedicts and omlettes and all have been pretty delicious ... but then again I love breakfast! They have a large menu to choose from and I love that you can make save calories with any order by substituting for egg whites, fruit, extra protein, or cottage cheese. I don't usually love chain restaurants but I highly recommend this place! read more

Wife and I came in for breakfast Sunday morning. Sat at the bar/counter with no wait. We were greeted by Randi, the manager, who gave us some of the best service I have ever received. Super friendly and helpful. Always smiling, and seemed very genuine. I ordered the special of the day which was a spinach artichoke frittata. Sounded amazing, but when I dove in, it wasn't all that to me. I'm not one to send things back, ever, but I couldn't even force myself to take it down. Randi was super understanding and took my order for something else. Was extremely happy with the fiesta skillet replacement. Amazing service and will definitely be back! read more

Unimpressed with the lack of Low-Carb options. No possibility of substituting extra egg(s) or a meat option for the Potatoes, Toast/Muffin. Considering the low food-cosy associated with each, it shouldnt be a problem. Add Low-Carb iyems to the menu, offer Low-Carb Substitution possibilitied and market the venue as one of the only Low-Carb Restaurants in Henderson and watch the sales increase exponentially. read more

Stopped in for breakfast before heading home to LA. Service was great and staff was super friendly. Was told the wait time would be 25 mins, but got seated in 15. The food: Banana Nut Muffins - must try!! Very moist and YUMMY! Corned Beef Hash - better than expected. Wasn't as salty as other places! Carnitas Crepe - Crepe was Meh, but the carnitas were moist and full of flavor! The salsa verde it came with had great taste, with very little heat (not spicy for me at all) Mashed Potato Omelette - garlic mashed potatoes inside a omelette with chopped bacon makes unique combo. A lil too heavy, but delicious nonetheless. Country Fried Steak Skillet - the fried steak was cut up on a bed of their seasoned potatoes and smothered with gravy, topped with eggs (we asked for scrambled) Bowl of Cincy Chili - (had to try) an acquired taste. Not something we were used to. Couldn't help it. A sucker for chili, just had to give it a try. read more

Me and my boyfriend love this place for breakfast! It's always delicious and never fails to satisfy his hunger for breakfast food. Even mine, even when I don't crave breakfast like he does. The service and staff is always super friendly and my coffee cup is always filled and always asked before filling if I would like more. I have only gone a few times but I know it's always a good choice. I love their seasoning on the potatoes probably my favorite part. And the skillets are amazing since that's what I usually order. read more

Decided to have breakfast last Sunday around 11:30 am . It was very busy so I was surprised our wait was less than 5 minutes. The greeters were courteous and friendly . Shortly after , we were seated and greeted by our waitress named Chantel . She was very knowledgeable of their large menu . She even recommended some combinations that were not on the menu . I decided to try one of her suggestions and it was to die for . I'm usually reluctant to order other than the same thing so this was a big deal for me to change my usual order of bacon and eggs . My wife and I love this place. The food is delicious and they serve huge portions. Sometimes it's a little crowded but it's worth dealing with the crowds since the food really is filling. Definitely recommended. Most of the staff are wonderful. read more

This place was great. We were visiting from out of town and we were quickly seated, and greeted by the waiter just as fast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy...yum! The biscuits were to die for. Also, I had potatoes, turkey bacon and eggs. All were cooked perfectly. The waiter, Joshua, was attentive the entire time even though they were extremely busy. All in all, a great place to check out and get stuffed. read more

Amazing selection of breakfast dishes. Large portions. Banana muffins are delicious & moist. I enjoyed the Hawaiian favorite with a side of biscuits & gravy to share. Both dishes were flavorful & homemade tasting. Could not finish the large portions but definitely look forward to going back to try another dish but know better not to over order. There is all the traditional breakfast plus other specialty items; all at great prices. They also have 30 percent miltary discount!!!! Egg works is always a great choice for breakfast. Our server, Vanessa, was very nice. The only complaint I had in the past was the amount of salt in their seasoning but this time it was perfect. The one next to the Sunset Park Is so compacted. I like how the tables are laid out at this location. It's much more open compared to the other locations. read more

Finally came here to eat for the first time today. Portions are very generous. I ordered the crepes thinking I was going to get a light dish. Instead I got a very large and thick omelet that contained mounds of stuff. I ate small portions of the egg because it was too greasy for me. The cubed potatoes were flavorful and crispy. But don't let the "crepes" description fool you. It's an omelet. A really, big and thick omelet. read more

This place is an amazing breakfast/ lunch spot! Amazing menu with a ton of options to choose from. Generous portions and flavorful dishes! We sat on the outdoor patio and had the prime rib eggs Benedict, and the veggie skillet! Our server, Nicole, was amazing! Had a great breakfast at this place! I ordered the country benny. The gravy kind of had a lot of salt but was oh so good. My husband ordered the club sandwich, but said it was less than satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast, not sure about lunch since I just got breakfast myself. Just a tip, read the instructions of the egg on the table before moving it. We didn't realize what the egg faces meant until we changed it and had a server come by our table asking if we were okay. :) read more

Good service. Although Maria forgot one item or two. No silverware and forgot the creamers that were asked. Still enjoyed my self. Husbands happy with ALL his food. Oj is just the way I like it. This was my first visit to Egg Works. I have to say the French toast with strawberry cream cheese,strawberries and whipped cream were excellent. I will definitely eat there again. I also have to say our waiter Christopher went above and beyond for us. He noticed my beacon wasn't crispy and asked if I would like it re-cooked. No one has ever took the time to ask that before. Then we were leaving and he stopped us because he noticed we left our sunglasses behind. I think Christopher is an exceptional employee. I will definitely eat there again read more

This place has redeemed itself. I have been going with the Santa Cruz skillet lately and it has been consistently good. The green sauce pairs perfectly with the eggs and home fries mixed with chorizo. So yummy and filling for sure! Also don't forget to check in to get yourself a free muffin!!! read more

This was our first visit here. Huge menu, so many choices! Food was good, and the servers were the nicest, friendliest we've experienced! We brought our dog with us and sat on the patio. They even brought out water for her. We will definitely be back! Thank you Egg Works! read more

It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

I also ended up getting their breakfast burrito to go. Didn't eat it myself but my partner who did said it was amazing and wanted to try it fresh sometime in person. Overall, solid spot and would recommend it to anyone who's close by.

Ironically, I have a seafood allergy and can only tolerate small amounts of tuna, but we specifically come here for the "jalapeño poppers," which are so good. I've also never had any issues with cross contamination, which gives me a lot of confidence dining here. My husband is a sushi regular and absolutely loves Kaizen as well. Our three kids (all 6 and under) always have a great experience too -- they love the coloring pages, the kid-friendly menu options, and the special treat they get on the way out!! It's become one of our family's favorite spots.

First things first, I never complain, but today I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I called and ordered a to go order for a prime rib Benedict with extra hollandaise sauce for Danny. As soon as I got to the restaurant, I said my name and I had to go order and they went back there and checked it only to come out and not say anything. They literally ignored me. They did not acknowledge that I was waiting for food so I ended up asking them to check again. After the person had checked again, they then walked to the cashier stand and didn't acknowledge me again. Completely different person this time. I then asked another person to check on my to go order and they came back saying my name is not back there and they were asking for somebody named Remi... they didn't want to take any time of the day to acknowledge me and my food. After waiting 20 minutes without acknowledgment, I decided to leave. I am making this review Starving... I really wish I could give them more than one star but unfortunately I cannot. Update(may 26th): The AGM of egg works messaged me and told me that they informed their staff and upped their policies on treating guests with Togo orders, so I increased my rating from a 1 to a 3 star. Thank you for caring about my situation and frustration, and I hope you understand because I still did experience that, I'm leaving the 3 stars. I will continue to be a customer, and will leave a review based on my new experience. read more

We noramally dont write reviews but sense we had breakfast last week we have not been able to stop talking about our experiance. Im sure i could write a book on how great everything was but ill just highlight a few...Our server Randi was just amazing...One in our party wasnt being a bit difficult and indicisive and she did not budge and never dropped that beautiful smile she greeted us with...Not one of us saw the bottoms of our cups, our food arrived timely and was amazing...as i said we had a difficult one with us who weve never seen be happy with any restraunt was blown away with our experiance. Him bein happy trust me is something i thought id never see. (why i had to take the time to write a review). Price was right on with the food we recieved. I wish it was more practical to make this a once a week ritual but we live on the wrong side of town but who knows I think Randi made such an impressoion it might just be. I highly recommened and hope you have same experiance im sure you will if your fortunate enough to land in Her section. read more

Went to this location for the first time today to send a friend off on his journey back home, and was an amazing decision. Not my first visit to Egg Works but was by far the best. Definitely work the trip to Anthem. As always great food but what helped the experience was our service. I suggest asking for PK anytime you visit this location. His attention with service was bar none and he really made the experience that much better. I'll admit I am a gracious tipper for good or bad service but I felt PK was an outstanding person in and out of the work environment and was more than deserving of his days pay. To be honest from what I saw in the entire staff there was a unity hard to find in other chain restaurants, I believe a good family bond makes any business that much stronger and makes guests feel very welcome. Definitely worth the 5 stars, and I am more than willing to make a little extra trip to visit this spot again. read more

Love this place! Was a little disappointed that there wasn't enough gravy for the biscuits, but that won't keep me and my husband from returning. Was pleasantly surprised that they do offer some cocktails. The bloody Mary is so yummy. There were some other posts that said the "egg flip" idea was lame, I found it to be a clever idea. I'm not good with remembering who my server is and instead of looking like a fool, all I have to do is flip the egg and anyone will come and help. I used it a few times just to see how effective it was, it works! It wasn't like other places when you ask someone that isn't your server for something and they seem annoyed. Each time someone different came to see what we needed and all did so with a smile. That's customer service!!! read more

I am a Canadian tourist/ bon vivant/ customer service professional and a good eater [just ask my mom!] I came here yesterday on a recommendation by the locals [my cousins and hosts]. They promised me good food, bountiful portions and very good service. Not only was I not disappointed, I came back again today!! The menu is varied enough that I know that I will be back tomorrow! Both of my servers, Kelli and Randi were polite, pleasant, warm, welcoming, appropriately attentive and positive. I expect good customer service; because this is what I do. What a fantastic addition to the Anthem area. It may be a bit pricey, but the ingredients are so fresh and the service is great. They offer such a wide variety of items that my wife and I will keep coming back to try more. We asked our waitress, Rita, what she recommended, without hesitation she said the chili rellenos omelet. Wow, was she right! I wasn't too sure about the sour cream with eggs combo, but it was tasty!!! My wife is a healthier eater than I am so it was great that she could get egg whites and fresh fruit instead of the potatoes with her veggie skillet. I had always driven by this place but I was curious about the food. Today we went and stopped there.The food was excellent one of my friends recommend we go and boy was he right. I had the ham, sausage, and bacon skillet which was delicious ,and the banana nut muffin I had was mouthwatering.Our server Candace, was pleasant and very hard working and had a good sense of humor. When there was delay, she notified us quickly. She was kind and considerate to the elderly gentleman that I was sitting next to me in the meeting. we had. My wife and I just had breakfast this morning. She had the Fresh Veggie Omelette and I had 2 Banana Cakes with a side of scrambled egg. Although the food was delicious, what made this an exceptional experience for both of us was the impeccable service we received from Andrea. Her attention to details, flawless service, and her extremely pleasant disposition made our dining experience extremely pleasant and one normally associated with a fining dining establishment. I generally don't review because so many people just focus on the negative so unless it's really really bad I don't post. This is the complete opposite of that. We came to egg works for my wife's birthday breakfast today and had Diane as our waitress. She was phenomenal! Extremely personable and positive and fun. When she came over, it was like having a conversation with someone we knew even though this was our first time meeting her. Egg works was better than expected! I've gone a few times with my family and friends and most times we get the same waitress Randi. Who I have to say is awesome! Great service goes a long way and Randi by far knows what she is doing with customer service. I tip my hat to the chefs the food is amazing! ! I think everyone agrees that the food can be good but if the server is rude and not on point the experience is bad....not here at this place not with that waitress! We are not new to Egg Works. Many, many times. Always on Wednesday mornings at 0900 hours. The food is good, it is close but the most important fact is our server. I was in there this morning with my friend Bobby and we had a lot of fun with one of the waitresses their name was Tina. The food as usually was amazing I usually always get the Belgian waffle or the Hawaiian French toast.. Not genuinely friendly as I am used to experiencing. I had to ask someone else for half & half and then for an extra napkin. Sorry, Rita, but mediocre service just doesn't cut it.
